Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. Abstract

The dynamics and the development of thinking about the world of education eventually led them to a collective consciousness about the rights they have, including the right to take an active role in managing education. Such awareness led movement pattern of relations between the community and the government in the management of education. New patterns arising from this shift that caused the tug in determining educational paradigms that are considered most suitable for the culture and dynamics of Indonesian society. Implementation of decentralization or privatization system (commercialization) education is a difficult choice but it should be done. Two choices have consequences respectively. With a mature mental readiness, cultural throwing responsibility which often occurs, can be avoided or at least minimized in such a way. the spirit of all the options is to increase community participation is widely and independently. Society apart should be made aware of their responsibilities on education should also be given the opportunity to be creative as possible in accordance with the position and the ability of each. Abstract

The study of leadership and organizational climate education is a part that gives a view of the ability of a leader in maintaining the stability of an organization's sustainability movement. Leadership is an advantage for someone to unite the group and he was a central figure for subordinates. A leader has an important role to shape and influence subordinates in an organization container. For the realization of a common goal, then an organization must have the interaction between members and the task is clear. Comfortable feeling that is felt positively impact subordinate members to support the implementation of the duty of each member of the organization's effort to create a good climate.

Abstract

 Participation in decision-making in an organization of Islamic educational institution or part of it has an important meaning. Open a space for the participation of the teachers and staff for making it the probability of getting a high-quality decision is greater than if done without participation. This situation occurs because it is assumed the participants (principals, teachers and staff) have diverse ideas about a problem. Delegation of authority has strategic impact for the maturation of the organization of Islamic educational institutions because it makes the teachers and employees are learning to assume greater responsibility. When linked with the concept of participative leadership, delegation of authority is a matter of support, although not identical. For teachers and staff, delegation of authority make the job challenging and it does have a meaning. If teachers and employees skilled in work, challenging work is one of the things that makes it like to work, love the workings and feel affection for the move to other work, in addition to making it ready to assume the responsibilities of higher education institutions to improve the professionalism of Islam.

Abstract

Classroom management is a skill teacher to create a climate conducive to learning and control in the event of disruption in learning. Good classroom management is the result of conscious of the role of teachers to integrate the management of the interaction with the planning of learning interactions. Interaction learning and management does not essentially separate, but rather are the two main components that must be built with each other if we want to achieve a harmonious classroom. Skills of effective teachers will supervise the behavior of pupils with a good time; control can actually be effective as classroom management actions directly. Teachers make planning lessons. Furthermore, the lead in the learning process, motivating the study, and then supervise or evaluate learning outcomes, all of that is the influence of classroom management actions used to achieve learning effectiveness, thus the implementation of classroom management is good and right to increase the effectiveness of learning, especially in learning Education Islam.

Abstract

Morals are a reflection noble personality, noble character than it would be able to deliver the person to dignity. Assessment is good and bad is determined by a person's moral. Lately good morals are expensive and difficult to find. The lack of understanding of the moral values contained in the Qur'an will further aggravate the condition of a person's personality; even life seemed to feel less meaningful.To form a glorious personal, moral cultivation of the child should be encouraged from an early age, because its formation would be easier than after the child is an adult. Surah al-Hujurat verses 11-13 discusses about creating a harmonious atmosphere among the public and prevent hostilities. That will create a decent private accordance with the guidance of the Qur'an.Value of moral education contained a surah al-Hujurat verses 11-13 include: educational value to uphold the honor of the Muslims, repentance, positive thinking, ta'aruf egalitarian education (equality). Thus Islamic education would be more respectful to do exemplary, advice, stories, and threats (Tarhib). Education of repentance to do with the conditioning and the provision of advice (lecture). Education to do with positive thinking exemplary method, the method of advice and methods of habituation. Education of ta'aruf to do with advice, stories and habituation. Egalitarian education to do with lectures, advice, example and story.

Abstract

 Development cooperative learning model type STAD is a model of a general nature, may be used to study the field of Islamic Education (PAI), as well as a model of the most simple and easy to implement. Learning the skills approach in the process of setting type STAD cooperative learning can transform teaching from teacher center to student centered. At the core concepts of learning model type STAD is present lessons teacher then students work in teams to ensure that all team members have mastered the lesson. The positive impact of the use of other models of cooperative learning is the emergence of motivation and self-confidence of students in the course. Psychological aspects are directly or indirectly have an impact on students' ease in receiving information. Student attendance rate is also increased because every learning activity involving students, so that students who do not attend will be very visible as well as the information will be missed. Also foster the growth of a sense of motivation and learning in Islamic Education more fun, it finally happened studying Islamic Education is not monotonous and boring
