Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance directly. 2). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance. 3). Knowing the effect of work performance on employee performance. 4). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance through work performance. The population is defined as "the number of families that will be studied", the population used by researchers in this study is the entire work of PT. Nippon Paint Kediri. This research sample was taken by using simple random sampling technique that is sampling technique from the population that was carried out randomly regardless of the strata that existed in the population. simple random sampling is a method of sampling where each element of the population has the same opportunity to be chosen as a member of the sample and the sample is taken using a number table/generator. The technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the research and the discussion described, conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1). There is a significant direct effect between the variable compensation (X1) on employee performance (X2) of 0.410. 2). There is a significant direct effect between compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) of 0.561. 3). There is a direct significant between employee work performance (X2) on employee performance (Y) of 0.358. 4). There is an indirect effect between compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) through employee work performance (X2) of 0.708.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of variables gender, age, GPA to financial literacy. This research is a quantitative research and the sample consist of 142 students Accounting Department of State Polytechnic Malang. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed gender, age, and GPA significant and positive effect on financial literacy.

Abstract

Leadership and motivation are important factors in the organization. This is expected to improve employee performance in the company. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance. The results of the research show that there is a positive influence between leadership and motivation on employee performance. Data collection methods used by distributing questionnaires with the population in this research were PT Swadaya Graha Gresik as many as 98 respondents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance, examine and analyze organizational culture and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at PT Karya Mekar Dewatamali Jombang. The number of respondents as many as 60 respondents. This study used a purposive sampling technique. It can be concluded that simultaneously or together, Organizational Culture (X1), Motivation (X2) and Job Satisfaction (Z) on Performance (Y). Moreover, this research also shows that each variable has an influence on the performance variable partially. It states that a good organizational culture will directly make employee performance good without paying too much attention to job satisfaction. The effect of Motivation variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) directly is 0.529 while the indirect effect is 0.054. And also, the direct influence of Motivation on Employee Performance is greater than the indirect effect (through intervening variables of job satisfaction).

Abstract

Company organizations that aim to remain capable of acting in an increasingly competitive environment for long time, they should also have strong and powerful human resources. Competent human resources are needed in a competitive environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the influence of leader member exchange (LMX) and organizational culture on managerial performance. The population in this research were employees at the Managerial Level at Malang State Polytechnic. The sampling technique used is the survey method. The results of this research show that LMX variables have a significant effect on managerial employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant influence on organizational performance. And also, the culture variable has a significant influence on managerial performance.
