Abstract

The technology in the computer field is currently growing rapidly to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of any job. Computers not only process data and images, their use is becoming more and more widespread and has become a medium of communication, information and education. An EDP system can be used more easily if it is equipped with a more precise system with the main data to be used, including the use of a web-based science information system. A web-based science information system is a facility in a computerized system that is equipped with functions and designed to be suitable for the input of certain data for the purpose of speeding up and speeding up the data input has been used by the inexperienced user. Information systems have become the most important choice for providing and searching for information on specific data. Public junior school 5 Kupang City is one of the schools in need of a web-based academic information system. Schools as a state authority in the education sector do a lot of data management in data administration, both student, teacher and personal data. The writer is creating a web-based academic information system that will allow the grading system to be changed from a manual to a computerized system. The software developed in this study uses PHP and MySQL as database servers, which are then tested for their feasibility so that an effective and efficient academic information system can be used at the public junior 5 Kupang City. Abstract

Hypertension is an event that causes a lot of data that has not been processed properly. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kupang City, hypertension is in the top 10 with the highest number of sufferers in Kupang City. Through the official website, namely kupangkota.bps.go.id hypertension is in third place the number of diseases suffered by the community in 2018 with 28,701 cases and an increase of 6,935 in 2019 and of course it will increase in the following year. In this study clustering hypertension using the Data Mining method, namely k-Means clustering, the k-Means method can produce more accurate data in data grouping. The purpose of this study is to process and classify hypertension data so that it can help the government, especially the local Health Office, in classifying which areas have a large impact as swearing hypertension.

Abstract

At the Marine Service of East Nusa Tenggara Province, the information system on Classification in the Office of the Marine Service can be said to be not optimal because there are still many applications of the classification system that are still not perfect, namely by grouping fishing vessels. Meanwhile, in terms of time, search for classification files such as types of ships. fishing vessels are still not in accordance with what is needed and also in classifying vessels according to the weight of the vessel and also the standardization of the vessel and its feasibility. So with that, the author wants to provide a solution for the East Nusa Tenggara provincial marine service office in the form of designing a web-based classification information system for fishing vessels. to be able to overcome problems in the form of grouping types of fishing vessels, and also in applying standardization of a ship based on its weight. The benefit of the application of information technology in the classification of types of fishing vessels is that it can group each type of fishing vessel based on standardization, feasibility and weight so that it is easily found and can more easily obtain clear information. The information system that will be made temporarily can be applied to the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Marine Service.

Abstract

School is an education that is formal, non-formal and in formal. Access to less information about the location of schools and the spread of schools from sub-districts in Belu Regency that have an impact on the community and education implementation parties in searching or seeing related information from these schools. To overcome this problem, a school grouping system is needed based on sub-districts using webgis-based k-means that can provide convenience in seeing the location of the school and the spread of the school. Thus to see the location and spread of schools in each subdistrict in Belu regency using the K-Means method. How the k-means works to group schools by sub-district with this webgis can be more easily displayed a map of schools in Belu regency that completes a review of the school mapping. The results of this study were successfully carried out by obtaining 3 clusters consisting of cluster 1, cluster 2 and cluster 3 with the Mean Squared Error (MSE) testing is 0.035

Abstract

The learning process at the Mater Inviolata Larantuka Catholic Junior High School using conventional or face-to-face methods was disrupted due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, learning at the Mater Inviolata Larantuka Catholic Junior High School which was originally conventional, namely teachers and students carried out the teaching and learning process directly in the classroom. forced to carry out online, namely students learning and teaching teachers must continue even though students are at home. The purpose of this research is to design and build a website e-learning as a medium for student learning. The research methods used in this research are interviews, literature study, observation and questionnaires. Making this application using Adobe Dreamweaver and database. The expected result in making e-learning is to facilitate the learning and teaching process between teachers and students in online. Abstract

Shrimp (Caridea) is the main commodity htat is most enjoyed as food, because the meat is savory and very much loved by many people. East Nusa Tenggara Province is one of the provincein indonesia. Indonesia which covers the eastern part of the Nusa Tenggara Islands. East Nusa Tenggara Province has a capital city in kupang city and has 22 districts. East Nusa Tenggara Povince is located in sunda kecil. In 2020, the population of East Nusa Tenggara Province is 5,325,566 people, with a density of 111 people/km². the province of East Nusa Tenggara, the capital city of kupang, is geographically located at 8-12º south latitude and 118-125º east longitude. The problem found at the department of marine affairs and fisheries of east Nusa Tenggara Province is thet the information about the distribution of shrimp around the sea in the Province of east Nusa Tenggara is not sufficient so that a geographic information system is needed that can help the community and fishermen around to find out about the development of GIS- based technology to map shrimp farming at the department of marine affairs and fisheries of East Nusa Tenggara Province. This study aims to produce a GIS- based information system that is expected to assist the department of marine affairs and fisheries in collecting shrimp culture data so that shrimp mapping information is very accurate. The application used in this research is Quantum GIS. With this information system, it is hoped that it will provide a geograihic information system regarding GIS-based shrimp farming in order to provide integrated information and data collection taken by the authors of the department of marine affairs and fisheries of East Nusa Tenggara Province. In addition, to provide convenience, in finding the location pf the shrimp ponds related to finding out information about the services provided. Ktenna used in mapping shrimp in East Nusa Tenggara Province.

Abstract

The marine and fisheries service of the province of East Nusa Tenggara is one of many institutions or agencies whose functions, duties, and positions are regulated or controlled by law. The marine and fisheries service is the driving factor or organizer in the marine and fisheries segment led by the head of the service who is responsible for the governor through the regional secretary. The marine and fisheries service implements the use of technology such as computers and other electronic devices to facilitate the continuation of work activities and it is necessary to present relevant information to the Marine and Fisheries Service of the East Nusa Tenggara province so that it is known and known by the people of East Nusa Tenggara. From the above basis, the problem is how to build a website as a medium of information at the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of East Nusa Tenggara Province. There is a method used, namely the Waterfall method, the waterfall method is one type of application development model and is included in the classic life cycle, which emphasizes sequential and systematic phases. For the development model, it can be analogous to a waterfall, where each stage is carried out sequentially from top to bottom. The expected result of this research is that the website built by the author for the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of East Nusa Tenggara Province can be successful so that it can provide benefits to the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of East Nusa Tenggara Province in providing information to the public related to everything related to the Department of Marine Affairs. and Fisheries in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara and can also facilitate the people of East Nusa Tenggara in accessing information about the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Province of East Nusa Tenggara
