Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (also known as CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (also known as GCG) on Firm Value using Sustainability Report as a mediating variable. This investigation into the relationships between variables makes use of quantitative research techniques. The number of samples that can be processed is 40 data from 8 mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. The data used in this study are the company's annual report, financial statements, and sustainability report. The results of this study indicate that CSR has no effect on firm value, and sustainability reports cannot mediate the relationship between CSR and firm value. In addition, the high implementation of GCG has yet to respond to the increase in company value or sustainability report. A sustainability report can partially mediate the relationship between GCG and firm value, and implementing a sustainability report can increase firm value. It shows that mining companies in Indonesia have supported the noble ideals of SDGs responsible for environmental and future corporate sustainability

Abstract

In the digital era and advances in information technology, e-commerce has become a form of trade that is very popular and dominates the market. Consumers are increasingly turning to e-commerce platforms to purchase products and services online. In the increasingly fierce competition in the e-commerce market, companies must build a strong brand image and influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study explores the influence of brand ambassadors and brand image on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform. This study used a quantitative approach to collect the required data. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents to collect the data needed in this study. The results of the study show that the brand ambassador variable has a significant impact on the respondents' purchasing decisions. In this context, transference from brand ambassadors has the most decisive influence among the other indicators considered. It shows that when consumers see brand ambassadors they like or trust, they are more likely to make profitable purchasing decisions for Tokopedia

Abstract

Realizing information disclosure to the public about government accountability reports comes with several potential negative consequences. As a result, this study aims to investigate and demonstrate how the management of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is affected by factors such as transparency, accountability, supervision, and the competence of human resources. The population in this study were Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Surabaya employees. This study uses quantitative methods and primary data. Purposive sampling became the sampling technique in this study. Data analysis techniques use the Statistical Program for Special Science (SPSS). According to the findings of this research project, there is evidence that openness, responsibility, and oversight impact how the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is managed. In the meantime, it has been determined that the competence of human resource management has little impact on managing the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).

Abstract

The increasing presence of fintech in social life reflects the annual changes in people's lifestyles, as the surrounding environment is predominantly occupied by information technology users who consider it a necessity for their daily lives. The objective of this study was to examine the influence of financial literacy, perceived benefits, and social influences on individuals' inclination to engage in illegal lending through fintech platforms. This research adopts a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 100 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at UPN "Veteran" East Java. The data analysis technique employed in this study is Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings indicate that social influence does not enhance the relationship between the interest in using illegal fintech platforms. However, both financial literacy and perceived usefulness demonstrate a positive impact on individuals' inclination to engage in illegal fintech lending

Abstract

Research on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has progressed significantly in the West, resulting in a number of meta-analyses that helped standardise the concept and set the path for future studies. OCB research, on the other hand, has not been extensively investigated in the literature despite its popularity in Indonesia. The research method for writing this paper is a literature review; data search is carried out through three online journal databases that researchers can access (Google Scholar, Garuda Indonesia Portal and Science Direct). This search criterion is research conducted from 2018 to 2022 and the construct of “organisational citizenship behaviour” as a dependent variable. Several articles and findings are highlighted in the review of OCB research in Indonesia. 1) The unit of analysis for the research was white-collar workers; 2) most research methods utilised questionnaire analysis tools; and 3) data for two or more variables were derived from a single primary source, making the research susceptible to common method variance. The implication for the next OCB research is that it is necessary to review OCB specific to several companies or certain job characteristics. The research on personality in Indonesia must also involve a discussion of Indonesian state culture

Abstract

The extra-role behavior required for superior performance is also known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Previous research findings highlight the positive contribution of OCB to superior organizational performance, as OCB encourages employees to participate spontaneously and dedicate themselves to organizational issues, both of which increase organizational efficiency and performance without additional expenditure. The purpose of this research is to examine the structural influence between training and organizational culture, with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as Human Capital, so in particular, this study emphasizes the effect of influence on the relationship between training and organizational culture on OCB as Human Capital. The accuracy of the measures involved were checked through conducting a factor review of the scientific literature or a review of three international journal articles by relational analysis. This review begins with identifying the main topics in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The database used is Google Scholar and Harzing's Publish or Perish is limited to publication from 2017-2023. The review uses 3 articles that meet the theme criteria. This review found that training and organizational culture have a positive relationship on OCB as Human Capital which has a positive effect on improving employee and organizational performance. The implication is that corporation must invest in human resources as Human Capital, with the consequence of allocating finances and time, through training and building organizational culture, bearing in mind that the concept of human capital has brought major changes to human resource management that have a positive impact on companies or organizations
