Abstract

The main objective of this study is to assess the importance of stimulating motor skills at early ages for the integral development of early education students. The study is based on the paradigm of qualitative research of an interpretative nature. For data collection, the technique of theoretical-documentary review was applied. In order to analyze the results, theoretical data were compared with the interpretative qualities of the researchers. As results, it was possible to demonstrate that the current educational model presents traditionalist and academic features that impact and limit possibilities of creativity, dispersion and enjoyment of games of physical-cognitive improvement that are essential in the child stage between three and five (3 and 5) years.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the author's desire to know how the students' self-acceptance / acceptance of a problem they are facing. The author uses an individualized psychological counseling approach, which feels suitable to the characteristics of the respondent in order to see his self-acceptance, which is needed in life. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The study was conducted at one of the High Schools in the City of Padang. The subjects in this study were one student. Taking the subject of this study using purposive sampling method. This study uses data collection techniques with interviews and observations. The technique guarantees the validity of the data carried out by building close relationships with subjects and informants naturally and continually making observations. Data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study revealed that the conditions of self-acceptance of students in the case are as follows: (1) Students have good confidence in their capacity to cope with the environment, and the environment is good (2) Students consider themselves to be different from others, (3) Students consider themselves reasonable and have expectations that others will accept it, (4) Students can be said to be confident, not ashamed or self-aware, as evidenced by the achievements achieved (5) Students can be responsible for each behavior, but also doubt for the future (6) stand alone, this problem lacked opinion students proved that sometimes affected by social pressures from the community / school environment (7) students can receive objective criticism and praise, (8) students are able to accept strengths and weaknesses possessed, (9) Students do not deny all the feelings that arise. But sometimes it can change the mood to negative. So, it can be concluded that students have good self-acceptance.

Abstract

Hypnosis is the art of interaction that influences someone by altering their level of awareness. Not only is hypnosis effective for resolving physical and psychological difficulties, but it can also be used in an attempt to optimize the learning process. Hypnosis is known as hypno-teaching in the learning process. Hypnosis is known as hypnoteaching in the learning process. The secret to the hypnoteaching technique is how teachers can internally and externally create a supportive learning atmosphere. They will also believe the learning process is enjoyable when relaxation is in learning, and when in a relaxed class, it is guaranteed that students will easily understand the material provided by the instructor.In essence, teachers are expected to be able to hypnotize students in this hypnoteaching process, this hypnosis attempts to put students into a calm, secure and quiet environment so that students can easily embrace any content and moral messages communicated by the instructor.

Abstract

The ability in the form of individual toughness to be ready to face bitter realities is known as resilience. Resilience is needed by students, one of which applies as the child of a parent of victims of domestic violence. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The study was conducted at one of the High Schools in the City of Padang. The subjects in this study were one student with criteria as a child whose parents (mother) experienced domestic violence, counseling teachers and parents of students. Taking the subject of this study using purposive sampling method. This study uses data collection techniques with interviews and observations. The technique guarantees the validity of the data carried out by building close relationships with subjects and informants naturally and continually making observations. Data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing and verification. The results revealed that the conditions of resilience of parents (mothers) of domestic violence victims are as follows: (1) IRs have immature emotional control when dealing with domestic violence experienced by their mothers, (2) IRs have poor impulse control when dealing with domestic violence experienced by their mothers , (3) IR has good optimism when facing domestic violence experienced by his mother, (4) IR is still not good at analyzing problems carefully, (5) IR has good empathy, (6) IR has good self-efficacy, and (7) IRs have good reaching out when dealing with their mothers as victims of domestic violence. So, it can be concluded that IR has a fairly good resilience.

Abstract

This article presents the results of an investigation directed to analyze the teachers' perception about the implementation of the curricular design of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program in the province of Chimborazo, Riobamba - Ecuador. The design that was selected was qualitative, developing the interpretive paradigm. As a sample, a total of 18 teachers were considered who during the 2018-2019 school year administered the subjects and core components of the International Baccalaureate. A mixed questionnaire was applied, the data was organized in matrices and content analysis was applied for its interpretation. As negative aspects, they reveal that their experience has been marked by insufficient training that is evident in professional training for the development of pedagogical activity, in attention to the international parameters assumed by the Ministry of Education when implementing this modality of baccalaureate. There is, as well, evidence of a lack of material resources (laboratories, internet access, specialized bibliography). As favorable aspects, there was found teamwork to achieve the objectives and the willingness of teachers to continue the program

Abstract

This article discusses students' self-management in managing and managing themselves related to time and the achievement of self-goals using a humanistic existential counseling approach. Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that group counseling services are conducted well, but the independence of students is still low. This study aims to determine 1) how high the activity of joining a group counseling service 2) the independence of student students 3) the significant effect of the activity of joining a group counseling service on the independence of KTP students. This research is correlational. The subjects of this study were all students consisting of 156 students and the object was the effect of the activity of joining a group counseling service on student independence. 61 students were sampled from this study. These findings reveal that the activeness of students to join group counseling services in the KTP Department is very high (86.85%). The independence of students in the Department of KTP is high (75.61%). There is a significant influence of the activity of joining a group counseling service on the independence of students in the KTP Department with 0.545 at a probability level of 0,000. It was obtained from robserved which was higher than rtable at significant levels of 5% and 1% (0,250 <0.545> 0.325). The percentage of the effect of the activity of joining a group counseling service on student independence is 29.7% and the remaining 70.3% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

The objective of the research article presented below was to propose activities that would strengthen the students of the educational institution "Unidad del Milenio Manuel J." through training activities in the teaching, understanding, and adequate application of the language of chemistry. Street" in the city of Cuenca - Ecuador (MJC), immersed in a feasible project, using the descriptive field design, the population was constituted with 25 students of unified general high school, the observation technique and the questionnaire were used for the collection of information, then with the results found in the diagnosis a proposal was built to give answers to the proposed objectives. In addition to the above, activities were developed to strengthen the chemical sciences, increasing the ability of chemical language, interacting with chemical symbols in a correct way. With all this, innovative and participatory processes were sought to help students assimilate and appropriate the required knowledge, providing answers to their needs for learning chemical language, assuming scientific attitudes, typical of the areas of knowledge, such as being critical and autonomous in their own learning.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja akademik guru. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif korelasional. Data yang dikumpulkan mengenai gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai variabel bebas dan kepuasan akademik sebagai variabel terikat. Data dianalisis menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 22. Jika kepala sekolah tidak dibekali dengan baik dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam kepemimpinan, mereka tidak akan tahu apakah mereka memiliki pengaruh terhadap sekolah dan pekerjaan akademis guru.
