Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the influence of the product in terms of product form, product quality, product type, product utilization, and product durability. This research is a quantitative study where the research data processing uses SPSS 26. Found a low average value on information search indicators and post purchase behaviour, while the highest average value is found in the needs recognition indicator. In the product variable, the lowest average indicator is in the product form, while the product type has the highest average value. The regression equation test shows that the effect of the Product Features variable on the purchasing decision variable is positive and significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of compensation and career development on employee turnover intention either simultaneously or partially. Based on the type of data and analysis, this research is classified as causal associative research. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is all employees of PT Setya Kuliner Mandiri dBesto Chicken And Burger. Method of collecting datadone through a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses SPSS 24. The results of this study prove thatthere is an effect of giving and career development on employee turnover intention, either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of internal marketing and service quality on student satisfaction at the Sekolah Tinggi ilmu Ekonomi Sakti Alam Kerinci (STIE-SAK). The sample is 135 students. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by using non-probability sampling method. Data analysis using SPSS Version 25. Results the F test shows that the internal marketing and service quality variables simultaneously have a significant effect on student satisfaction. the effect of internal marketing and service quality on satisfaction is 48.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that influence traders in the Panam-Pekanbaru Traditional Market, Indonesia. The sample in this study were 61 traders. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used SPSS version 25. Finding showed that partially the variables that had a significant effect were working hours and capital, while the non-significant variable was length of business. While the results of the research simultaneously that all independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Economic development is an effort  to reduce poverty in order to achieve prosperity through increased income. Economic development can be influenced by economic, social and environmental factors. This study aims to identify the socio-cultural relationship with economic development through a literature study with the object of the Batak Angkola community in North Padang Lawas district. The results of the study indicate that in theory the socio-cultural environment has a relationship with economic development. The socio-cultural environment includes traditional ceremonies such as birth customs, marriage customs and death customs. In addition, poverty, human resources and capital formation are also related to the success of economic development. This local wisdom is still ongoing today because the Batak Angkola people adhere to the philosophy of Hamoraon, Hasangapon, Hagabeon

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Hotel Pekanbaru ''. The research method used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used incidental random sampling, with samples taken using the Slovin formula as many as 97 people. Finding Based on the partial test (test) it was found that there was a significant influence between service quality and Pekanbaru Hotel consumer satisfaction. It was also found that service quality contributed 95.3% to customer satisfaction while 4.7% was determined by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

The research aims to knowing how the effect of work from home (WFH) on the performance of female lecturers during the Covid-19 pandemic at private universities in Pekanbaru City, Indonesia. The sample in this study were all female lecturers at the Higher School of Economics in Pekanbaru City, totaling 53 respondents, the sample technique used was accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was Simple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study are based on the results of a partial test (T test) obtained that work from home has a significant effect on the productivity of female lecturers at private universities in the city of Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the effect of work from home on the productivity of female lecturers is 26.9% while the remaining 63.1% is influenced by other variables outside of the study.

Abstract

The main problem that the authors study in this study is how the economic impact of murabahah financing on PT. The general objective to be achieved in this research is to find out how the economic impact of murabahah financing on PT. This research is a qualitative field research. This research is descriptive and emphasizes the analysis side. Process and meaning are highlighted in qualitative research on the theoretical basis that is used as a guide to focus on research in accordance with the facts on the ground. The data collection method in this study is by observation and interviews. The results of the study found that in general present PT. PNM Mekar Syariah in Banuhampu District and unsecured murabahah financing distributed by PT. PNM Mekar Syariah has a positive but not significant impact on improving the welfare of underprivileged women in Banuhampu sub-district from an economic perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether career development has an effect on employee commitment. This research is important for the sustainability of a company. This study adopted a quantitative analysis using simple regression analysis. The population of this study was 43 employees that are working at one of Oil Palm Plantation Company in Riau, Indonesia. Sampling frame was the list of employees working in all levels of management. Quota sampling was applied in carrying out to conduct the study. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires conducted by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The data analysis tool (Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS Version. 21.0) was used to analyze quantitative data and results. Finding indicated that there was the influence of career development on employee commitment. It also indicated that career development contributed to the increase in employee commitment. The better the career development program in one organization occur , the better the commitment of employee for that organization.

Abstract

New Product Development (NPD) is critical for companies to improve their business results. However, few companies can benefit from such a process because it is difficult to determine how and which NPD processes should be designed to develop a leading-edge product. The objective of this study is to find out the appropriate and best approach for implementing an NPD process in a company. The Multiple Convergent Process (MCP) framework model is applied by borrowing the framework model of (Baker & Hart, 2007). The objective of the MCP framework model is to apply a parallel mechanism of NPD phases to work towards the same point or common outcome without delaying the next phase. This study applies a descriptive research method by describing the steps of the MCP model and using literature reviews. Fifty-two publications from 1990 to 2018 were reviewed. Major and related topics such as NPD, innovation, multiple convergent points, idea generation - evaluation - concept and selection, and factors for successful NPD were considered.
