Jurnal Pendidikan NUsantara merupakan Jurnal yang dikelola oleh LPPM STKIP NU Kabupaten Tegal, diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun (bulan Februari dan Agustus), yang memuat artikel penelitian (research article) di bidang kajian ilmu pendidikan dan sosial humaniora. Abstract

Identification of the Dominant Factors Contributing to the Decision to Choose a Bank from a Customer Perspective. The growth and competition in the Bank's financial institution sector has become increasingly competitive, so there is no single dominant bank among other competitors. Therefore, the Bank is required to be more competitive in carrying out business activities for business development. Knowledge of the factors influencing customers in choosing a bank is essential for the improvement and enhancement of banking products and services. This article presents a report on the factors that are important to influence customers in choosing a bank in conducting a review of similar articles. Based on the literature review from several studies, it can be identified the important factors that influence decisions in choosing information, competencies, brand image, costs and service quality.

Abstract

The tourism sector is increasing with intense competition, so tourism destinations tend to experience an increase and decrease in tourists. Research studies are focused on tourist decision-making: exploring the criteria for destination choice due to several factors. Especially the most dominant factor has a significant influence on tourists' decisions in choosing destination criteria. This factor is essential for the tourism sector to be developed in the future so that it is no less competitive with the current intense competition. From several similar articles used as references, there are four factors that influence tourist decisions: comfort, climatic conditions, extraordinary objects, and affordable tourist facilities.

Abstract

Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK) semakin pesat seturut dengan perkembangan zaman. Perkembangan tersebut menghasilkan berbagai aplikasi, yang selalu baru dari hari ke hari. Salah satunya adalah gadget. Gadget sangat berdampak pada pola kehidupan manusia baik dari segi pola pikir, pola rasa maupun pola perilaku yang berkaitan erat dengan pengembangan pendidikan dan karakter budaya bangsa. Karakter dapat diartikan sebagai bawaan, hati, jiwa, kepribadian, budi pekerti, perilaku, personalitas, sifat, tabiat, temperamen, dan watak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan kadar intensitas penggunaan gadget siswa MI Fathul Huda Wates, untuk mendiskripsikan pengembangan pendidikan dan karakter budaya anak di MI Fathul Huda Wates, untuk mendiskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap pengembangan pendidikan dan karakter budaya anak bangsa di MI Fathul Huda Wates. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey-kuantitatif. Pendekatan ini merupakan pendekatan penelitian dengan memilih sampel dari suatu populasi dengan memanfaatkan kuisioner atau angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan SPSS untuk mendapatkan keabsahan data. Akhir penelitian ini terdapat temuan siswa MI Fathul Huda Wates merupakan siswa yang moyoritasnya aktif atau selalu menggunakan gadget dengan baik sesuai indikator yang telah dipaparkan, siswa MI Fathul Huda Wates merupakan siswa yang moyoritasnya memiliki karakter budaya bangsa yang baik sesuai indikator penelitian, koefisien regresi faktor penggunaan gadget tidak teruji dan hasil pengujian tersebut membuktikan bahwa penggunaan gadget berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pengembangan pendidikan dan karakter budaya anak bangsa di MI Fathul Huda Wates. Dari output uji regresi, nilai koefisien regresi bernilai positif maka dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa pengaruh hubungan intensitas penggunaan gadget (X) berpengaruh positif terhadap pengembangan pendidikan dan karakter budaya anak bangsa (Y). Sehingga persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 49,048 + 0,114X.

Abstract

Starting from the problem of the weakness of students in mastering and understanding the material taught by the teacher, especially Arabic. Students find Arabic very boring and scary because they are lazy and reluctant to learn Arabic. So this study aims to describe the application of the Make A Match model in Arabic subjects with the Address of class IV students at MI Sabilul Muttaqin 02 Gandusari Blitar. This study uses two cycles of classroom action research. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning (planning), implementation (acting), observation (observation), and reflection (reflection), the target of this research is fourth-grade students in the Arabic language subject matter of Address. The data collection techniques used tests, interviews, observations, field notes, and documentation. The results of the study used by applying the Make A Match model showed an increase in student learning outcomes starting from the pre-test, post-test cycle I, to post-test cycle II. This can be seen from the average score of 59 students (pre-test), which increased to 69 (post test cycle I), and increased again to 83.9 (post test cycle II). Thus, to prove that the application of the Make A Match model improves Arabic learning outcomes for fourth grade students of MI Sabilul Muttaqin 02 Gandusari Blitar.

Abstract

Bibliotherapy is one of the techniques used by counselors in carrying out a service activity in guidance and counseling by providing assistance using approaches or guides or library materials. The counselor compiles a list of books that help in changing the thoughts, feelings and behavior of the reader or client. Bibliotherapy here intends to assist clients in solving a problem and influencing the lives of clients by helping clients find pleasure in reading and escape from mental distress and the client's inability to express a problem with the counselor. With the aim of the client being able to find and be able to identify himself or the problems he has faced which the client himself is not able to convey to the counselor openly by releasing emotions, achieving new directions in his life and exploring new ways of interacting. One of the goals of counseling is to improve the client's ability to manage stress and anxiety.
