Abstract

Abstract: The term management has many meanings, management is directing / leading something of effort through planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling human resources and materials aimed at achieving predetermined goals. In the science of management there is the concept of problem solving that is placed in the workplace, namely the P-D-C-A approach as a process of solving problems with a continuous and systematic pattern. While management can also be defined as a process of organizing and utilizing the resources of the organization through the cooperation of members to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The practice of organizing education can be analogous to the production process in a company (industry). It's just that the products produced by educational institutions in the form of services. Therefore educational institutions can be said as service companies. From this perspective, the quality and quality of services (services) produced is a measure of the quality of an educational institution. Namely the extent of customer satisfaction with the services produced. What is meant by customers here are internal customers, namely teachers and other education personnel, and external customers, namely students and related parties outside the educational institution. Thus, schools are said to be of good quality if they are able to provide services according to or even exceed the expectations of teachers, employees, students, and other related parties such as parents, funders, the government or the world of work of users of graduates. Abstract

Abstract: The scholars' differed opinions about when the falsification of hadith began, people have falsified various hadiths with different motives and goals, especially for certain interests people can and dare to make false hadiths. Understanding the term hadith is a hadith that is based on the Messenger of Allāh Secara in a made-up and a lie, even though he did not say to do or set it. Using the hadith maudu is canceled, and it is forbidden to narrate it unless forced or work on the hadith to a scientific expert for examination. Based on existing historical data, the fabrication of hadith is not only done by Muslims but also carried out by non-Muslims with various motives and interests among other things. etcetera. Abstract

Abstract: Education is an activity carried out by humans where education has a broad scope. Education includes all experiences that exist in every human mind. Education is more pressing in terms of practices related to teaching and learning activities, besides that Education also focuses on thinking about education. Given the importance of parental role education in family education is also very important, where all children's knowledge and experience, both through vision, hearing, or behavior that comes from parents will influence the formation of children's personality, so parents should be able to educate her children, and the success of children in their future depends on how parents provide education. Likewise, the Gender Bias that exists in the family greatly affects the psychological condition of children in their lives in the future. Thus for the success of education in the family must be supported by Islamic religious education as a capital formation character that respects gender, and parents have a very important role in educating and directing their children, because if there is a gender bias in this family then this will greatly affect the mindset of their children in the future. Abstract

Abstrak: Kepala sekolah merupakan pemimpin pendidikan tingkat satuan pendidikan, yang harus bertanggung jawab terhadap maju mundurnya sekolah yang dipimpinnya. Dia dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan manajemen maupun kepemimpinan, agar dapat mengembangkan dan memajukan sekolahnya secara efektif, efisien, mandiri, produktif dan akuntabel. Dengan mengambil topik “Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Pembinaan Iklim dan Budaya Sekolah di SDI Taruna Surabaya”. Peneliti berusaha untuk mengungkap strategi kepala SDI Taruna Surabaya dalam pembinaan iklim dan budaya sekolah di SDI Taruna Surabaya beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Untuk mengungkap masalah tersebut digunakan teknik penelitian: 1) observasi, digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi SDI Taruna Surabaya dan aktifitas di dalamnya, 2) interview, digunakan untuk menggali data terkait dengan strategi kepala sekolah dalam Pembinaan Iklim dan budaya Sekolah di SDI Taruna Surabaya, beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. 3) Dokumentasi, untuk mendapat data terutama terkait dengan berbagai instrumen dan hasil tes yang digunakan di SDI Taruna , dan 4) Focus Group Discussion untuk memvalidasi temuan penelitian dan upaya pencarian solusi atas persoalan yang ada. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah dan dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data di peroleh hasil: 1) Strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, yang dapat diidentifikasi oleh peneliti antara lain adalah: penerapan kurikulum adaptif, mendongkrak prestasi sekolah (siswa maupun guru) pelibatan masyarakat sekitar dan pendayagunaan potensi lokal, penyediaan sarana-prasarana atau fasilitas layanan, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak luar . 2) Beberapa faktor pedukung adalah: adanya kerjasama yang baik dengan para guru dan tenaga kependidikan berdasarkan kompetensinya, kedisiplinan para civitas akademik SDI Taruna , sarana prasarana yang memadai, siswa-siswi yang kooperatif dalam menerima tata tertib sekolah, kegiatan-kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, jaringan kerjasama dengan pihak luar, dukungan masyarakat sekitar. 3) Adapun kendala yang dihadapi antara lain: ketika ada peluang bagi siswa untuk mengikuti kegiatan di luar daerah karena kompetensi yang dimiliki, terkadang tidak diizinkan oleh orang tuanya. Ada yang karena tidak punya biaya untuk uang saku anaknya, ada yang karena keberatan secara psikologis, dan ada yang karena alasan lain. Abstract

Abstrak: Jurnal ini adalah hasil penelitian Ihyaul Kholid yang berjudul “Aktualisasi Pendidikan Islam dalam Dunia Kerja (studi kasus di yayasan Nurul Hayat Surabaya).” Hasil penelitian ini akan menjawab tentang penerapan pendidikan Islam di dalam lapangan pekerjaan. Penerapan pendidikan Islam yang dimaksud, mulai dari proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dalam mengajarkan poin-poin agama Islam kepada para karyawan di yayasan Nurul Hayat Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis berusaha masuk ke dalam dunia pekerjaan yang ada di yayasan Nurul Hayat untuk mengumpulkan data-data akurat dari yayasan, baik berupa data primer maupun data sekunder. Melalui pendekatan fenomenologi penulis dapat menemukan dua fenomena yang berjalan penuh optimal, yaitu pendidikan Islam dan budaya kerja di yayasan Nurul Hayat. Setelah peneliti membandingkan data dari hasil pengamatan dengan data dari hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi tentang pendidikan spiritual dan budaya kerja di yayasan Nurul Hayat Surabaya, penulis mengkorelasikan dengan komponen-komponen pendidikan yang ada di pendidikan formal. Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dapat menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa aktualisasi pendidikan Islam di yayasan Nurul hayat Surabaya tidak sedikitpun menghambat produktifitas pekerjaan. Dengan adanya pendidikan Islam dalam dunia kerja yayasan Nurul Hayat dapat menciptakan budaya kerja yang menjadi percontohan bagi semua lapangan pekerjaan di luar yaysan Nurul Hayat surabaya. Selain pendidikan Islam, penanaman spiritualitas kepada karyawan sangat digalakkan, demi tercipta budaya kerja yang islami. Dalam penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa penanaman spiritualitas bagi para karyawan dapat mendorong semangat budaya kerja bagi karyawan. Penenaman spiritualitas di tempat kerja mampu menciptakan budaya kerja baru yang menjadikan karyawan merasa lebih bahagia dan bekerja lebih baik serta enggan untuk pindah ke tempat kerja lain. Pendidikan Islam dan spiritualitas karyawan Nurul Hayat disampaikan dalam bentuk training, kajian spiritual berupa ilmu akhlak dan ilmu tasawwuf dan pembiasaan diri membangun spiritual melalui amalan-amalan sunnah. Proses pendidikan Islam di Nurul Hayat juga memenuhi komponen-komponen pendidikan pada umumnya, seperti adanya peserta didik dan pendidik, kurikulum, metode pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Abstract

Abstract: Management of zakat which has been carried out by amil zakat as a whole has not been maximized so that the Islamic symbols have not been able to change the paradigm of society, especially Muslims. What needs to be done more intensely by BAZ / LAZ is the classification and grouping of the target recipients of zakat, namely the mustahiq groups that are suitable for receiving productive zakat and mustahiq which can only be given consumptive zakat (to meet daily needs). So that the implementation of Islamic da'wah through zakat as community economic empowerment can be optimal. The government must as soon as possible to revise the Law on Zakat which includes the procedures for managing Zakat, zakat regulation as a tax deduction, the formation of zakat departments / directorates in synergy with financial institutions / DG Tax. Abstract

Abstract: Muslim society is an open society that upholds universal values ​​of humanity and life, regardless of ethnic origin and religious differences. The Muslim community is a group of people who work together and live together based on the principles of the Qur'an and Hadith in their lives. Society in the view of Islam is a means to carry out Islamic teachings concerning life together. For this reason, society must become the basis for the framework of worldly life for the unity and cooperation of the people towards a human growth that embodies equality and justice. It is not called an Islamic society if it is always filled with feelings of revenge, which arise as a result of social injustice and mistreatment of some people towards others. This form of interaction is not recognized in Islam.The characteristics of a Muslim society are a society that has positive qualities and upholds the virtues taught by Islam. Each member of the community plays their respective roles to build a harmonious society by reflecting harmony. Peace and harmony are the main characteristics of an Islamic society.

Abstract

Fakhruddin ar-Razi is a great scholar who has mastered various branches of knowledge, especially Islamic sciences. In almost every branch of knowledge he studied, he wrote one or more works, some of which were the main references, such as the book al-Mahshul fi ʻIm al-Ushul and Tafsir al-Kabir Mafatih al-Ghaib. Even though he was a follower and defender of the Syafi'i school in the field of fiqh and Asy'ari in the field of kalam, his broad and deep mastery of knowledge and critical thinking about various sciences actually showed his capabilities as a mujtahid.His main work in the field of ushul fiqh, namely al-Mahshul, is the best work that collects four baboon books in the field of ushul fiqh thariqah mutakallimin from his predecessors. He succeeded in presenting ushul fiqh more comprehensively than had been done by his predecessors, including Imam asy-Shafi'i himself. Its analytical-critical descriptions provide depth of understanding of the various matters discussed in the book. Although his work is seen as the result of a merger of the four previous ushul fiqh books, his analyzes and some of his opinions show the independence and originality of the author's thoughts
