Abstract

The purpose of this study was to findout and obtain information about: Islamic Religious Education Learning in Class VIISMP Negeri 1 KandanghaurIndramayu Regency before the PQ4R method was applied(preview, question, read, reflect, recite and review), the efforts of Islamic ReligiousEducation teachers in applying the method PQ4R (preview, question, read, reflect, reciteand review) in Class VII SMP Negeri 1 Kandanghaur, Indramayu Regency, and theresults of applying the PQ4R method (preview, question, read, reflect, recite and review)in Class VII SMP Negeri 1 Kandanghaur Regency Indramayu in improving studentachievement. For the continuation of this research, the author will refer to the principlesof applying descriptive methods, supported by observation techniques, interviews,documentation studies and questionnaires as data collection tools.The collected datawas then analyzed using inductive data analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemikiran Murtadha Muthahhari tentangetika dan implikasinya pada pendidikan karakter. Metode yang digunakan adalah libraryresearch karena penelitian ini mengacu pada data-data atau bahan-bahan tertulis yangberkaitan dengan topik pembahasan yang sedang diangkat, penelitian yangmenggunakan gagasan yang berbentuk tulisan sebagai sumber penekanan kepadainterprestasi dan analisis makna konsep pemikiran yang berupa ungkapan-ungkapanbaik secara empiris maupun secara ide-ide rasional. Menurut Muthahhari karakteradalah tindakan etis yang dibenarkan bagi setiap individu, situasi dan kondisi secaramutlak atau karakter mulia adalah karakter yang didalamnya mengandung nilai-nilaikemanusiaan yaitu cinta, akal, keadilan, kebebasan, pelayanan kepada sesama, danibadah. Ada beberapa aspek yang mendukung terwujudnya pendidikan karakter(karakter mulia), diantaranya: pertama, menekankan pentingnya mendidik akal dankedua, ibadah. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan memiliki arti akademis dan dapatmenambah kekayaan khazanah intelektual dan juga sebagai kontribusi ilmiah yang dapatdijadikan refrensi dalam pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

Learning hijaiyah letters is certainly very good if it is learned andtaught to children from an early age, of course by using concrete and interesting mediaaccording to their stage of development so that learning activities are able to present apleasant experience for them. This study aims to describe implementation of the cakraplate media in improving the learning of hijaiyah letters in early childhood. Theformulation of the problem is how implementation of the cakra plate media inimproving the learning of hijaiyah letters in early childhood?. This study uses aclassroom action research (CAR) method using an instrument of early childhood activityobservation sheets. The result showed that in pre-cycle the average value of children inBSB category was 25%, the firs cycle the average value of children in BSB category was36.25%, and the second cycle the average value of children in BSB category was 76.25%.The results of the study showed an increase in hijaiyah learning through the cakra platemedia with an average result that increases in BSB category in early childhood. Thus, theimplementation of the cakra plate media in improving the learning of hijaiyah letters isvery effective and works very well to be applied to early childhood.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach to the ex post facto method with aims to determine the effect of:1) educators’ work motivation on classroom management; 2) educators’ teaching experience onclassroom management; 3) classroom facilities on classroom management. The study sample size of 76people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were presented by usingdescriptive statistics and regression analysis. Meanwhile, regression analysis shows that 1) there is nosignificant effect of educators’ work motivation on classroom management (P(α)= 0.275>0.05), 2) thereis no significant effect of educators’ teaching experience on classroom management (P(α)= 0.225>0.05), 3)there is no significant effect of classroom facilities on classroom management (P(α)= 0.201>0.05), and 4)there is no significant effect of educators’ work motivation, educators’ teaching experience, and classroomfacilities on the kindergarten classroom management (Rxy = 0.062) (P(α)= 0.103>0.05).Keywords: Classroom Management, Educators’ Work Motivation, Educators Teaching Experience,
