Abstract

This study aims to determine how to forecast the amount of production of bread, donuts, cake, brownies and traditional cakes at Surya Baker in Bengkulu City with the time series method and the exponential smoothing method. This type of research uses quantitative research. with data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. The results show that forecasting the production of bread, donuts, cakes, brownies using the time series method with the trend projection approach obtained the equation y = a + bx = 9,394 + 577,615x with predicted production levels to decrease by 240,935 units per year with a percentage of 20% per year. years, while for the traditional type of cake and from the analysis it is known that the trend projection equation is obtained y = a + bx = 90,229 + 289,307x with the production rate predicted to increase by 1,146,959 packs with a percentage of 11% per year. Furthermore, with the calculation of forecasting demand for bread, donuts, cakes, brownies with the exponential smoothing method = 0.1, 0.5 and 0.9 amounting to 46,800 units, while the forecast for consumer demand for traditional cakes a = 0.1, 0.5 and 0.9 for 24,000 packs. From the equation line, as already analyzed the production forecasts for the months January 2021 to December 2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of developing Gimbo honey business in Bengkulu city. The analysis method used is a feasibility study analysis from the financial aspect which includes Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Groos B / C), and Payback Period (PP). The results showed the value of Net Presen Value (NPV), indicating a positive or large number of 0 (zero), namely Rp. 0.33, -, meaning that the expansion of Gimbo Honey Business in Bengkulu City can be said to be feasible to be developed. The internal rate of return (IRR) is known to be 13.22% greater than the percentage of the cost of capital (credit interest), which is 12%, which means that the expansion of the business is feasible for development. This shows that if the funds for investment are saved or deposited to a bank with an interest rate of 12% or better, it is developed because it will generate an interest rate of 13.22%. Gross B / C is greater than 1 (4.97> 1). and Payback Period (PP) of 2 years 11 months shows that you can get back the invested funds within 7.5 months, meaning that the business development of Gimbo Honey Business in Bengkulu City can be continued. This shows that the level of income is greater than the total cost so that an investment of IDR 262,935,000 can be continued.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk for the period 2015 to 2019. The data collection method uses the documentation method. The analytical method used is to use analysis of financial liquidity ratios, Solvability Ratio, Activity Ratio and Profitability Ratio. The research results prove that the performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk, the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio) which has a good performance, namely, the Current Ratio with the calculation results from 2015-2019 has increased by 2.17 to 2.88 which means that the company is in a state of good because it reaches industry standard > than 2 times. Quick Ratio with the calculation results from 2015-2019 has increased by 1.39 to 1.92 which means that the company is in good condition because it has reached industry standards > than 1.5 times. While the cash ratio always increases and decreases, the cash ratio has a good performance only in 2016 and 2018, namely 52% because it is above the industry standard > than 50%. The solvency ratio (Debt Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio) which has a good performance, namely, the Debt Ratio with the calculation results from 2015-2019 shows that the ratio value is getting better because it reaches the industry standard of 35%. The Debt To Equity Ratio with the results of calculations for 2015-2019 shows that the ratio value is good because it is below the industry standard < 90%. Total Asset Turnover and Fixed Asset Turnover) activity ratios show good performance, because both ratios reach industry standards, namely > 2 times and > 5 times. Profitability Ratios (Net Profit Margin, Roi, Roe). All the results of calculating the ratio for 2015-2019 did not increase at all because they were below industry standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development and morale on the productivity of temporary employees at Pamong Praja Police Unit and Fire Department of Kaur. The sample in this study was 125 employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The analytical method used was multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing t and hypothesis testing f. The results of the regression equation are Y = 7.828 + 0.386X1 + 0.445X2 + 4.596, meaning that human resource development and morale have a positive influence on the productivity of employees at Pamong Praja Police Unit and Fire Department of Kaur. The result of the determination test is 0.557 or (55.7%). This shows that human resource development and morale affect the productivity of employees at Pamong Praja Police Unit and Fire Department of Kaur by 55.7%, while the rest (100 - 55.7% = 44.3%) is explained or influenced by other variables not examined. Human resource development and morale together have an influence on the productivity of the temporary workers at Pamong Praja Police Unit and Fire Department of Kaur with a significant value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of temporary employees at Pamong Praja Police Unit and Fire Department of Kaur, because the significant value of 0.003 is smaller than 0.05. Morale has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of on the productivity of temporary employees at Pamong Praja Police Unit and Fire Department of Kaur, with a significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of product quality and features on consumers purchasing decisions for Vivo Smartphones at Faizal Cell, Kaur Regency. The sample in this study were 150 consumers who purchased Vivo Smartphone at Faizal Cell, Kaur Regency who were taken by using accidental sampling technique. The data then collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 18.944 + 0.317X1 + 0.242 X2 + 2.688, that showed a positive regression direction. It means that there is a positive influence between X1 (features) and X2 (product quality) on purchasing decisions (Y). If the variable features and product quality increase, it will increase purchasing decisions. Moreover, the magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.343 showing that X1 (features) and X2 (product quality) affect purchasing decisions (Y) by 34.3% while the remaining 65.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Likewise, the results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explained that partially the feature and product quality variables had a significant influence on the purchasing decision variables of Faizal Cell, Kaur Regency. Finally, the results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the variable features and product quality have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at Faizal Cell, Kaur Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance. at the Seluma Regency DPRD Office. The sample in this study amounted to 35 employees at the Seluma Regency DPRD Office who have become government officers (ASN). The data was collected using a questionnaire, while the analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 1.501 + 0.380X1 + 0.603 X2 + e this describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (organizational commitment) and X2 (organizational culture) on performance (Y). It means that if the variables of organizational commitment and organizational culture increase, it will increase performance. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.590. This means that X1 (organizational commitment) and X2 (organizational culture) affect performance (Y) by 59% while the remaining 41% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially organizational commitment variables and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance variables at the Seluma Regency DPRD Office. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that organizational commitment variables and organizational culture have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the DPRD office of Seluma Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

The entrepreneurs must find a way to win the market and get the attention of consumers. They must able to create something new that can attract customer satisfaction such as the taste of the food and the quality of service. Based on the background, this study was intended to determine the effect of taste and service quality on customer satisfaction at Mie Ayam Bakso Pertamax, Kaur Regency. The sample in this study was 124 customers who purchased rib-eye meatballs at Mie Ayam Bakso Pertamax, Kaur Regency. The data in this study was collected by using a questionnaire which then analyzed by using multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 18,779 + 0,278X1 + 0,423 X2 + 3,251 which showed a positive regression direction. There is positive influence between X1 (taste) and X2 (quality of service) on customer satisfaction (Y). It means that if the variables of taste and service quality increase, it will increase customer satisfaction. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.310. This means that X1 (taste) and X2 (quality of service) affect customer satisfaction (Y) by 31% while the remaining 69% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study. The results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explained that partially the taste and service quality variables had a significant influence on the customer satisfaction variable for Mie Ayam Bakso Pertamax, Kaur Regency. Finally, The result of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explains that the variables of taste and service quality have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at Mie Ayam Bakso Pertamax, Kaur Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to find out the influence of work life quality on employee engagement in PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. (2) to find out the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement in PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. (3) to find out the influence of work life quality and organizational culture on employee engagement in PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. Quality of work life is a commitment to work and organization, pride in work and in the organization, a willingness to support the benefits of work, organization, and satisfaction, both emotional and intellectual. Organizational culture is the socialization process of organizational members to develop perceptions, values, and beliefs about the organization. Employee engagement is an employee's appreciation of purpose and concentration of energy, which appears in the form of initiative, adaptability, effort, and persistence toward organizational goals.This type of research is a quantitative that emphasizing its analysis on numerical data (numbers) which are processed by statistical methods. The sample used in this study using nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling. Researchers used this sampling technique because the population was 60 people. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research is multiple linear regression, t test and f test.The results of this study, (1) the work life quality has a significant influence on employee engagement with a sig value of 0.003. This means that when the work life quality in the company is getting better, it will increase employee engagement. (2)Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee engagement with a sig value of 0.001. This means that when the organizational culture in the company is getting better, it will be able to increase employee engagement. (3) the calculated of F count is 4.037. Because the value of F count 4.037> F table 3.16, as the basis for decision making in the F test it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted or in other words the work life quality (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously affect employee engagement (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the accounting information system at PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch in accordance with SAK ETAP in 2020. This type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The analytical method used in this study is a comparative method, which is to compare the recognition of income and expenses by PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch which has been applied and compared to revenue and expense recognition in accordance with SAK ETAP no. 11 of 2009. The results showed that the recognition of income from demand deposits, administrative income of PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch is still not in accordance with SAK ETAP regulations because the method used tends to be on a cash basis, because based on SAK ETAP revenue recognition must use an accrual basis. Recognition of expenses on PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch has complied with SAK ETAP because expenses are recognized on an accrual basis and are recognized at the end of the period, all expenses incurred in PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch has been included in the income statement for each period. There is a discrepancy between the revenue recognition between PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch with SAK ETAP and the suitability between the recognition of expenses between PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch with SAK ETAP.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy of Brens Bakery business in Manna city, South Bengkulu Regency. According to Assuari (2010: 168), marketing strategy is basically a comprehensive, integrated and unified plan in the marketing field, which provides guidance on activities to be carried out to achieve the marketing objectives of a company. The sample in this study were 51 people consisting of 6 employees of the Brens Bakery Business in Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency for internal factors and 45 people for external factors, namely customers at Brens Bakery Business in Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency. The analysis method used was SWOT analysis, which consists of the Internal Strategy Factor Matrix (IFAS) and the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS). The results showed that the marketing strategy of Brens Bakery Business in Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency supported the aggressive strategy, or SO strategy in SWOT matrix. The result of strengths are 18.52 while the weaknesses are 9.24, so the internal quadrant of the factors is 18.52 - 9.24 = 9.28. It means that the ability of Brens Bakery Business in Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency in utilizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses contained in the internal company. The opportunity of this strategy are 17.40 and threat is 10.48. So the external quadrant factor, namely 17.40 - 10.48 = 6.92 means the high ability of Brens Bakery Business in Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency in taking advantage of opportunities and overcoming threats faced by companies in marketing bread
