Abstract

Pregnancy is the union of spermatozoa and ovum and is continued by nidation or implantation. Pregnancy occurs for 40 weeks divided into 3 trimesters, namely in the first trimester occurring at 1 -13 weeks of gestation, the second trimester at 14-26 weeks of gestation and the third trimester at 27-40 weeks of gestation. In the third trimester of pregnancy there are several complaints including: edema, frequent urination, itching and stiffness in the fingers, bleeding gums, hemorrhoids, difficulty sleeping, vaginal discharge, increased sweating, constipation, leg cramps, numbness and pain in the feet and hands, shortness of breath, round ligament pain, palpitations, heartburn, flatulence, ptyalism, dizziness, headache, backache, and varicose veins in the legs or vulva. Frequent urination occurs due to the enlargement of the uterus which can cause the lower part of the fetus to descend which can put pressure on the bladder.

Abstract

Pregnant women are a natural process, the possibility of experiencing physical and psychological changes. Which can cause pregnant women to experience discomfort. Among the third trimester discomforts in pregnant women, low back pain is the most commonly reported and often occurs in 60%-90% of pregnant women. With the aim of knowing the description of low back pain during the third trimester of pregnancy at PMB Anang Arief. This article uses a descriptive method that aims to create an objective picture of the situation, from data collection by history taking, examination, data analysis and documentation. The results of anamnesis that pregnant women are currently 9 months old with low back pain, the results of the examination of the mother's general condition are good and no problems are found, so that they can be analyzed and given appropriate management such as how to overcome the discomfort of low back pain. From the data that has been collected, it can be concluded that the general condition of the mother and baby is in good condition with low back pain discomfort.

Abstract

Relaxation techniques are one of the natural techniques used to treat pain, especially during childbirth. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between mothers who used breathing or relaxation techniques. The population of this study was all mothers born at BPM Nuril Masrukah Candi Sidoarjo, 2020. Data were collected through interviews with patients. The results of the data examination showed that the active phase I labor pain was 4-10 cm. During the first stage and the second stage, the labor pain did not occur normally, so the man whiney test was used to analyze it. The results of the study showed that the difference in the meaning of labor pain at the time of complete opening was 4-10cm (0.016), while the difference in the meaning of labor pain in the first stage was 0.001, while the study found that the difference was not significant (in the treatment group and the control group, birth pain radiated to the back at an opening more than 4-10 cm). The results showed that relaxation techniques can reduce labor pain radiating to the back and the length of labor in the first stage of the active phase.

Abstract

Pregnancy is the period from conception to delivery of the fetus. During pregnancy, women will experience changes both anatomically and physiologically. This causes discomfort to pregnant women. The aim is to find out the description of back pain in the third trimester of pregnancy at the Delta Mutiara Clinic and Maternity Home on January 7, 2020. The results of 60-90% studies in 2018 experienced back pain in pregnant women. This article uses a descriptive method that aims to create an objective picture of the situation, from all data collection with patient history, examination, data analysis and documentation. The results of the anamnesis showed that the pregnant woman is currently 9 months old with low back pain, the results of the examination of the mother's general condition are good and did not find any problems, so that she can conclude the analysis and be given appropriate management such as how to overcome the discomfort of back pain in pregnant women. From all the data that has been collected, it can be concluded that the condition of the mother and baby are in good condition with the discomfort of back pain.

Abstract

Post partum is a period of 1-2 months after the delivery of the placenta until the uterus returns to normal. Post partum will issue lochea which comes out along with the birth of the placenta. Patients will experience complaints that will be felt in the postpartum, namely complaints of heartburn which helps the uterus to return to its shape normal. And these complaints will interfere with the patient's daily activities, namely irregular sleep patterns, feeling tired, feeling anxious. This discomfort was experienced by Mrs. A 21 years old, with 37 weeks of age complaining of stomach cramps or after pain, an assessment of these complaints has been made. And the results of the study, evaluation, and progress notes. Data has been collected by assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, and documentation by comparing the results of the data with the theory. And these complaints are normal complaints that are felt by every post partum mother. Contractions will cause different pains, namely mild, moderate, even severe pain

Abstract

Pregnancy is the stage that starts from the products of conception to the birth canal. Normal gestational age is 9 months 7 days or 40 weeks. Pregnant women are obliged to carry out ANC or pregnancy visits to health workers to detect as early as possible if there are abnormalities or complications. This care is carried out at the Afifa Maternity Clinic and Maternity Home, Prambon sub-district, Sidaorjo. Techniques for assessing data by means of patient interviews, physical examinations, analysis, documentation by comparing theories and cases in the field. The results of the report that the author did was to conduct a midwifery assessment of pregnant women with complaints of increased frequency of urination from data processing using SOAP to development. Mother complains of frequent urination in the third trimester is a physiological thing. The care carried out is by explaining the results of the examination, the causes, how to deal with it, the mother's recommendation to rest, reminding the signs of labor, preparation for delivery and pregnancy visits.

Abstract

Pregnancy is the period from the start of conception to the birth of the fetus, the duration is 280 days, counting from the first day of the last menstruation, pregnancy is the beginning of a new life in this period of life. During pregnancy the mother will find many changes both in terms of anatomy, physiology and even psychology so that it can be a cause of discomfort in pregnant women, while the discomfort of pregnancy in the third trimester experienced by women is low back pain which is a common complaint that often occurs in the majority of pregnant women, it is estimated about 70% in the third trimester. The purpose of this case study is to describe the discomfort of back pain that occurs in the third trimester at the delta pearl clinic and maternity home. The method used is a descriptive method which aims to create an objective picture with midwifery care that is used from assessment to evaluation. In the study of this case study, no complications were found, so there was no gap between discomfort and supporting theory.

Abstract

The postpartum period starts from the birth of the placenta until 6 weeks or is marked by the cessation of bleeding, the postpartum period is considered a critical period because postpartum women must be monitored to detect complications as early as possible during the postpartum period. During the postpartum period, complaints of abdominal pain / after pain often occur which can interfere with the comfort of the postpartum mother. This case study was conducted at PMB Lastakningsih Larangan Sidoarjo which was conducted on January 1, 2020. This midwifery care was carried out by interviewing and obtaining data using the SOAP method. The results obtained from the care of physiological postpartum mothers without complications and there is no gap between theory and practice.

Abstract

The coverage of postpartum mothers' visits in 2016 was 71.54%. target coverage of postpartum mother visits in 2017 with the aim of transferring knowledge and complete postpartum visits. This type of method uses a descriptive method. whose main purpose is to make an objective picture of a situation.

Abstract

Decrease in Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) according to the Health Office, 2018 In East Java in 2017 it was still within the national target limit (supas), which reached 23.1 per 1000 live births [1]. The Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in 2017 is still within the national target limit, which is 5.45 per 1000 live births at the Sidoarjo District Health Office, 2018 [2]. Newborns are prone to complications. Jaundice occurs in term or preterm infants. This midwifery care aims to improve the quality of life of newborns to find out health problems as early as possible in the first week that cause physical changes such as yellow appearance on the baby's head (physiological jaundice). This case study was conducted at BPM Dadang Ratih in the village of Jambangan Sidoarjo starting from January 10, 2020. This care was carried out with a patient approach and documentation of the SOAP method. Midwifery care that has been carried out went well and without any complications. In conclusion, the data obtained from the results of data collection did not find any gaps with the theory.
