Abstract

The Computer networks as a medium of data communication are currently increasing along with the development of the business world, trade, and education. SMK Bina Karya is an educational institution in the field of business and management where information technology is needed so that learning activities and administrative services run effectivel and effisien. For that we need a computer network. This network device allows the connection of information users remotely. To create a network, it is necessary to understand the concept of computer network topology that will be applied, because the type of topology that will be applied affects the speed of data communication. Local Area Network (LAN) is used as a transmission medium to conduct data transactions between computers and share printers so that it can make work easier. After setting the IP address, training IT Staff in the internal school and tidying up the cable layout, data transmission can run smoothly

Abstract

Today's technological development is very rapid, especially in the field of network security. The field of network security is a matter that will be a very important part because the network security system is used to guarantee the confidentiality, theft, or burglary of data on a company. In its implementation, a VPN network (Virtual Private Network) uses a site-to-site Point to Point Tunel Protocol (PPTP) method to connect between two places that are located far apart. The main facility of using PPTP is being able to use a public-switched telephone network (PSTN) to build a VPN. At PT Indosis Integrasi Jakarta, the place where the author conducts research there are several problems that the author found, namely, when sending data between the head office and branch offices in Bandung, there is no security that ensures that the data is safe. With the current state of the network, uninterested parties will easily access or steal confidential company data.

Abstract

Long Range Wide Area Network (LoRaWAN) is a type of network for wireless telecommunications area designed to support long distance communication. LoRaWAN can be used on communication networks that have a wide range using end devices. LoRaWAN offers various advantages that are able to answer the application of IoT applications, but the current application of LoRaWAN technology is still very limited, so simulation and analysis of the extent to which LoRaWAN technology can be simulated in urban areas in Indonesia is needed. And in this tool, we developed a loawan to track location with a loawan GPS module capable of sending GPS data with radio signals without using the internet or  cellular data

Abstract

Encryption is the most effective way to obtain data security. In order to read the encrypted file, we must have access to a password that will allow us to decrypt the message. Data that is not encrypted is called plain text, while the encrypted one is called cipher text. As for steganography is the process of hiding data in digital files so that people do not think that if there are digital files there is no message. If these two processes are in combination then the message will be more secure. For this reason, it is necessary to make an application to store messages in images with encryption in the first process. Many methods are used to recognize cryptography, one of which is the RSA method. The use of this method aims to find out how cryptography works and the systems contained in the cryptographic process. This cryptography and steganography application uses an application called Eclipse which is commonly used to create android mobile applications

Abstract

Pneumatics at this time plays an important role in the development of automation technology, in addition to hydraulics and electronics. The peneumatic automation system generally consists of a power source element, an input signal element, a signal processing element, a signal control element and an output element (aquator). To support knowledge about pneumatics, it is necessary to have pneumatic practicum supporting tools to increase student knowledge, one of which is props or electro pneumatic system practicum. The purpose of making this tool is so that students are able to design electro pneumatic training module tools and can also provide examples of applications using pneumatic automation systems in the industrial world. In the process of making this tool, the main process stages are the design of the pneumatic circuit and the framework of the pneumatic tool box, preparation of the main pneumatic circuit materials, manufacture of the framework, and installation of pneumatic components. All these processes are carried out correctly and result in a well-functioning electro pneumatic training module

VPN (Virtual Private Network) is one of the methods in network security that works by creating a tunnel so that a trusted network can connect to networks outside via the internet. PT. Laris Manis Utama is a private company engaged in the field of fresh fruits export-import and distributor. And already has several branch offices located outside the city. Designing a VPN (Virtual Private Network) with a Site to site (OpenVPN) system at PT. Laris Manis Utama functions as a communication liaison for media and data transfer between the head office server and branch servers so that they are connected in real-time and can develop application systems and updated databases

Abstract

The development of games industries today is speedy and has become more modern. The game company must develop their game to the next level, for example not long-ago Epic Games company release their new engine. The engine used for making the game can be used for 3D modeling as well. Unreal Engine 5 provided terrific graphics and more features than an older version of Unreal Engine. Epic Games company provided their engine free for all or open-source which can be used by anyone for free. Unreal Engine can be more useful for the game developer or 3D modeling. Without a doubt that Unreal Engine 5 by Epic Games can bring a new era to the game. A lot of developer wants to create a more powerful engine than Unreal Engine 5 but for now, there is no new engine that can beat Unreal Engine 5. For example, Frostbite engine by DICE adds more updates to catch up with Unreal Engine 5

Abstract

The computer network is a very important aspect of our life today. Without a computer network, we cannot communicate with one another if separated by distance and time. Therefore, the availability of computer networks today is very important to support communication and even to support our work 24 hours a day. In line with these developments, there are still many network problems, especially at the Al Ikhlas Mosque Foundation, one of these factors is the lack of maintenance in terms of hardware that is not supported with the appropriate specifications. Based on the problems encountered and the results of the analysis using the SWOT method, it was concluded that there is a need to optimize the development of network technology at Masjid Al Ikhlas Foundation as an innovation in security issues and network smoothness by applying the VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) method. To support the VRRP method, it is necessary to conduct training for employees of the Masjid Al Ikhlas Foundation in the field of IT technology to deal with increasingly rapid technological developments, and it is also necessary to perform routine maintenance on network devices

With the many types of machines on the Procash 280 issued by PT. Wincor Nixdorf sometimes engineers cannot understand each type of ATM and memorize the codes on the Wincor Nixdorf brand ATMs and also the error codes in these different ATMs as a guide for engineers in the field in today’s digital era, there needs to be a mobile-based application that can be installed and used through a smartphone-based on a user interface and GUI, a mobile application itself is an application made for mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, and others by using certain programming languages so that can be used and taken anywhere that helps as a manual or handle to make it easier for engineers to find out the error code on the Wincor Nixdorf Procash 280 ATM on the part controller in general and specifically for new engineers so that there is standardization in handling error codes that make it easier and shorten the working time in knowing existing error code

Abstract

Sales and purchase transactions utilizing electronic systems with the internet through computer networks has grown rapidly. Buying goods in online stores sometimes the items you are looking for are not what you want, especially in price and item details, it can even happen that the item you are looking for is not found. In searching for goods using search engines such as google, yahoo, it will generate information on goods in the form of a list of website addresses. So that the information obtained is not as desired, people have to visit the online shop address one by one, causing people to waste a lot of time. The results of the research on the product search system using web scraping techniques to several e-commerce, namely tokopedia, shopee, elevania and blibli, have succeeded in obtaining data in the form of product names, number of stock items, url, rating and product images. So that people can easily find the desired item along with the data
