<![CDATA[This study discusses YAJASI's Operational Performance as one of the pioneer flight operators in Papua, as a basis for supporting pioneer aviation operations in the rural areas of Papua. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive analytic technique. The presence of YAJASI supports the community development program as one of the providers of air transportation services to provide convenience and fluency in community development efforts in the rural areas of Papua. YAJASI's aviation performance effort outlines the needs of air transportation and conducts medical help to evacuate people in the depths. To achieve the objectives expected by Yayasan Jasa Aviasi Indonesia (YAJASI), it is necessary to pay attention to the recruitment of prospective national candidates for aviators, aircraft maintenance technicians and avionics. This can be supported by training programs for national personnel who have met the screening and recruitment requirements. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of stripping process and stuffing process of Excavator distribution at PLB ware house Kawasan Berikat Nusantara company. The problem in this research is the limitation of operational equipment, lack of maintenance service of operational equipment, and lac of number of employees. Quantitatif method with multiple linera regression technique was used in this research. There were 28 employees as sample. The result shows that the stripping process and stuffing process were significant positive relation with spareparts distribution Excavator at Kawasan Berikat Nusantara company. ]]>

<![CDATA[Investors often see financial report of logistics companies only from one side such as profit - loss report. They assume that profit - loss report presented by the companies are real. The management of the companies know about that and they tend to do profit management in financial report. There are three important problems in the companies, there are investment decision, funding decision, and a policy to propose how much dividend should be distributed to shareholders. For that reason, the purpose of this research is to analyse about institutional ownership, managerial ownership, dividend policy, and debt policy towards profit management in logistics companies. The result of this research used statistical analysis by linear regression analysis. The data shows that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and debt policy do not have an influence on management profit while dividend policy has significant effect in management profit. It signifies that if the companies do profit management, the company will do income decreasing that will be effect to dividend policy where the owner will get smaller dividend than they should get or the owner will decide to hold the existing profit and use it for investment. This is in accordance with keagenan theory.]]>

<![CDATA[The research objective is to identify and analyze the behavior of drivers and road users in traffic in the absence of ZoSS when passing SMP Negeri 55 Bekasi City. The method used is quantitative descriptive qualitative method and with reference to the Director General of Land Transportation Regulation Number 1304 / AJ / 403 / DRJD / 2014 concerning School Safe Zones. The results showed that the behavior of students of SMP Negeri 55 Kota Bekasi and road users in times of heavy traffic without a School Safe Zone (ZoSS) made them unsafe and unsafe.]]>

<![CDATA[PT Agility International is a company that provides warehousing services. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effects of cycle count and quality control on the distribution of goods. The research method used was quantitative method using questionnaires and library data as the data collection methods. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The result shows that there is a significant impact between the effect of cycle count and quality control on the distribution of goods, meaning that each increase in cycle count X1 is followed by an increase in Y distribution and each increase in quality control X2 is followed by an increase in distribution. With r=0,337 as the coefficient correlation, there is a low impact between X1, X2 and Y. Coefficient of determination test shows 11,35% meaning that there is a positive contribution by the cycle count and quality control to the distribution of goods. On the other hand, 88,65% of it is determined by other factors affecting X1 and X2 variables to Y.]]>

<![CDATA[There is a significance correlation between the productivity of Quay Crane Twin lift to the time used for shipping dock at the north pier. It could happen due to suffice and qualified human resources, facilities and equipments provided by the company. Based on the analysis of correlation, PT. Jakarta International Container Terminal in 2008-2010, performs r = 0.376 which means that there is a relationship between variables X and Y. The determinant coefficient test showed 14.14% means that the contribution of the productivity of quay crane twinlift (X) to the time used for shipping docked (Y) is suffice. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the quality of domestic ship agency human resources at PT PELNI (Persero) Tanjung Priok Branch using descriptive methods and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and reliable questionnaires. The results of the research data above, namely the variable X regarding the quality of human resources owned by PT PELNI (Persero) Tanjung Priok Branch as many as 53% answered doubt, while in the Y variable regarding Agency Services for ship agency customers, 30% answered. So it can be denied that the quality of human resources affects the agency services of domestic vessels at PT Pelni (Persero) Tanjung Priok Branch. The performance of the agency service quality of PT PELNI (Persero) Tanjung Priok Branch has decreased due to the lack of expertise possessed by the employees who serve it. So that to improve the quality of the agency owned by the company, it is necessary to pay attention to things such as: Training aimed at increasing knowledge, skills and attitudes, good communication coordination between colleagues, superiors, subordinates and customers, division of job duties, speed of agency services and accuracy of reporting and Network marketing enhancement.]]>

<![CDATA[In this challenging situations, Garuda Indonesia remains optimistic about the future by setting the direction of QuickWins strategy and the values of “One Family, One Nation, One GarudaIndonesia” in managing the company.These strategies have become the strong basis for GarudaIndonesia to develop and expand in the subsequent years. Thebusiness management in 2019 was also strengthened by the values of One Family, One Nation, One Garuda Indonesia, therefore, Garuda Indonesia could continue to provide the best service for Indonesia.Garuda Indonesia is also trying to implement the key work programs to develop revenue beyond the aviation business that would become a strong foundation for Garuda Indonesia to develop and expand in the next period. The purpose of the research is to determine the Cost Index and its impact on operational cost efficiency in B777-300ER (Garuda Indonesia case study). This research used the desciptive qualitative approach. The data was collected through observation, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used in this research was navblue cost index. The results of the study would be used to determine the extent of the cost index, the impact of increasing efficiency of B777-300ER operational costs, and in order to help companies making the right decision.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim in this study was to compare the level of efficiency and advantages of operating the Bombardier CRJ 1000 and Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft on the Jakarta-Banyuwangi-Jakarta route in order to face competition between airlines. Selection of aircraft types with a larger seat capacity is important to increase market share. However, it should be approved whether the technical operational takeoff weight, operational costs, and payload of the selected aircraft can generate optimum profit. Hence, the study is designed to solve these problems by using a comparative qualitative study with the research subjects being the airlines owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and collecting secondary data from company documentation. Data analysis tools used are payload allowable calculation data based on aircraft structure and aircraft performance, as well as the BCG (Boston Consulting Group) matrix to determine the company's position in terms of market growth and market share. The results of this study indicate that the Bombardier CRJ 1000 aircraft has a small but efficient capacity, while the operation of the Boeing 737-800 NG incurs higher costs. However, with a large load capacity, the Boeing 737-800 NG can generate greater profits than the Bombardier CRJ 1000. Garuda Indonesia's position in the BCG matrix is in the star quadrant, with a relative market share value of 0.74 and an average market growth of 78.04.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the upcoming implementation, development and trend of JKT PDG JKT route of CityLink Airlines using the Allotment System. The problem of this study is the decreasing development of seat sales with the allotment system method. The method used in this study was a linear trend method to forecast sales in the following year. The results of this study are to use the Allotment System. The previous application of the seat allotment on CityLink flights is now no longer applied, because with many low-cost airline competition, all branches should try to sell as many seats as possible. The Padang branch and the Jakarta branch no longer sell tickets using the rationing system because it will reduce sales in other areas. Besides, with the existence of the global distribution system and computerized-system (CRS), and e-commerce, each customer could buy tickets easily though in areas that do not have branch representatives.]]>
