Abstract

Health needs can be met through two methods of treatment, namely modern medicine method and traditional method. One example of traditional medicine method is bejampik treatment. Bejampik is closely related to the spirituality of people who adhere to islam in Bangka Belitung. The aims of this study were: 1) Finding out the social factors and effects resulting from the use of bejampik traditional medicine in a sustainable manner; and 2) Identifying and analyzing forms of community social action using bejampik traditional medicine. This research was conducted in Kemuja Village, West Mendo District, Bangka Regency in 2022 using a descriptive qualitative research method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data collected through semi- structured interview, observation, and documentation from 8 users of bejampik treatment service with several criteria. The data was analyzed using data analysis techniques which included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The result of this study indicate that: 1) The social implication that encourage people to use traditional bejampik medicine so that traditional medicine can survive in the modern era are divided into three, namely the trust of people in Bangka Belitung, the background of bejampik artisans who are well known by the people in Bangka Belitung, and the motivation of the people in Bangka Belitung; 2) The form of social action of bejampik users is divided based on the type of users, namely instrumental rational action on pure bejampik treatment users and value- rational action on mixed bejampik treatment users who are classified as rational action type of social action.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is one of the important factors of an organization because it acts as a mover, thinker, and planner to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, an organization must be able to build and improve the performance of its employees. The efforts to improve employee performance include paying attention to leadership, work discipline, and motivation. The aims of this study were (1) to examine the influence of leadership on employee performance, (2) to examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. New Cakti Purworejo and obtained a sample of 70 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which had been tested and met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 22.0 for Windows software tools. The results showed that (1) leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

The main problem of this research is earnings quality. Earnings quality is very important for investors and is the center of attention for users of financial statements, because it will help them reduce information risk. Investors will tend to calculate information risk by conducting analysis so that it does not contain a large risk of loss. Investors can know that there is a poor allocation of resources in companies with low earnings quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of investment opportunity set, earnings persistence and accounting conservatism on earnings quality in food and beverage companies listed in ISSI in 2018-2021 with voluntary disclosure as an intervening variable. This research is classified as a quantitative research with a population of 25 food and beverage companies registered at ISSI. The research sample was determined by purposive method with certain criteria so that the sample used was 18 companies. so that 72 data were obtained from the sample in the 2018-2021 observation period. the type of data used is secondary data. to test the intervening variables used path analysis method. The research results show that the investment opportunity set, earnings persistence and accounting conservatism and voluntary disclosure have a negative effect on earnings quality. the variables ios and conservatism have a negative and significant effect on earnings quality, while the earnings persistence variable has a positive effect on quality. The results of this study also indicate that voluntary disclosure is only able to mediate accounting conservatism on earnings quality.

Abstract

The quality of the system and the quality of information can influence user satisfaction with online transportation applications. This study aims to determine the influence of system quality and information quality on user satisfaction with the Gojek application among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Unjani. This research utilizes a quantitative survey method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample size consists of 100 active students from FEB, Unjani. The results of the statistical analysis indicate that the system quality variable produces a t-value < t-table and a Sig-value > α. On the other hand, the information quality variable produces a t-value > t-table and a Sig-value < α. The results of the F-test show that the calculated F-value is greater than the tabulated F-value, and the significance level (p-value) is 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that partially, system quality does not have an influence on user satisfaction with the Gojek application among students at FEB, Unjani, while information quality does have an influence on user satisfaction with the Gojek application among students at FEB, Unjani. Simultaneously, both system quality and information quality have an influence on user satisfaction with Gojek among students at FEB, Unjani.

Abstract

The Accounting Information System on Shopee e-commerce is transparent to give its customers access to some of these accounting systems, one of which is that consumers can place orders and even see the availability of goods in a store. Online shopping can also make buying and selling activities easy and flexible, which can be reached and accessed whenever consumers want. This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of Accounting Information Systems and Online Shopping on Impulsive Buying in E-Commerce Shopee Case Studies on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Achmad Yani University. The population in this study was 2,231student the Faculty of Economics and Business and 100 as a sample by distributing questionnaires. This research is quantitative research with a nonprobability sampling technique using purposive sampling. This research uses variable free, namely Accounting Information Systems and Online Shopping, and variable bound, namely Impulsive Buying. The results showed that the Accounting Information System had a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying, and Online Shopping had a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the forms of organizational participation of the Teluk Rubiah Youth and Community Communication Forum (FKPMTR) in the development of a tourist village in Teluk Rubiah, Muntok District and to find out the factors that encourage and hinder it.This study uses a type of qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that participation in the TeluRubiah Iklim Village has gone very well. To maintain the existence of FKPMTR there are motivations that belong to them. One of his motivations was to obtain material at FKPMTR. This can happen because they get CSR funds from the government and companies to carry out their activities. The driving factor for tourism in the TelukRubiah IklimVillage is the enthusiasm and desire of FKPMTR members to participate in planning the development of a tourist village. There are also economic factors that influence them to participate due to their economic situation which can be considered less. Besides that, it turns out that there are still factors inhibiting FKPMTR in participating, such as the low awareness of some FKPMTR members for tourism development in TelukRubiah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk partisipasi organisasi Forum Komunikasi Pemuda dan Masyarakat Teluk Rubiah (FKPMTR) dalam pengembangan desa wisata di Teluk Rubiah Kabupaten Muntok serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorong dan menghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi di Kampung Iklim Teluk Rubiah sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik. Untuk mempertahankan eksistensi FKPMTR ada motivasi yang dimiliki oleh mereka. Salah satu motivasinya adalah untuk mendapatkan materi di FKPMTR. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena mereka mendapatkan dana CSR dari pemerintah dan perusahaan untuk menjalankan aktivitasnya. Faktor pendorong pariwisata di Kampung Iklim Teluk Rubiah adalah semangat dan keinginan anggota FKPMTR untuk ikut serta merencanakan pengembangan desa wisata. Ada juga faktor ekonomi yang mempengaruhi mereka untuk berpartisipasi dikarenakan keadaan ekonomi mereka yang bisa dibilang kurang. Selain itu, ternyata masih ada faktor yang menghambat partisipasi FKPMTR, seperti rendahnya kesadaran sebagian anggota FKPMTR terhadap pengembangan wisata di Teluk Rubiah.
