Abstract

Oyster mushroom is a type of food plant that is favored by many people, therefore many people cultivate oyster mushrooms to make a living because they see the large demand for oyster mushrooms, this problem is not matched by sophisticated tools in this cutting edge period. Farmers still use manual tools for mushroom treatment, by making a temperature and humidity monitoring system on mushroom kumbung, farmers can optimize crop yields, the monitoring system built is by installing a DHT 11 sensor around the mushroom kumbung, the sensor can be set by NodMCU and can measure the temperature and humidity in the oyster mushroom kumbung, the temperature and humidity settings are regulated by the NodeMCU which can later be displayed via the Smartphone, the conclusion of this monitoring system is increase the productivity of mushrooms produced by farmers.

Abstract

Summer squash In general, the community is only processed as compote, boiled or steamed. Researchers have an idea to create innovations in processed pumpkin, namely by making pumpkin flour to then be made into plain bread with a ratio of wheat flour and pumpkin flour. This study used the RAL method with 3 levels and 3 repetitions, so that in this study 9 experimental units were obtained. With a combination of K1: 225 grams of wheat flour: 25 grams of pumpkin flour, K2: 200 grams of wheat flour: 50 grams of pumpkin flour, K3: 75 grams of flour: 175 grams of pumpkin flour. Data analysis used quantitative methods. The process of making pumpkin flour by stripping the skin and removing the nets, washing, cutting / reducing size, drying, grinding and sifting. The process of making white bread with a ratio of wheat flour and pumpkin flour begins with the process of kneading, developing, printing, improving and baking. The acceptance variable that is of interest to the K1 combination is 90% wheat flour and 10% pumpkin flour. Keywords: Pumpkin, Pumpkin Flour, Organoleptic

Abstract

The initiation of the Kediri airport has had a direct impact on the availability of space in Bulusari village. Bulusari Village has a variety of medicinal plants which are still widely used by the community in their daily lives. However, the initiation of Kediri Airport has reduced the ecosystem space for medicinal plants. Conservation efforts need to be made to protect endemic species that can be synergized with the existence of Kediri Airport through the cultivation of medicinal plants as landscape elements. Inventory is the first step in conserving the diversity of medicinal plants in Bulusari village. The purpose of this study to conduct an inventory of medicinal plants that can be used as landscape elements in areas affected by the initiation of Kediri Airport in Bulusari Village. The method used is literature study, survey, observation and identification of medicinal plant names. Determination of the research location was done by purposive random sampling. Observations were made at three types of locations, namely telajakan, gardens and fields. Each sampling plot has an area of ​​10 x 10 m2. The inventory is focused on medicinal plants that just grow in nature or are not directly cultivated by humans. The results showed that there are 45 species of medicinal plants that have the potential as landscape elements with details of the functions as follows; 1) sunscreen, 2) pollutant absorber 3) privacy barrier, 4) wall, 5) space builder, 6) animal habitat, 7) erosion control, 8) aesthetic value, 9) physical barrier to movement of organisms and 10) ground cover.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the content of vitamin B2 in sweet sepat snakefruit and sweet sour snakefruit, and the organoleptic quality of snakefruit jam. This research used descriptive qualitative method to analyze vitamin B2 content and experimental method using Completely Randomized Design ( RAL ) to analyze the organoleptic snakefruit jam, using 2 treatments consisting of sweet sepat snakefruit jam and sweet sour snakefruit jam. The data was collected using UV-Vis spectrophotometry and 5 panelist questionnaire methods with 3 replications for each sample. Data analysis used ANOVA table and continued with 5% BNT test. The results of the study on the content of Vitamin B2 showed that the sweet sepat snakefruit was 0.051 mg/100g and the sweet-sour snakefriut was 0.046 mg/100g. The results of the organoleptic test of snakefruit jam in Watugaluh village on the treatment of sweet sepat snakefruit jam (A1) had a score of color (3.20), aroma (3.20), texture (2.40), and taste (4.00), while in The sweet and sour snakefruit jam (A2) had a score of color (3.40), aroma (3.20), texture (3.20), and taste (4.00). There are significant differences in texture, while in color , aroma and taste there are no significant differences.

Abstract

The use of information and communication technology in the field of education has changed the paper-based manual assessment system into an online assessment using a website. Paper-based assessment is considered less effective because it takes a lot of money, time, place and personnel in its implementation and there are still acts of student cheating in carrying out the exam. Therefore, it is necessary to make a breakthrough in the assessment that utilizes the website. The method used in designing this web-based exam system is the waterfall method. The E-Test instrument as a website-based assessment innovation is expected to be one of the breakthroughs in administering the Exam that is able to reduce operational costs, time, and reduce fraudulent actions.

Abstract

Keberhasilan dalam pemeliharaan burung merpati tidak lepas dari keadaan sangkar burung itu sendiri yang umumnya dirancang memiliki pintu yang dibiarkan terbuka begitu saja. Dalam keseharian tentunya cuaca dapat berubah-ubah, jika hujan turun maka tak menutup kemungkinan air dapat masuk ke dalam sangkar melalui lubang pintu yang terbuka sehingga akan menyebabkan kelembaban didalam sangkar. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan perancangan sistem pada pintu sangkar burung merpati. Proses penelitian menggunakan metode deskripti dan analisis system. Sistem menggunakan Sensor LDR yang akan mendeteksi intensitas cahaya pada lingkungan sekitar sangkar burung untuk dapat membuka dan menutup pintu saat siang atau malam hari. Proses membuka dan menutup pintu sangkar burung merpati tergantung dengan kepekaan sensor LDR dalam menangkap cahaya. Ketika cahaya yang dihasilkan matahari pada pagi hari sudah > 300 Ohm ohm maka pintu sangkar burung akan terbuka. Pada sore hari ketika matahari perlahan tenggelam dan cahaya yang dihasilkan < 300 Ohm Ohm maka pintu akan tertutup.
