Abstract

Understanding Max Weber's thoughts on the life of capitalism in Indonesia is not an easy job because it requires in-depth observation in its implementation. Therefore, the problem in this study is what exactly is Max Weber's concept of the Protestant Ethic and the spirit of modern capitalism and is it still relevant to be actualized in Indonesia? The finding is that Max Weber's concept of Protestant ethics is the doctrine of predistination, asceticism, good manners, hard work, frugal living, use of time, money and wealth. The spirit of modern capitalism that is developing now is the rationalization of capitalism based on scientific principles and the development of personal wealth, production for the market, production for the masses. The relevance of Max Weber's thoughts about the spirit of capitalism applied in Indonesia is progressive because the spirit of capitalism is related to cultural values or human life. Max Weber's concept of Capitalism encourages the Indonesian people to take rationalization and innovation and be creative.

Abstract

One of the sustainable development goals (SDGs) is to end all forms of malnutrition by 2030. In 2015, undernutrition or stunting was considered to be an underlying contributing factor in about 45% of the 5.9 million children who died under the age of five. Referring to the impact it is important to know the factors that cause stunting. This study aims to determine the determinants of stunting. This study uses a Systematic Literature Study design from several selected materials using the PRISMA protocol method. The 14 study materials taken were obtained from 5 publications from PubMed, and 9 publications from Google Scholar. Based on identification results and 14 articles can be concluded that determinant factors of stunting consistently are economic social status (family income), infectious disease, mother's education, exclusive breastfeeding, low birth weight baby, premature birthing, inclusive mother's milk, birthing length, macro and micro deficiency, water dan circle sanitation, community, and social factors also significantly influence the stunting. It is hoped that there will be a government program that can support stunting prevention by considering the determinant of stunting

The data was collected from September to October 2021 at health centers throughout Tanjungpinang City. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. There was a significant difference in the attitude before and after using the Si-RAJA android application, with a p-value of 0.000. As a result, it is hoped that midwives can monitor growth, provide counseling to pregnant women about fetal growth, and provide treatment as early as possible if abnormal fetal weight estimates are found.

Researchers used observation sheets that were carried out for 2 weeks of treatment. Research shows that almost all wound care with a psychoneuroimmunology approach has improved wound grade compared to wound care according to SPO. The Wilcoxon test for the treatment group ƿ=0.001 (ƿ<α 0.05), means that there is an improvement. Control group Wilcoxon test ƿ=0.083 (ƿ>α 0.05), meaning there is no improvement. Mann Whitney test ƿ=0.029 (ƿ>α 0.05), meaning that there is an effect of wound care with a psychoneuroimmunology approach on improving the grade of diabetes mellitus wounds. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of wound care with a psychoneuroimmunological approach to improving the grade of diabetes mellitus wounds. Abstract

There are many myths about disease among the people that are believed to be true for generations. One of myth in children with diarrhea is a “ enteng entengi” myth. “Enteng-Entengi” is myth from java that believes that diarrhea in children is a sign of increasing growth and development skills. This myth has an impact on delays in making decisions to bring children with diarrhea to health service facilities. The purpose of this study was to understand caregivers' perceptions of the "enteng-entengi" myth in children with diarrhea in the Central ICU (PICU) RSUD Jombang Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of instrumental case study research. According to the study criteria, there were 4 participant caregivers who accompanied the care of children with diarrhea in the central ICU PICU room. The research instrument uses structured interview guide and observation method by taking notes. The data analysis technique in this study uses Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The results of this study identified three themes. (1) The caregiver's knowledge of the “Enteng-Entengi” myth: all participants know that diarrhea in children is “enteng-entengi” myth. It is a sign that the child will have progress in growth and development such as teeth growing, learning to crawl, wanting to walk and being prone. (2) Caregiver's knowledge about diarrhea : Some participants said they had never received information about how to deal with diarrhea. (3) Caregivers' belief in the “enteng-entengi” myth: all participants believe that the cause of diarrhea in their children is because they take “enteng-entengi”. This myth is obtained from parents, grandmothers and neighbors. Health education is needed with quite intense so that this "enteng-entengi" myth can be reduced so that delays in bringing children to health services do not occur.
