Abstract

The lie detection system on the sound can be detected using the Viterbi algorithm. In a previous study stated that by using Viterbi the results of true detection were closer to the optimal results but there were still some data that resulted in low values ​​and the sound samples that were tested were still using previous data records. In this study will use the Hankel transformation which is known as the Fourier-Bessel transformation. Just as the Fourier transform for an infinite interval is related to the Fourier series during a finite interval, so Hankel's transformation of an infinite interval is related to the Fourier-Bessel series during a finite interval. This research carried out the process of recognizing and training lying sound samples on the words go, walk and move then tested by simulating them on the training data and test data to produce the percentage of recognition and classification of the lie sounds. The data tested in this study used samples that were tested in real time. The results showed that the lie detection system using the Viterbi algorithm had a true detection range of 89% in the word go, 87% in the word walk and 84% in the word move. Whereas using Hankel transformation has a true detection range of 94% in the word go, 94% in the word walk and 95% in the word movemensimulasikannya pada data latih dan data uji untuk menghasilkan persentase pengenalan dan klasifikasi suara kebohongan. Data yang diuji dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang diuji secara real time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem deteksi kebohongan dengan algoritma Viterbi memiliki jangkauan deteksi benar sebesar 89% pada kata go, 87% pada kata walk dan 84% pada kata move. Sedangkan penggunaan transformasi Hankel memiliki jangkauan deteksi sebenarnya 94% pada kata go, 94% pada kata walk dan 95% pada kata move.

Abstract

Face detection is the first step required for various applications for computer vision, biometric recognition, and various multimedia applications, such as face tracking, face recognition, and video surveillance. In this research, a rapid face detection system was proposed applying the Backpropagation network. The system is developed from image qualification with the implementation of the sobel operator, and then the conditioned image is trained and tested. The performance of the developed system is considered based on two performance comparisons, detection rate and false positive rate. The assessment results show that the system performance that occurs has a detection rate ranging from 70% to 85%. For the development of system performance quality in future research, the developed system can be combined with one of the video complexity tests, skin color segmentation, or statistical tests.

Abstract

Scheduling is related to the problem of deciding which processes will be carried out in a system. Processes that have not received the allocation from the CPU will queue in the ready queue. The scheduling algorithm is used to determine which processes are in the ready queue to be executed by the CPU.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah perencanaan metodologi evaluasi efektivitas web interaktif yang ditekankan pada adaptasi matriks agar dapat digunakan untuk pembuatan kuesioner dan pembahasannya berdasarkan model web interaktif. Analisis konteks bisnis dilakukan berdasarkan studi literatur yang erat korelasinya dengan performa web Kementerian Agama RI. Metodologi evaluasi efektivitas web Interaktif merupakan kebutuhan penyelenggara web, termasuk Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia (RI) unit kerja Haji dan Umrah, untuk meningkatkan transparansi publik. Untuk mendukung perencanaan model evaluasi web yang efektif digunakan sebuah metodologi penilaian web, yaitu AIC (Attract, Inform, Community). Model ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif multi-dimensional yang secara praktis berbasis Matriks AIC. Model ini memuat fitur web mobilisasi masa sehingga interaksi penyelenggara web dan publik dapat terwujud. Hasil penelitian ini berupa metodologi evaluasi efektivitas web menggunakan Model AIC Interaktif yang merupakan hasil adaptasi dari Model AIC. Proses adaptasi dilakukan berdasarkan konsep e-government Indonesia dan PBB karena Model AIC pada penelitian sebelumnya digunakan untuk mengevaluasi web non-pemerintah. Sedangkan model evaluasi web yang dikeluarkan Kementerian Informatika RI dan PBB tidak difokuskan pada fitur-fitur interaktif. Hasil pilot project menunjukkan bahwa web Haji hanya memiliki 1 atribut interaktif, yakni komentar. Jadi, web Haji termasuk kurang interaktif dan belum mendukung transparansi publik secara efektif.

Abstract

One aspect of the success of a company is the management of human resources. Power outlets help standardized integrated electricity services that provide convenience, transparency of information, quality assurance and safety protection for electricity users, while consistently maintaining and improving the services produced so that they are always in accordance with predetermined standards. The power outlet assessment can motivate the morale of each power outlet to improve the dedication and performance of a company. With 6 numbers of power outlets registered at PT. PLN up3 Lhokseumawe with various kinds of assessments it will be difficult to determine which outlets deserve an award. For this reason, a decision support system is needed using the Simple Additive Weighting Method to be able to assist in the assessment of power outlets. The Simple Additive Weighting method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The aim of this research is to design a best power outlet rating system. The calculation method uses the result of the largest value which will be selected as the best alternative. The criteria used are performance, finance, facilities, service quality, cooperation, and report results. The results of this study indicate that the best power outlet rankings with the highest value of 92.3 and the lowest value of 36.2 and have been proven by manual calculations and the results of system analysis are the same

Abstract

This study aims to apply facial pattern recognition digitally. Technology was developed with the hope of simplifying human work systems. First, as a biometric recognition system (can be combined with other biometric features such as fingerprint and voice). Second, as a search and indexing system for digital image/video databases. Third, as a security system for limited area access control, video conferencing, and human-computer interaction. The face is the central organ for human expression, recognition and communication. The face consists of four very important sense organs, namely the nose, eyes, ears and tongue. Currently face recognition is one of the major forms of research in the area of ​​computer vision. Face pattern recognition is not only intended for science but is applied to several other practical applications. As for the application of applications such as identity authentication, surveillance and security, human computer intelligent interaction and film. The eigenface method is used to calculate eigenvalues ​​and eigenvectors that will be used as features in the introduction.
