Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customization strategy behavior on company performance through a wide-ranging and aggregation management accounting information system at the Arasco Coffee Powder Factory, Bireuen Regency. The data used in this study is primary data with the sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The sample used is 37 people. The method used to analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the customization strategy had an effect on company performance through a broad scope of management information system at the Arasco Coffee Powder Factory, Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of planning, budgeting and budgeting participation on the performance of regional work units in Pidie Jaya Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, the method used is a survey method. Data collection in this study is a systematic and standard procedure to obtain the data needed in the study obtained by distributing questionnaires to 104 selected respondents. The results showed that planning had a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of regional apparatus in Pidie Jaya Regency, budgeting had a positive and significant effect on the performance of regional apparatus in Pidie Jaya Regency and Participation in Budgeting had a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of regional apparatus in Pidie Jaya Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact or influence both directly and indirectly on a person's level of trust, the price offered and the ease of transacting with online or online services offered by PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance does it affect a person's buying interest and the implications for making online purchasing decisions. In this study, the methodological approach used was 94 respondents from Online / Online Customers of PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance which has become a customer of PT Maybank Indonesia Finance by using the Company's Digital platform in the acquisition process. Each respondent is given a related questionnaire related to the level of trust and buying interest. The price of buying interest, the ease of buying interest and buying interest have implications for purchasing decisions. The proposed hypothesis is tested, and its predictability is assessed through PLS -SEM. From the test results found findings that explain the direct relationship of price to purchase requests and the indirect relationship between price and influence on buying interest and its implications for purchasing decisions have a significant effect. While trust, ease of transacting directly has no effect on asking to buy and indirectly has no effect on asking to buy and its implications for purchasing decisions, while the direct relationship of buying interest with purchasing decisions has a very strong influence on online customers / Online PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance.

Abstract

This study examines the encouragement provided by organizational support in improving the performance of employees at PT. Maybank Finance Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. When collecting the required data, the researcher will distribute questionnaires to the research samples. Related to this, the population of this study is employees of PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance as of January 2021 who has worked in the company for a minimum of five years and while the sample of this research is employees of PT Maybank Indonesia Finance who have worked for a minimum of five years, which is based on calculations carried out with the formula following the guidelines for determining the sample in Structural Equation Modeling is 120 samples. After getting responses from 120 samples, the researcher will recapitulate the data from the respondents. After that, the researcher will analyze the research data using the Structural Equation. The results showed that organizational support affected leadership style, while leadership style did not affect employee performance. In addition, this study also proves that organizational support can improve employee performance, while leadership style as a mediating variable cannot mediate the effect of organizational support on employee performance.

Abstract

The Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) is a regional work unit and has a legal status that is not separate from the regional government. BLUD is formed to provide services to the community in the form of providing goods and services that are sold without prioritizing seeking profit.The population to be studied in this study is the Total Revenue of BLUDs until 2021 (during the COVID-19 pandemic). Annual BLUD income which describes its ability to cover operational expenditures for one year so that the hospital's financial independence can be seen clearly. The sample of this study uses data from the Langsa Hospital BLUD Revenue report for the period January 2019 to June 2021.GPM has a positive and significant effect on financial independence. The positive coefficient means that if the GPM increases, financial independence during the Covid-19 BLU of the Langsa Regional General Hospital will also increase. NPM has a positive and insignificant effect on financial independence. A negative coefficient means that if the NPM increases, financial independence during the Covid-19 BLU of the Langsa Regional General Hospital will decrease, and vice versa. ROI has a positive and significant effect on financial independence, a positive coefficient means that if the ROI increases, financial independence during the Covid-19 BLU of the Langsa Regional General Hospital will also increase. ROE has a negative and insignificant effect on financial independence, a negative coefficient means that if ROE increases, financial independence during Covid-19 BLU Langsa Regional General Hospital will decrease.
