Abstract

Recent facts state that there is a symptom of negative implications in education, there is a threat of social insecurity. These threats can be seen in immoral and immoral acts committed by school-age children and educated people. This condition is the result of the inability of the educational process in fostering the morals of the students. This moral education discourse has been widely discussed, but in a philosophical context it is necessary to refresh and explore ideas. In the context of Islamic education, the figures that can be appointed are well-known and credible Muslim figures. This article attempts to examine the philosophical foundational ideas proposed by Al-Ghazali and Ibn Miskawaih and their proposals related to ontology, epistemology, and axiology. Ibn Miskawaih and Al-Ghazali provide an understanding of morality as a mental condition that encourages a person to take an action spontaneously and consistently. Good morals, actualized in good behavior. On the other hand, bad morals will be actualized in bad behavior. Morals are indicators of a person's psyche. Al-Ghazali and Ibn Miskawaih agreed to propose a middle way. Although the terms are different. For Ibn Miskawaih, the middle way is a condition between the extreme left and the extreme right. Meanwhile, for Al-Ghazali, wasatiah is a condition of the soul that is in line with the Shari'a and reason. To achieve such conditions, training and habituation can be carried out, including efforts to approach God (Allah). The goal, said Ibn Miskawaih, so that someone can achieve as-sa'adah (happiness),

Abstract

Learning with the Quantum Learning model seeks to maximize all elements contained in learning including all the potential and abilities that exist in students. This is intended to make the learning carried out by the teacher maximum and the students also maximally absorb the material presented. The main focus of this study is to determine the application of the Quantum Learning learning model in increasing student learning motivation, the effectiveness of applying the model and the factors that support and hinder the application of the Quantum Learning learning model.  Based on the results of the study,  the role of teachers in the application of the Quantum Learning learning model  makes teachers closer to students so as to provide a comfortable atmosphere when starting teaching and learning activities in the classroom. The application of this  model has a positive effect on increasing student motivation, as seen from the  enthusiasm of students participating in teaching and learning activities in the classroom, the students are very interested in honing their skills. The supporting factors in the application of  the Quantum Learning  learning model are the teacher's example, the activeness and discipline of the teacher and parents as the main control holders in building student learning motivation, while the obstacles are the lack of media, and time constraints.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of instilling moral education in early childhood, where at this time children experience a golden age in their development, children easily learn from the environment. So that at this time is the most appropriate time to internalize the values of moral education into children's identities with a variety of media, one of which is story books. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of internalizing the values of moral education contained in the book "Toddlers with noble character" in early childhood and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in internalizing the educational values of the book. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the research on the internalization process used the telling method, the advice, method, the reward method and the dialogue method. Supporting factors 1) family,helping to improve children’s moral education 2) The language of the books that are easy and have a lot of use,  3) Media from BBM books,in the from of hand puppets, posters and moral cards 4) manual books for parents for parents,help how to internalize BBM books  5) The inspirational story books of Rasulallah SAW., while the inhibiting factors are 1) busyness of parents, 2) lack of experience about the stories of Rasulallah SAW.

Abstract

One of the Teacher’s efforts to overcome some of the weaknesses of the lecture method is to combine it with several other methods,one of them is the lecture method plus demonstrations and exercises, that combines the activities of describing the subject matter with demonstration and training activities (drill). The purpose of this study was to find out how the practice of amaliyah using lectures plus demonstrations and exercises in the program kuliah subuh and to describe the effectiveness of the lecture plus demonstration and training methods in increasing the understanding of the students’ ubudiyah. The method used is qualitative case study. And determining the informants in this study using purposive sampling method,  data analysis from Miles and Huberman namely the data analysis process carried out simultaneously with the data collection process. As for the results of this study indicate that the implementation of the lecture plus demonstration method and exercise starts from the activities of describing the Subject, that has been explained and finally holding repeated exercises. So that the application of the lecture plus demonstration method and exercise can be considered quite effective in the Kuliah Subuh program at Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School because it can focus the attention of students so that they can focus and not be sleepy.

Abstract

Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, morals, beliefs, and habits. Through education, one can have an understanding of something that makes him a critical human being in thinking and acting. The measure of educational success is seen from the involvement and participation of teachers as educators, students as learners, learning materials provided, teaching methods and infrast ructure provided. The new Minister of Education and Culture of Indonesia, Nadiem Makarim, has since issued circular letter number 1 of 2020 regarding the policy of independent learning in determining student graduation, raising pros and cons from various groups, "Freedom of Learning" or "Freedom of Learning". The concept of "Freedom of Learning", which frees educational institutions and encourages students to innovate and encourage creative thinking. This concept was then accepted considering the vision and mission of Indonesian Education in the future for the sake of creating quality human beings who are able to compete in various fields of life. This study aims to examine and analyze the formulation of independent learning policy formulations in the implementation of learning through SWOT analysis. The research method used is a literature review approach with descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the study show that threats and weaknesses still dominate the existing strengths and opportunities, the availability of human resources, information technology facilities and support from the competent government is still in conflict with the reality on the ground in the community who still stutters in mastering technology and budget constraints in managing and supporting the successful implementation of the independent learning policy. . With this article that examines the policy of independent learning, it is hoped that there will be further research that directly observes in the field to obtain a more concrete picture to provide alternative solutions in improving government policies.

Abstract

The connecting book becomes an information medium for school activities and children’s worship activities at home. In the connecting book, the teacher communicates condition of the child at school so that communication is established between teacher and parents. This can have a positive impact on the progress of children’s learning and the progress of children’s worship at home.  The purpose of this reaserch is (1) To find out the effectiveness of connecting books as a mean of communication between teachers and parents about the development of children’s worship. (2) To find out what obstacles are inhibiting the effect of the connecting book as a means of communication between teachers and parents about the development of children’s worship. This research is a field research approach used ia a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection is carried out by conducting observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To check the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation of sources. Based on the results of this research shows that the use of connecting books as a means of communication between teachers and parents about the development of children’s worship has been very effective, because with this connecting book teacher and parents are very helped in communicating through the connecting book about the development of children’s worship. There are several constraints regarding the effectiveness of connecting books as a means of communication between teachers and parents about the development of children’s worship, among others: 1) parents do not follow up on the teacher’s response regarding the development of children’s worship through the connecting book. 2) parents are less active in responding to information from teachers about the development of children’s worship through connecting books.

Abstract

The spread of the Corona (Covid-19)has several impacts on the continuity of education. With all levels of readiness for education in Indonesia, it must follow the prescribed flow and help with emergencies in schools. The change that is felt is the learning system, in the form of distance learning. Meanwhile, some parents do not understand what social media or the internet is.The purpose of this study was to determine the problems faced by the guardians of the students, to describe the impact of the problems faced by the parents, and to find out how the parents were dealing with distance learning problems at MI Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Sumenep.This research design used a qualitative descriptive study, using the phenomenological study method. The data source of this research is in the form of student guardians. Obtaining data used are interviews and documentation that shows about the subject. The results showed that the problems faced by students' guardians in distance learning at MI Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat are wasteful use of quotas or pulses, interference with signals or internet networks, limited ability of guardians in understanding lessons, disruption of child development, and poor children's character. , the impact of the problems of student guardians in distance learning at MI Nurul Huda is the compulsion of guardians who live in the majority of farmers and fishermen to use technology, reduced working time, and the ability of student guardians to understand learning material, the way student guardians deal with distance learning problems in MI Nurul Huda is trying to keep children carrying out the same daily routine when studying at school, become friends to learn, build smooth communication between parents and teachers, and assist children in distance learning

Abstract

Supervision is a planned coaching in helping teachers and other staff in an effective work to achieve educational goals. The principal as a supervisor provides guidance and encouragement to teachers in the implementation of education and teaching, especially in terms of selecting learning methods. This research aim to describe: 1) How the principal’s efforts in dealing with teachers who has teaching method problems. 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the principal in overcoming teachers who has teaching method problems. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. The data were collected by interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive techniques. In this case the researcher tries to understand the situation that occurs in MTs Raudlatul Ihsan on supervision. From the research results, the principal’s efforts in dealing teachers who has teaching method problems, namely managerial supervision, including providing facilities and infrastructure and reward and punishment, academic supervision, which includes conducting class visits or meetings and including teachers training. Supporting and inhibiting factors for the principal in dealing with teachers who has teaching methods, supporting factor : positive enthusiasm from the teachers. Inhibiting factors, internal: the amount of work and responsibility of the principal, external: lack of ability or competences of the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to know the influence and how much the influence of interpersonal intelligence on manager professionalism (OSTADA) Pakandangan Sumenep. This research used quantitative approach. The population of this research is all managers of organization at female student Nurulhuda (OSTADA) Pakandangan Bluto Sumenep 33 person. While the data collection techniques used are questionnaire, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research is simple linear regression test with Statistical Package For Sosial Science (SPSS) For Windows version 24.0. The results showed that there are influences of interpersonal intelligence on manager professionalism organization Nurulhuda (OSTADA) Pakandangan Bluto Sumenep. This is evident first with the anova table value in the significance column listed as 0,000 under 0,05. Second by comparing the count F value with the F table value, where the F count is equal to 39.690 bigger than F table value with 2,50. The great influence of interpersonal intelligence on professionalism of the management at female organization Nurulhuda (OSTADA) Pakandangan Bluto Sumenep is equal to 0,561 which means 56,1%. This can be seen from the value of R Square in the Model Summary table in the column on Standard Error Of The Estimate, while the remaining 43,9% is influenced by several other factors

Abstract

Learning evaluation is carried out to obtain information about students' abilities, as well as to measure whether the learning objectives are achieved or not. Learning evaluation covers 3 domains, namely: cognitive (knowledge), affective (values or attitudes), and psychomotor (skills). This research uses qualitative research methods. In this discussion, researchers will discuss the evaluation carried out by PAI teachers at SDN Rangperang Daya III in the psychomotor realm, where teachers not only measure students' knowledge in understanding something but also measure students' abilities in their skills to carry out worship. Psychomotor assessment is characterized by the presence of physical activity and performance skills by students and does not require writing instruments.
