Abstract

This article is backgrounded in order to know the lack of society’s attention in using helmet with Indonesian National Standard (SNI), there is no basic standard which is determined by BSN about the detail of SNI helmet which is circulating in Pontianak. The formulation of this research is “ Why the implementation of SNI helmet policy have not maximal”. The aims of this research is to find out and explain about the process of the implementation of the use of SNI helmet policy and factor inhibited factors in the implementation. In this research method, the writer used descriptive research design and technique of collecting data which was used are observation technique, interview, and documentation, meanwhile in  technique of analysis data itself, the writer used descriptive qualitative technique where the data which had collected processing and analysed as qualitative.Based on the data analysis, shows that the process of the implementation of SNI helmet policy can be conclude as follow : basically, socialization of this policy in Pontianak city had been done by the police through some media such as, print media, electronic either to the motorcycle rider on the road by the traffic police directly. On the phase of enforcement/action, the police official only give the warning and direction to the motorcycle rider who careless to use SNI helmet. This is caused by the implementation of use of SNI helmet still in the socialization phase, as a result there is no raid by the police to discipline the use of SNI helmet spesifically. Keywords: The realization and inhibited factor in implementation SNI helmet policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to to find out how the process of social interaction in everyday life. want to know the form of interaction developed by fellow residents of the dorm surroundings. Want to know the obstacles in dealing with residents in interacting with each other. The type of research used in this research is descriptive, qualitative approach. The results of this research. Thecommunication link between the boarder is going well and also harmonious. Forms of interaction that developed in the environment in the dorm is in the form of cooperation, the accommodation, the dispute or contention. As for the resistance less openness of communication in solving, an attitude of selfishness, of the boarder. Based on the results made a conclusion or advice:. The presence of openness communication in problem solving. Appreciate each other, respect, working together, each other mutual talk, wait until, hold competition, fights, and dissension in all things without harming one with another. Abstract

This thesis is given detail and deeper information about Long House of Taman Kapuas Melapi I Sub Ethnic Group as cultural tourism object with case study about communication strategy of Culture and Tourism Department of Kapuas Hulu Regency. The writer hopes this thesis will give better suggestion to make communication strategy of culture and tourism of Kapuas Hulu Regency to be more effective and efficient.Based on research finding, communicative strategy of Cultural and Tourism Department of Kapuas Hulu Regency is good enough. But, it needs more maximal effort to make good cooperation with every society elements and also to explore the use of media that they had. It means that every Kapuas Hulu tourism potential and Long House of Taman Kapuas Melapi I will widely known, and can attract many visitors and get people special attention. Key words: communication strategy, cultural tourism, Long House tourism, and media effectiveness.

Abstract

This article departs from the phenomenon of lack of discipline fraction DODIKJUR personnel, as no entry charge, late, leave work early, do not obey the rules of dress and head out of the office without permission, and this is because the control has not been effective so that the necessary oversight attached. The goal is to improve the discipline of the army personnel in Depo Vocational Education Parent Regiment Military Region XII / TPR Singkawang. To find attached surveillance has been done by using three indicators, namely the leadership of monitoring, inspection and appraisal or evaluation can thus be known until the stages which form of supervision conducted by leaders in Depo Vocational Education Parent Regiment Military Region XII / TPR Singkawang. Monitoring of all activities carried out by subordinates rated as good, although there is still a relatively small deviations. Examination of all the activities carried out by subordinates rated as good, although there is still a lack of assessment conducted fairly and as small personnel. Assessment of all the activities done by the staff was good. Suggested further enhanced surveillance monitoring inherent aspect because there are indications of violation of discipline even though it was relatively small in percentage terms. Should maintain and even increase further in carrying out the policy and inspection program for monitoring activities in order to improve discipline subordinates adhere better future. Assessment should be carried out under the supervision of a tiered inherent in Dodikjur's leaders to be more objective so that subordinates do not feel any difference made ??in the implementation and enforcement.Keywords: Embedded Control, monitoring indicators, personnel discipline.

Abstract

The title of this study is The Quality of Jamkesmas Members’ Health Service at Entikong Public Healt Centre Kabupaten Sanggau West Kalimantan. The purpose of this study is to give the understanding about public health service through the program of JAMKESMAS as there are still many citizens complaining about the quality of the service given by Entikong Public Health Centre in order to enhance the quality of further health service to be more effective. This study uses the analytical descriptive method with the qualitative technique in the data processing. In this study, the public health service covers four aspects including the easiness in dealing the problem, getting the appropriate service, getting the equal treatment, getting the transparent and honest treatment. Result of the analysis shows that there is lack of clear instructions, the honesty, the security, and the equality of giving the treatment by the officers to the patients of JAMKESMAS.Keywords : Service Quality, JAMKESMAS program, Easiness and Transparency.

Abstract

This articleis written for researchers to read and observe the presence of some phenomenon’s of personnel educator who have appropriate national standards that are crucial and difficult to solving, because that the researchers need to provide an overview and understanding of the problems of implementation of the standard implementation of educators and education personnel in SMP 2 Tayan Hulu. This research  uses the qualitative methods with descriptive analysis that is a method whitch in the form of searching and trailing the facts, information and truth of a problem also describe and a phenomenon that happened based on fact, data and the real information. The results of the research that more looking for the factor of communication, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure which done of the District Education Office SMP 2 to Tayan Hulu as a spearheads of policy implementation. In this research, reasearcher find shortage  information which given the District Education Sanggau Regency to the new educator. Besides this, presence the educators who have additional work such as taking care of the garden and their livestock make educators more choise that case prefer  than to continue their study to  ladder S1. The Implementation Standards Teachers and Education Personnel in SMP 2 Tayan Hulu should be able to work effectively if done again optimal socialization to new educators. Keywords: National Education Standards, Educators and Personnel Educators.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the creation of service quality manufacture Police Notes (SKCK) not referring to the principles of service which includes simplicity, clarity, certainty of time, and completeness of the facilities / infrastructure. Besides, the attitude of staff in providing services can not maintain a working relationship and to create satisfaction to the people it serves. For example, time in service efficiency, ease of service, and the justice ministry. The results showed that the quality of service creation Police Notes (SKCK) in Pontianak Police can be quite good. It is evident from some of the interview informants who stated quite good, especially on indicators of reliability and readiness officer. Whereas on other indicators such as keberwujudan, empathy and competencies they informant who expressed less satisfaction. Addressing the phenomenon of officers must fully understand the duties and functions especially those serving in ministry SKCK space. Increased knowledge and skills need to be upgraded constantly, in order that the assessment is not satisfied with the image and quality of police services provided by the police can be minimized as small as possible. Besides the public to understand more about the advantages of having SKCK, and understand the processes and procedures in making SKCK as previously described. Whatever the police do is to grow in self-awareness about security sought by the authorities for his own people, and do not make the national police as enemies but rather as people of the community security guard. To reinforce the issue of alternative solutions Police agencies are expected to fully support the officers or the national police in an effort to improve its image in the eyes of society, especially in SKCK service delivery, provision of facilities in the form of facilities and infrastructure to facilitate the national police in carrying out the duties to the fullest.Keywords: Quality, Service, manufacture, Police Notes

Abstract

This article is motivated by wanting to know the service charges at market rates by governments cempaka pontianak city. Author of this thesis limiting problem in the process of implementing relagulations pontianak city area number 4 of 2005 the levy withdrawal services market. Formulation of this research is ”How the implementation of market based services levy local regulation number 4 in 2005 the city of pontianak district cempaka market?”. As for the purpose of this research is to indentify and analyze about communication, resources, attitudes implementor, bureaucratic structure in the implementation of local regulations number 4 of 2005 on the withdrawal of market tax rates. Here the authors use research methods research deskriktif types and datacollection techniques used in this study is the observation, interviews, documentation . While the data analysis techniques diskriktif where collected data is processed and analyzed qualitatively. From the anaysis  of the data shows that the results of the implementation of the levy collection services in the market has not reached the market Cempaka predetermined targets, but the implementation is quite good, is seen from the large number and the realization of the target number is not too large. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of market withdrawal services levy rates in the market can be said cempaka not run optimally, and to realize the local regulation number 4 in 2005 is expected performance of the officers need to be improved and more professional in carrying out their duties. Keywords: Serviceslevy, implementation, government regulations number 4 of 2005.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the absence of kesingkronan in directing the procedure so as to make them confused. Where also the medical officer in answering questions that ask patients still less politely, is evident from the way they talk to paasien always with a harsh tone or on leave granted, especially a senior nurse. While in treating patients because there is still injustice still view the economic status of the patient / care classes, it is evident from the different treatment between class III and class VIP, VIP If patients need help is always fast response, whereas for class III is often overlooked. The results showed that the attitude of nurse involvement in providing health care to patients in Class III Inpatient General Hospital YARSI Pontianak, still considered unsatisfactory for patients / the public, since neither the speed nor the initiative in providing the service is still not up and away from the expectations of society . Addressing the phenomenon that is the authors provide recommendations for services provided to conform with what the expectations of the people, then the hospital needs to pay attention to the availability of the existing workforce, so the nurse will be able to work with the maximum.Keywords: Full Involment, Quick Response, Emphati to patien, Sesiousness.
