Abstract

This research aims to find out the right strategy in using Instagram as an advertising medium for MSMEs in Amoira using descriptive qualitative methods. The data is taken by doing two ways, namely interviews and also observations. The data obtained is processed by several methods such as internal resources analysis, Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) analysis, VRIO framework, and also TOWS analysis. Then the researchers conducted a content analysis to propose strategies for using Instagram. In this study, generate strategies that can be carried out based on the analysis conducted on Amoira. Keywords: instagram utilization strategy, advertising media, impression Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui apa strategi yang tepat dalam pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media periklanan pada UMKM Amoira menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data diambil dengan melakukan 2 cara yaitu wawancara dan juga observasi. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan sejumlah metode seperti analisis internal resources, analisis Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), framework VRIO dan juga analisis TOWS. Kemudian peneliti melakukan analisis konten untuk mengusulkan strategi pemanfaatan Instagram. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on all economic sectors, including the tourism industry and its supporting sectors. The pandemic has changed people's views of travel, behavior in choosing tourist destinations, and determining of the tourism consumption decisions. Meanwhile, the sustainability of the tourism industry highly depends on the flow of tourists and the perception of individual tourists. This study identifies the tourist attitudes regarding hygiene and safety factors,identifies the tourist behavior in consuming of the tourism, and identifies tourism potential both during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using a survey method through an online questionnaire to 353 respondents. Hypotheses testing was done using descriptive statistical technique which is one sample t-test using SPSS. The results show that all hypotheses in this study can be supported.Travelers consider it very important to implement health protocols during thepandemic. The pandemic has not stopped tourists from taking trips, however the tourists tend to postpone their plans to the destinations with high Covid-19 virus infections. They avoid crowded destinations, prefer culinary tours and outdoor attractions near their residential areas, and avoid group trips. Original nature-based tourism objects (ecotourism, maritime, marine) and agriculture-based (agrotourism) that offer privacy and customization are considered potential to be developed during and after the pandemic. Abstract

This study contains an analysis of the effect of compensation and training on the work motivation of hotel employees in the city of Bandar Lampung. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The population is employees who work in hotels in Bandar Lampung. The research sample amounted to 82. The results of this study are as follows compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, and training has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Keyword: Compensation, Training, Motivation Abstrak Penelitian ini berisi tentang analisis pengaruh kompensasi dan pelatihan terhadap moivasi kerja karyawna hotel di kota Bandar lampung. Penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25,0. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu karyawan yang bekerja di hotel di Bndar Lampung dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 responden Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Abstract

In attracting international class students, IIB Darmajaya tries its best to give all the best to meet student satisfaction. English is an obligation for international class students in every given course, and they must graduate from that course. This study aims to determine the factors that determine the satisfaction of international class students of IIB Darmajaya and to determine what factors are the most dominant in the satisfaction of international class students. The population in this study were active students of IIB Darmajaya. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of the Importance Performance Analysis show the essential attributes, namely regarding students having problems, lecturers/employees can solve problems, the department always finds out what students need. Students feel safe with the final grades of lectures. In general, the student satisfaction index in the international class for the attributes tested is in the reasonably satisfying criteria.

Abstract

The decisions that managers in a company will take will affect firm value in their company. This decision consists of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy. The firm value determined not only the decisions taken but also the amount of profit earned. This research aimed to examine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy on firm value. The secondary data in this research was obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using the purposive sampling method, the sample selected was 11 manufacturing companies listed in the LQ45 index. The analysis technique used in this study were descriptive statistics and multiple linear regressions. The error rate used is 5%. The finding shows that investment decisions and profitability positively affect firm value, while dividend policy does not.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of price discount, bonus pack, and celebrity endorser toward purchase intention of Moy Stuff online Shop in Bengkulu City. The sample of this research was 180 people of Moy Stuff online shop Consumers in Bengkulu City. This study used observation and questionnaires as techniques for collecting data. Several data analysis techniques were used in this research, including using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the tests show that the variable price discount (X1), bonus pack (X2), celebrity endorser (X3) have a partial and simultaneous effect on purchase intention on Moy Stuff online shop in Bengkulu city. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation is Y= 0.521 + 0.294 (X1) + 0.135 (X2) + 0.459 (X3). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diskon harga, paket bonus, dan celebrity endorser terhadap niat beli online shop Moy Stuff di Kota Bengkulu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 180 orang Konsumen online shop Moy Stuff di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan angket sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain dengan menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis responden, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinan, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel diskon harga (X1), paket bonus (X2), celebrity endorser (X3) berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap niat beli online shop Moy Stuff di kota Bengkulu. Dari hasil uji regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi adalah Y= 0,521 + 0,294 (X1) + 0,135 (X2) + 0,459 (X3). Abstract

MSMEs, which had an essential role in the economy and employment, are still experiencing several obstacles. Proper strategic management is needed to overcome it. This paper aims to identify problems, formulate key performance indicators, and develop strategies using the balanced scorecard in one of the snack food SMEs in Bekasi. The business process formulation uses the flow of suppliers, inputs, processes, outputs, and customers (SIPOC). This study uses quantitative analysis by taking Amelia Snack dan Cookies as a research object. The primary data was sourced from pairwise comparison questionnaires and structured interviews with owners, direct observation, and supported by secondary data in the form of literature studies. Data processing is carried out by compiling. Fishbone diagrams, key performance indicators, and a balanced scorecard consist of four targets: finance, learning and growth, customer, and internal business. The results showed that Amelia Snack and Cookies had a low level of balanced scorecard in the learning and growth perspective. In addition, it has good levels in the other three views. Formulating the right compensation package, the proper training, and integrated marketing can be done as a development strategy. Meanwhile, the integration of all perspectives is needed for sustainability strategy. Keywords: balanced scorecard, MSMEs, performance measurement, strategic management Abstrak UMKM yang berperan penting dalam perekonomian dan penyerapan tenaga kerja masih mengalami beberapa kendala. Manajemen strategi yang tepat diperlukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan, merumuskan indikator kinerja utama, dan memformulasikan strategi dengan menggunakan balanced scorecard pada salah satu UMKM makanan ringan di wilayah Bekasi. Perumusan bisnis proses dilakukan dengan aliran supplier, input, process, output, dan customer (SIPOC). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif den[1]gan mengambil objek penelitian yaitu UMKM Amelia Snack dan Cookies. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer bersumber dari kuesioner pairwise comparison dan wawancara terstruktur dengan pemilik UMKM, observasi langsung, serta didukung oleh data sekunder berupa studi literatur. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menyusun fishbone diagram, Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU), dan balanced scorecard yang terdiri dari empat sasaran yaitu keuangan, pelanggan, internal bisnis, serta pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Amelia Snack dan Cookies memiliki tingkat balanced scorecard yang rendah pada perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran yaitu kepuasan dan kompetensi karyawan. Selain itu, memiliki tingkat baik dalam ketiga perspektif lainnya. Perumusan paket kompensasi yang tepat, pelatihan yang tepat, dan pemasaran terpadu dapat dilakukan sebagai strategi pengembangan UMKM. Sementara itu, integrasi semua perspektif diperlukan untuk strategi keberlanjutan UMKM Amelia Snack dan Cookies. Kata kunci: balanced scorecard, manajemen strategi, pengukuran kinerja, UMKM
