Abstract

Transport is an essential part of a functioning society life in this era of increasingly majau. Transport very close relationship with the lifestyles, interests and needs of the productive activities to meet all needs. To meet the needs of transportation, the need to hold a transport planning process, particularly for urban transport often creates parking, riders, and the increasing number of road users are some of the causes that can lead to increased delays traffic flow at intersections, reduced road capacity and increase the number of Linta accidents in several intersections.

Abstract

Based on the times the need for careful consideration of the environment around us. Both in the review in terms of economy, industry, agriculture, social, cultural and defense security to be leveling development outcomes will be achieved. Factors supporting these areas is the availability of an adequate road traffic in order to smooth transportation of goods and people. On the other hand to meet the needs of road infrastructure should be review or analysis back when confronted with clay soil stabilization conditions is low, so the cost of which is issued for road maintenance will be higher. Therefore in need through quality improvement efforts penghemetan Yanah on its use for road construction, especially road base by way of mixing the soil with cement and sand. research that we have done with mnggunakan addition of cement and sand and the sea, with a cement content of 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%, and 16% can result in the addition of as much as 14% cement content is the addition that produces the best quality.

Abstract

Fences nature one of the cities that is growing both in the field and in the economy inprastruktur. Transportation is a means of support in the development in an area, transportation improvements are very necessary for the development of an area. Gria servant of the state is a new housing in the city of Pagar Alam who is still in the process of increasing the field inprstruktur. Road access in and out in a residential neighborhood still land and no building pavement. This study was conducted to plan pengunana access roads in and out of the housing Gria servant negra. Type of pavement is planned or rigid pavement using concrete cast. Based on the calculation results obtained 150mm thick layer of concrete pavement with reinforcement in the transverse direction and reinforcement of the longitudinal direction D12-250mm D12-150mm.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the compressive strength of concrete with the addition of fiber purun percentage of 5%, 7%, 10% by weight of cement. Based on the results of research conducted in laboratory obtained the following results: compressive strength average normal concrete amounted to 175.20 kg / cm2, while the compressive strength of the average concrete with the addition of fiber purun 5% at 173.20 kg / cm, the compressive strength of the average concrete with the addition of fiber purun 7% at 165.50 kg / cm2, the average compressive strength of concrete with the addition of fiber purun 10% of 163.58 kg / cm2. Thus, the average compressive strength of concrete plus fiber purun decreased compared to normal concrete, which for the addition of fiber purun percentage decreased 5% to 5.54%, while the percentage increment of fiber purun 10% decreased 6.63%.

Abstract

Water is the most important component for life. All living beings on the planet definitely needs water for its survival water supply is sufficient and controlled in an environment in which we live, is an important thing that must be met (Mays, 2001). The water supply system in the village of Alas Semidang kel. Jokoh district. Central Dempo Pagaralam using a network of gravity-fed piping for the water source higher than the village. In this study discussed about the dimensions of the reservoir based on the amount of water needs in rural villages Semidang pedestal jokoh Pagaralam, which Planning dimensions of the reservoir in the village of Alas Village Semidang Jokoh Pagaralam planned for the next 10 years. From the data and the results of calculating the dimensions of the reservoir in the village Semidang Alas Village Jokoh Pagaralam for 10 years in the can dimensions reservoir: Length (p) = 1 m, width (l) = 2 m, Height (t) = 2 m, height surveillance (Fb) = 0.5 m. So Reservoir Dimensions: 1 m x 2 m x 2.5 m.

Abstract

The frame building system consists of horizontal elements (beams), vertical (columns) and floor plates. The selection of structural materials to used for certain buildings is influenced by the height and span of the structure, availability of materials in the market and foundation conditions. In the supply of this material, not all imported first, but must be planned according to the needs and must also be adjusted to the time of use so that the quality or quality of the material can meet the desired target. The good quality materials and work must follow Normalization in Indonesia, standard construction industry and national regulations. The purpose of this study is find out how big the dimensions of the structure are able to withstand the load acting on the main structure in the construction of the Shop and House. Plates of roof and floor plates with a span of 5 meters are planned to be 12 cm thick or 0.12 meters using reinforced steel D10-100 (with As area = 785.4 mm2). The roof beam with a span of 5 m is used to measure the beam size 15 cm x 30 cm, used reinforcement steel 6D14 (As = 923.16 mm2) with reinforcement D-6 (Av = 28.26 mm2) for stirrups with a maximum spacing of 135 mm for overall beam length. Floor beams with a span of 5 m are used for beam dimensions measuring 20 cm x 33 cm, using reinforced steel 8D14 (with As area = 1230.88 mm2) with D-8 reinforcement (Av = 50 mm2) for stirrups with a maximum spacing of 180 mm for the overall length of the beam. Columns with a height of 4 m are used for column dimensions measuring 210 mm x 210 mm, using reinforcement steel 8D14 (1230.88 mm2).

Abstract

Highway as one of the means of transportation, construction of highways which is a priority scale of development in City Pagar Alam. Along with the rapid development, so can increasing of vehicle owners in Pagar Alam City. Planning of road construction of Gunung Gare office area in Pagar Alam City. The purpose of this study was to find out how much the carrying capacity of the land on the road construction and analyze the pavement thickness of the Gunung Gare Office Ring Road segment in Pagar Alam City to the volume of vehicles through it so that it can produce pavement thickness according to Bina Marga standards. The method used to determine the required pavement thickness above the layer which has a certain CBR value is by testing the CBR value in laboratory manner. The results of the study were to calculate the carrying capacity of the soil on the asphalt road that for pavement thickness each D1 was taken 5 cm and D2 taken 10 cm, and pavement thickness of Purnalam Gare City Gunung Gare pavement thickness with a 10 year plan life, for D3 pavement layer is 13 cm. The results of the analysis of pavement thickness on the circumference the office of Gunung Gare in Pagar Alam City based on the volume of vehicles through which meet the requirements according to the type of material used.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the dimensions of beams and columns that are able to withstand the load acting on the main structure in the analysis of planning the construction of shop houses (shop houses) on Jalan Colonel Haji Burliyan, Pagar Alam City, while the dimensions of columns and beams that are able to withstand the load main structure in the analysis of planning the construction of shop houses (shop houses). For planning the calculation of this shop using the Earthquake Resilience Planning Guidelines for Houses and Buildings (SKBI-1,353. 1987) and procedures for calculating concrete structures for buildings (SK SNI T-15-1991-03). Abstract

Planning a building must be in accordance with the form and can be useful in its use, and the amount of costs in accordance with the initial calculation. The Budget Plan is planning a building in the form and benefit of its use, along with the necessary costs and implementation arrangements in the field of administration and work implementation in the technical field. The steps taken to calculate the building cost budget plan are identify each existing work item in the project being calculated. In this research the researcher calculates the estimate cost plan with the Bina Marga method, making Work Plan and Terms and time schedule. The research problem formulation is How to calculate the existing budget plan and make a time schedule. The research objective is to calculate the existing estimate cost plan, make a Time Schedule (S Curve) and Work Plan and Terms. Abstract

The technical planning and renovation of a two-story house in Pelang Kenidai Subdistrict, Dempo Tengah Subdistrict, Pagar Alam is an effort to improve the function and role of a two-story house, so evaluating the use of a two-story house is a first step in careful engineering planning to produce two-storey house design details the right and efficient way to meet the standards set. The selection of structural materials to be used for certain buildings is influenced by the height and span of the structure, availability of materials in the market, foundation conditions, local building regulations and architectural considerations. The frame building system consists of horizontal elements (beams), vertical (columns) and floor plates. Tall building frames can be viewed geometrically as a sum of portal frames. In this study, the results of the analysis showed that the diameter of the floor beam 30 x 15 = 8D14, roof diameter 30 x 15 = 4D12, column diameter 30 X 30 = 6D14, floor plate Ø10 sengkang 100, roof plate Ø10 stirrup 100, stair Ø100 stirrup 100 Analysis is also used by using the Staadpro application, by producing dimensions of 20 x 30 with a span of 4 m able to withstand the working load, the number of reinforcement over 4 D 16, and the bottom support of 2 D 12 and shear reinforcement 16 D 8 c / c 118 mm. On a 20 x 40 beam with a span of 4 m it is able to withstand the working load, the amount of support over 4 D 16, and reinforcement under 2 D 16 and shear reinforcement 11 D 8 c / c 167 mm. a 30 x 30 column with a height of 4 m is able to withstand the working load, the number of staples in the column is reinforced by 8 D 12.
