EKONOMIKA: Manajemen, Akuntansi dan Perbankan Syari’ah adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda. EKONOMIKA: Manajemen, Akuntansi dan Perbankan Syari’ah menerima artikel hasil penelitian Manajemen, Akuntansi dan Perbankan Syari’ah yang ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris. Artikel merupakan karya original dan bukan hasil plagiasi. Penulis harus membuat pernyataan bahwa naskah yang dikirim belum pernah dipublikasikan atau sedang tidak dalam proses reviu oleh jurnal atau media lain. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to measure the magnitude of the multiplier number coefficient (multiplier effect coefficient) tax, investment and government expenditure and its impact on the economic growth of East Kalimantan Province. The data sources used are secondary data derived from publication data by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Province at East Kalimantan This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The analytical method uses the Economic Balance equation model, namely Y = C + I + G with a Multiplier Effect Coefficient analysis, which consists of a tax multiplier (kT), investment multiplier (kI) and government expenditure multiplier (kG). The observed / measured variables are the level of GDP, the level of household consumption, the total investment value of both the private sector and the government, and the amount of government expenditure.

Abstract

            Social responsibility must be carried out by the organization to all relevant parties both stakeholders and shareholders, the social obligation is aimed at consumers, employees, government and stakeholders. The study wanted to find out the extent of the role of Corporate Social Responsibility in this case abbreviated with CSR by The Body Shop Tbk in implementing the Cause Related Marketing theory program that was built through marketing antecedents and CSR by utilizing business capital and community welfare both economically, socially and culturally continuously .               The paper is based on building a foundation for analyzing the impact of The Body Shop Indonesia's Corporate Social Responsibility on various marketing actions namely Cause Related Marketing through various propositions based on the antecedents and consequences of business and social actions in society. The impact of this activity is correlated with three marketing performance parameters namely, economic, social measures. The results of this study indicate that The Body Shop Indonesia's Corporate Social Responsibility is in accordance with the rules of Corporate Social Responsibility of Companies in Indonesia

Abstract

            Lecturers have a very important role in determining the success and sustainability of the education sector so that lecturers are required to have high performance. The positive impact on the high performance of lecturers is not only for individuals but also on institutions, as the task of lecturers through educational institutions where work is obliged to produce quality students, and be able to compete in the global era. If the performance of lecturers is low the impact is the graduates produced are also questioned and doubted, by the job market. For this reason, the performance of lecturers is very important to always be improved, to ensure the future of the nation's young generation is able to compete in all respects. Lecturer performance is influenced by several factors developing lecturer performance, including organizational culture, and commitment to the organization. This research is explanatory or explanatory research.               This type of observational research with design The number of samples as many as 88 respondents from 737 findings in this study is that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PTS lecturers in Samarinda, the better the organizational culture in each campus will tend to improve the performance of lecturers. Organizational commitment has a negative and not significant effect on the performance of PTS lecturers in Samarinda. Lecturers are not easy if they are demanded to have high commitment because most lecturers are more likely to interact on campus when there are teaching schedules.

Abstract

The development of information technology which is the impact to development revolution of industrial 4th makes every activity inseparable from network usage with entrepreneurs in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) group, who also must be albe to capture the business opportunity. The purpose of this study is to confirm the role of Zahir POSX software on business management in the UMKM group in Samarinda city. This research was conducted on 275 populations in the UMKM group located in Samarinda City, especially in the area around Mulawarman University and University of Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda, and by using the Slovin method with a 5% error rate, 163 respondents were taken as sample. Test on validity and reliability have been darried out with good results on the items received agin before further analysis. This study was conducted in order to predict the role of Zahir POSX software on business Management and used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) wih multiple groups through Smart PLS Version 3.2.8 software. The results of this study found that on use Zahir POSX software had a positive and significant impact on UMKM group in Samarinda. Entrepreneurs will be easier in controloing their business, even using paper less media. The results also show that through modern accounting software, it will increasingly make business management more effective and efficient

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out firsthand how the procedure of buying and selling installments (credit) and how the law according to sharia                   In order to encourage the development of Islamic economics, finance and Islamic banking nationally, efforts are needed to examine and expand scholarship related to buying and selling installments (credit) in accordance with sharia, for the convenience and security of the wider community, especially Muslims in buying and selling the installment system (credit) , so that Muslims do not hesitate and are afraid of falling into usury and the certainty of the law of buying and selling installments (credit) in Islamic sharia.                   The results of this study turned out to be buying and selling installments (credit) that may be according to sharia as long as there is no tyranny in it, there is no element of usury, and is done on a voluntary basis.
