This journal have ISSN number: P.ISSN: 2085-0204 E.ISSN: 2656-1808 . The scope of research results and articles published in the Majapahit Hospital Journal is also related to education conducted by the Majapahit Health Polytechnic, Mojokerto. Every year the Majapahit Hospital journal publishes 2 numbers, namely in February and November. Abstract

The health latrine is the room has facilitation to throw human dirty. The increasing of growth residents and the decreasing earning of society get caused by too difficult in latrine problem. There is also factor that causes society doesn’t understand about latrine problem, because there is assumtion all of sanitation problem accord to government’s matter. The aim of this research is to know about realtionship with family attitude about the healthy latrine in RT 1 RW 2 desa Gayaman Mojoanyar of Mojokerto. This research used by correlation design. Population research is all of families RT 1 RW 2 Desa Gayaman Mojoanyar of Mojokerto that amount of 44 “KK”, and research sample is 38 “KK” that are taken by simple random sampling. There are two variables in this research. They are independet variable and dependent variable. The first explain about knowledge of the health “jamban” dan the second explains family attitude to the healthy latrine”. The result of this research anaylized uses chi square examination, where X2 counting > X2 table with α =0.05 where X2 counting=7.56 dan X2 table = 5.591 so Ho refused (H1 accepted) means that there is relationship between knowledge with family attitude for the health “jamban in RT1 RW2 Desa Gayaman of Mojokerto. The good knowledge will effects attitude, so the whole understanding in attitude, knowledge, confidence and emotion are very important in this problem. The conclusion is the most responder has good knowledge dan positive attitude hopely the family keep more health member of their family by keeping their environment and one of the attitude is to clean and keep latrine.

Abstract

Antenatal care is observation to pregnant mother by preparing her the best physically or mentally in pregnancy, bearing and child bed in good condition and normal. This interconnected by mortally mother in Indonesia is very high. In year 2002, it gets 343/100.000 bith of life. The mortally mother is one indications of mother healthy. Based on description above, the researcher supposes to know level preseption of knowledge mother and housband’s support to frequency of ANC action. This research is descriptive, technique taking the sample uses non probability smpling by puposive sampling. This research is done on 2005 september 13th – 14th, by amopunt 42 responders. Data are collected by using questioner and getting obeservation. After data gotten, they are crossed tabulation and anaylized by drawing them that gotten in narrative and percentage. The result of level distribution knowledge in action ANC 80,96% well is suitable with standard in acton 41,76 isn’t suitable. Perception to frequency ANC 88,10% is good perception. Husband’s support to frequency ANC 88,10% is good husband’s support.

Abstract

At this time, premenopause is the matter that women are afraid of it. Because some rumours tell us that the women get some problems in this case that they are’nt happy and will be in 40 years old. The aim of this research is to know “the women’s attitude face physic changing in premenopause case”. The research is done by descriptive design with approach quantitative. Spreading questionnarie is given to 96 premenopause women. Subject is drawn from population by simple random sampling. Spreading questionnarie is done to know the deepest knowledge about reasearche and make tabulation on august 24th 2009. The result of research premenopause women shows us 71 responder of positive attitude(73,96%) and 25 respondent of negative attitude (17,99%). The anaylisis has just removed data from questionnarie to the next table and getting presentation is divided between right answers amount and questions amount, the next it is times 100% and the data is intrepreted by attitude criteria. The conlusion is the woman’s attitude takes effects to physic changing and emotional changing in premenopause time. Hopely, the women’s premenopause improve their good knowledge from electronic media and mass media. The next, the health officer has still an important role to keep in giving information.

Abstract

The side effect is a result of an action or an even that isn’t wanted by someone. Hormone contraception is one of contraceptive method that inside there is esteregon and progesteron. The kinds of contraception are pill, injection and implant. Hormone contraception has some side effects, they are menstrual pattern trouble, white depression, acne, libido changing, and weight excessed changing, hematoma, asphyxia, headace, infection or abses, nausea, confused, cloasma. The aim of this researh identifies the side effect of using hormone contraseption (pill, injection, and implant) to “KB” acceptor of active hormone in Desa Jatirowo Kecamatan Dawar Blandong Kabupaten Mojokerto in year 2006. The design of this research is descriptive by survey method; sample is used by 64 “KB” acceptor of hormone that get side effect rising after one year using it and has stil got side effect in this researching by causative technic sampling. Only one variable in this research is side effect of using hormone contraception to “KB” acceptor actively. Collecting data is done by giving questioner with observation and interview. The result of this research show us that side effect of using injection contraception majority risely is 35,7% of weight excess, side effect of using contracetion pill is 40% of weight excess, and side effect of using contraception implant is 42,9% amenorhea.The conclusion of this research is the side effect of using hormone contraseption majority risely to “KB” acceptor actively in Desa Jatirowo Kecamatan Dawar Blandong tahun 2006 is weight excess. The researcher’s suggestion is improving quality service and getting hormone “KB” program by crossed subsidy to “KB” acceptor actively.

Abstract

The way of good breast fed is the important for mother who breast feeds her baby. Because it influences to fluency and expending ASI until the baby doesn’t get it exclusively. The factors make lactation down is surrounded about knowledge, educational, proper behavior and the values of conviction. So, the reasons are explained before that researcher gets research about the relationship about level education of mother breast feeding and her right way of breast feed. The purpose is to know the relationship about level education and the right way breast feed. The desighn of this research is used by analitic with correlation study, its population in this reasearch are mother of childbirth physiologically who breast feeds by amount of 33 respondents. Getting sampling is done by accidental sampling and collecting data is got by observation, then the data are collected by examination by chi-square with level 0.05. From examination of chi-square is got X2 adding (6.50) > X2 table (3.84) so, H1 accepted that means the level education for mother that makes good attitude and the next, there is giving ASI with good breast feeding.

Abstract

Every the first education year, it has problem of school phobia that gets on pra student. This case is emerged, because of inability for children are far from their parents. This research is done to know the roles of parents facing school phobila in pre age school in TK NURUL HUDA Jabon Mojokerto, their roles are as decision maker, social developer, giving safety, role mode, team member with teachers. The method of this research is used descriptive by simple random sampling technique. The amount of sampling is 37 respondents and the collecting data is by closed quistionnaire.the result from quistionnarie data is got tabulation and given score then intrepreted in table. This research is found that some respondents whose negative roler (59,45%) and positive roler (40,54%) are their background education of elementary and their job in ungovernmental. This research can be concluded that the role of parents in facing school phobia are negative or missunderstanding about the problem of scholl phobia that get in pre student of school.however, they need information spared about the solving ways of school phobia to children with giving time intensively in facing some problems about children inside.
