Journal of Computer Science and Information Technology is a threetly journal published by Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK, Padang. It publishes scientific and technical papers describing original research work or novel product/process development. The objectives are to promote exchange of information and knowledge in research work, new inventions/developments of Computer Science and on the use of Information Technology towards the structuring of an information-rich society and to assist the academic staff from local and foreign universities, business and industrial sectors, government departments and academic institutions on publishing research results and studies in Computer Science and Information Technology through a scholarly publication. Abstract

Technological advances greatly impact the continuity and comfort of human life, for example the use of air conditioners (AC). AC is a room conditioning tool that is able to condition the air in the room and provide a comfortable effect on the body. Air conditioning (AC) is a system or machine designed to stabilize air temperature and humidity in a certain area by circulating refrigerant gas through the refrigeration process. The research framework created in this research methodology aims to get the results as expected and easy to solve problems and easy to understand. In collecting data, researchers obtain data from various sources such as journals, books and other references to the object of research. This research was carried out by applying the interview method directly to Cv. Ihfha belongs to Mr. Jean Hilman. With an Expert System using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method, it can help employees work more elegantly and efficiently because all data collection about damage to the air conditioner is already in the system, so the owner can find out what is the damage to the air conditioner and can be done faster. the owner can already find out what damage is to the AC and can be done more quickly

Abstract

Inventory control is an important factor in a company that functions to maintain smooth production. Inventory control is the most important activity in the survival of the company. Fulfillment of stocks of goods or products and recording transactions manually. The fluctuating number of requests from consumers resulted in the stock that Gaptech computer had to prepare to become unstable. In addition, the various and many types of products made stock management inaccurate. by extracting data using one of the data mining methods, namely data grouping. In this study grouping sales reports on Gaptech computer, the data is grouped into 2 groups using one of the data grouping algorithms, namely the K-Means Algorithm. The K-Means algorithm is a non-hierarchical data clustering method that divides data into one or more clusters, so that data with the same characteristics are grouped in the same cluster. The grouping results are used to find out which product groups are in great demand and which are less desirable. The results of this study will produce a software that is created using a method of managing incoming transaction data so that it will make it easier for Gaptech computer store owners to manage stock items.

Abstract

Japura Gedung Store is a store that provides quality building tools and materials. The recording of transactions at the Japura Gedung Store is only in the form of a purchase receipt. Notes from each purchase should be reprocessed to be used as information, one of which is by utilizing technology which can later be used to predict the purchase of paint products to control paint product supplies. In data processing using the Monte Carlo method with the application of Supply Chain Management . The application system built is designing a website that can provide convenience in identifying order levels with the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The data used is the historical sales of paint products from January 2022 to May 2022. From the calculation results of the Monte Carlo Method, it is obtained that the application of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and web-based Monte Carlo Simulation makes it easier for stores to manage data in a computerized manner, able to align demand and existing inventory by predicting the number of purchases in the future using Monte Carlo simulation and assisting the owner in completing the inventory at the store according to the predicted results

Abstract

The initial stage of opening a business is one of the business activities that can have an impact on the economy. TB. Jasa Manis is a trading business that sells various kinds of building materials, electrical equipment, materials and others. A sales strategy is needed to maintain business and marketing. Data Mining answers this problem by analyzing customer transaction data, then creating a certain rule, pattern or model. Products that are frequently purchased by customers will be used as a reference point in viewing consumer spending patterns. The association technique that can be used is an a priori algorithm designed to find item combinations. The a priori algorithm is guided by the min support and min confidence values. The combination pattern of sales transaction data itemset for two months on TB. Jasa Manis, it can be found that with a combination pattern the minimum support value is 14% and the minimum confidence is 40%. The rules for the highest association or goods that are often purchased together by customers are found in the Lotus Geese/LBR and Roof Nails. Through the analysis of customer shopping habits obtained, the layout of building materials can be adjusted to the customer's shopping pattern. With the data mining socialization rules, patterns of consumer shopping behavior can be identified and can increase sales at TB. Sweet Service

Abstract

Most people's dream is to have white, healthy, clean and well-maintained facial skin. However, the treatment does not pay attention to skin type, causing new problems such as acne, dry skin and others. Before carrying out skin care, determining the type of facial skin is very necessary because the determination of skin care must be adjusted to the type of facial skin. The role of a skin specialist is highly expected in determining the type of facial skin care according to skin type. The limited number of dermatologists , doctor's office hours , and the very long queue process and long travel distances result in obstacles that are often experienced. In order to make it easier for the public to recognize skin problems on the face, we need a system that can assist doctors in the initial diagnosis of facial skin problems. In this study, the forward chaining method and certainty factor were used in diagnosing facial skin problems to calculate the accuracy of the types of problems experienced based on the symptoms felt by the user. From the test results obtained in dealing with facial skin problems with an accuracy rate of 99.99 % . The resulting expert system can assist patients in consulting to deal with facial skin problems
