Abstract

The Indonesia has cultural diversity according to existing regions, one of which is folk songs. It takes the participation of teachers in schools for the introduction and learning of culture in order to remain sustainable. SD Negeri Pejagalan 05 Elementary School Jakarta, has not yet developed computerized learning media for cultural subjects, especially folk songs. Teaching about culture, especially folk songs in schools only focuses on theoretical giving. At the time when learning arts and culture experienced quite a lot of difficulties considering the diversity of regional cultures in the archipelago. The use of learning media as a learning aid is very much needed, while the tools for introducing culture are also very minimal. Based on observations, interviews and analysis of this study using the PIECES theory. Researchers develop learning media in the form of animation, using Adobe Flash CS6 software. In this animation, the material in the form of text and audio is accompanied by an image in the form of a map of Indonesia. The result of this research is the creation of an interactive application of learning folk songs with the Adobe Flash Professional CS6 program. The implementation of the application is made according to expectations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is as prototype of early study of development of IP camera monitoring application which can be accessed through Android Device, in development of a certain application can not be separated from its initial creation that is user interface design of an application, so in usage application user can understand navigation or button that are in the program. Usefulness of user interface design in user satisfaction of this application in accessing information that resides in the application. The object of this research is the design of user interface prototype android application Smart System IP Camera Security with respondents of 40 respondents. This research data is obtained from questionnaire data to android application user which then processed statistically by using range of category and percentage through Likert scale. The research results show all independent variables (indicator) EUCS, consist of Content (Content), Format (report) Accurancy (Timeliness), Ease of Use (Ease of Use), which has a significant relationship with the needs of users of the android application satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction with the overall user interface design fall into the category agree and feel satisfied using the android application, with a percentage of 95%.

Abstract

IPSec based VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a standard that provides data confidentiality, data integrity, and source authentication on public communication such as the internet. IPSec VPN is a secure technology and reliable (secure and reliable) which can connect private networks between campuses using internet public communications. The availability of data and services in real-time is very much needed by the main campus to ensure that operational and business activities at branch campus and main campus run smoothly. FortiGate is the best choice for system security that provides high protection against threats dynamic security and simplifies the IT security infrastructure company. This study aims to build a VPN (Virtual Private Network) based on IPSec. The research was conducted on a Wide Area Network using two FortiGate devices as a firewall and gateways are connected to each other and form a tunnel as a special path connect private networks between campuses securely. The results showed that clients at branch campus can access servers located at the main campus in real-time, and data transfer performance between branch campus and main campus was successfully accepted, and getting bigger packets sent, the file transfer process time will also be longer.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a student ranking system design based on the grades obtained by students to assist teachers and principals in determining the ranking of these students in schools. The criteria used are the midterm score with a weight of 30%, the final exam score with a weight of 30%, the report card value of 20%, and the average value of 20%. The method used is a field study by making direct observations to schools and conducting interviews with school principals, homeroom teachers, and administrative staff. The result of the research is a prototype of a web-based student ranking system that produces a student ranking report that counts using the simple additive weighting method.Keywords: student, rank, grade, saw

Abstract

The NOC (Network Operation Center) Division is highly dependent on the availability of internet access in carrying out its duties to monitor and maintain the network remotely. Therefore, the absence of adequate internet access will determine the performance of the work performed by the NOC division. However, problems often occur on computer networks or the internet that can hinder the work done by the NOC division, these problems include, such as the process of uploading or downloading files from the server feeling slow, unable to send emails smoothly, connections often experiencing time-out, There is a long network downtime, as well as traffic congestion on the network which can reduce network reliability. To solve this problem, one solution that can be done is to implement load balancing and failover mechanisms on the network using a MikroTik router. This study aims to design a load balancing scheme using the per connection classifier (PCC) method to overcome traffic congestion problems on the network. The research was conducted using field research methods using observation and interview techniques which were conducted from August to December 2020. The results showed that the application of the load balance technique on the xMikrotik router with the PCC (Per Connection Classifier) method can separate the internet connection through the two available ISP lines so that it can solve the problem of traffic buildup on one of the ISP links to reduce latency and improve existing network performance.

Abstract

Development to realize basic technical competencies that are relevant to the conditions that will be faced in the world of work. It is necessary for teaching media or practicum media that can support and increase students' knowledge and insight regarding the technical application of these courses in the real world, especially in industry. Courses that study pneumatic systems and Programmable Logic Control (PLC) require practical media that can simulate industrial automation processes. In this paper, we will present the design of pneumatic modulation and dc motors that can be used as pneumatic system simulators and dc motors with PLC controllers. This experimental research includes the following stages: planning, manufacture, testing and finalization. This training module is designed to be portable using lightweight and easy-to-obtain materials, and is suitable for PLC learning simulations. Automated systems are represented by electro-pneumatic systems, which can apply industrial processes such as goods propulsion systems, belt conveyor systems and goods chopping systems.

Abstract

Since the launch of the game to be one of the sports fields, namely e-sports, a new business sector has grown to facilitate gamers to compete or practice together, namely the Game Center. Many e-sports players choose to practice and compete in game centers because the computer specifications provided are usually quite high and are supported by more stable internet speeds. Game Center XYZ is a game center whose client computer is active continuously for almost 24 hours, making the durability of existing computer devices decreasing, especially hard disk devices. A hard drive that is used continuously will result in a weakening of the hard drive's performance. So that the performance of the computer as a whole can be disrupted. Problems that often occur, for example, BSOD, existing data becomes corrupted, there are bad sectors on the hard disk that cause data to become unreadable. The purpose of this study is to produce a diskless network system that operates on a client-server basis. This research produces a diskless system with a star topology that connects 1 pc server and 5 client pc. The diskless system runs well and the client computer's performance is more optimal.

Abstract

Human resources are an important requirement for companies, both large and small companies. Procurement of manpower is a process that needs to be optimized to obtain competent human resources capable of encouraging the achievement of organizational goals optimally. The selection of prospective workers becomes a difficult thing to decide if the number of applicants is quite large with diverse backgrounds and the criteria determined by the organization are quite complex. This study aims to produce a decision support system in terms of determining prospective applicants who pass the job training period held by PT. Resqtec Indonesia. The method used is field research using interview and observation techniques in analyzing the needs and problems of current conditions and producing proposed system designs to be developed. The results of the research are in the form of a prototype decision support system using fuzzy logic with criteria for work productivity, work quality, and work discipline with the output in the form of recommendations that are not recommended, considered, and recommended.

Abstract

Augmented Reality is the merging of two-dimensional or three-dimensional virtual objects into a three-dimensional real environment. Then project these virtual objects in real-time. In the field of education, AR technology can be useful as a medium for student learning to be more attractive, more interactive, and imaginative whose objects are following the original. This study aims to produce fruit learning applications using Android-based Augmented Reality technology to support the learning process using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which consists of 6 stages, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The result of the research is an augmented reality application for fruit recognition using a cloud recognition method based on C #, Unity 3D, and blender which applies marker based tracking method based on android which can be used as a learning tool for students.

Training institutions need a lot of teaching aids because graduates need to be prepared and adapted to the world of work, both their skills and equipment. For Industrial Electronics training activities, the equipment needed is one of which is an integrated display between mechanics and electronics so that it can be directly applied, Universal Process Control is equipment that has been prepared by the supplier of goods at the Rebo Market Industrial Development Job Training Center training institution.
