Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has an important role  throughout all education level, especially in the college , which its purpose to create a young generation of entrepreneur in the future.The purpose of this study were to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intention, the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Motivation, and  the influence of Entrepreneurial Intention toward Entrepreneurial Motivation. This study also investigates the mediating role of Entrepreneurial Motivation, related to entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions.The data analysis technique of this research was SEM, using smart software PLS (Partial Least Square). This study conducted on 150 private university students in Surabaya. The sampling method used in this research was non probability sampling with consecutive sampling method. The results showed that entrepreneurship education significantly influenced entrepreneurial intention with T-Statistic 2,020602, while entrepreneurship education had significant influence on entrepreneurial motivation with T-statistic 3,972756. The other results showed that entrepreneurial motivation had significant influence on entrepreneurial intention with T-statistic 3,651692. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurial motivation was not able to mediate the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Globalization effect and technology development which is accompanied by economic activity that involving the use of natural resources has created environmental issue in the oil and gas company. The issue of the environment is currently the main focus in improving concern for the environment and the improvement of the environmental performance of their company. PT X is a one of government company who has focus in midstream sector and downstream of gas industry in Indonesia has a role in gas trading, transportation, process and distribution. PT. X managing the gas transmission infrastructure in West and East Java, South and North Sumatra, Aceh and East Kalimantan. PT. X has mission to increase environmental performance through environmental friendly production process and reliable brand image. To accomplish their mission, these companies use ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System and environmental company rating program (PROPER) as tools for environment performance evaluation but for measurement of the environmental performance, but PT X does not have the key of environment performance indicators (KEPI). Then, the result of KEPI identification used to design of the environmental performance system, which using methods for measurement such as Integrated Environment Performance Measurement System (IEPMS), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Objective matrix (OMAX). Based on this research, there are 70 KEPI consisting of 51 KEPI quantitative and 19 KEPI qualitative. Total value of environment performance in PT. X is 5.86, which is categorized into yellow color which means the company needs intensive controlling and evaluating to increase the company environment performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the amount of cost, acceptance, profit, profitability, and business risk emping melinjo household scale in Cilowong Village, Taktakan sub-district, Serang city, Banten. Determination of sample area is done by purposive that is Kampung Cilowong. Sampling of respondents is done by proportional. Its population is all businessmen emping melinjo household scale in Cilowong Village. The number of respondents as many as 40 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data is done by observation, interview, and recording. Data analysis using ratio and profitability approach. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) Average total cost incurred of Rp40.085.250,00; 2) emping melinjo which sold an average of 8,100Kg with price per Kg Rp 20.000,00. The amount of gross receipts is Rp51.300.000,00. The profit earned an average of Rp11,214,750.00 with an average of 9 employees; 3) Profitability of 21.86%; and 4) industrial efficiency of 0.27.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze customer value enhancement of the Western Village Housing in Surabaya perceived through the application of product quality and the perceived quality of service. This study uses the free variable that is perceived of product quality and the perceived quality of service, as well as variable customer value. This study included in this type of research surveys that are used for the purpose of explanation or confirmatory, or also called research for testing hypotheses to explain the influences between variables or causal relationship between variables through the hypothesis testing. A sample of these studies amounted to 108 respondents consisting of customer Western Village in Surabaya. Sampling techniques in the study was done by accidental sampling method. The data obtained through the distribution and collection of returned questionnaires and then analyzed using SPSS. A model of the relationship between the variables examinedproduce perceived of product quality and the perceived quality of service that has important relations towards customer value Housing Western Village in Surabaya. The results of this study alsohas important meanings especially for Housing Management Western Village in Surabaya in applying perceived of product quality and the perceived quality of service so that our customer optimal value.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to know the influence of the four intelligences as independent variables on the performance of Small and medium Industries (SMIs) in Surabaya Indonesia. The population of this research is SMEs in Surabaya, Indonesia which build by Department of Industry and Trade, Surabaya. The samples of this research is 100 small and medium industries. Analysis method used multiple regression analysis. The result of coefficient determination (R2) shows that the influence of all variables which are Spiritual Intelligence, Financial Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence dan Social Intelligence have contributed 56,7% to performance. While the other 43.3% contributed by another variable which is not discussed in this study. The hypothesis test shows that as simultaneously these 4 (four) variable shave significantly affect to the performance of SMEs, but as partially by t-test shows that Financial Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence have significantly affected to performance but Spiritual Intelligence have no significant effect on Performance of SMEs in Surabaya. Limitation of this study is to use a small research sample. In addition, the scope of the study area is too narrow, which is limited to Surabaya. Therefore, further research can be developed from the side of the number of samples used and the wider coverage area. The practical implications of this research are useful for IKM development in Surabaya. This development is done through 3 elements of entrepreneurial intelligence that is financial intelligence, social intelligence, and emotional intelligence. The three main elements are further developed with the aim that IKM in Surabaya will be more sustainable

Abstract

In an effort to exploit Indonesia's rich marine potential of a variety of fish and given the large contribution of the growth of the fishery sector to Indonesia's gross domestic product, the seafood processing industry needs to improve the competitiveness of its products in order to increase the value of sea-based exports which in turn will improve the welfare of the community. SMEs engaged in the processing of seafood have not utilized science and technology in the production process so that found obstacles in the speed and fulfillment of export demand to neighboring countries. There are many work errors so shipping the product does not meet the standard of demand. The length of time the SMEs in fulfilling the buyer demand is caused by the length of the production process into the product ready to send. This work error results in the quality of the delivered product not meeting the health standards and the buyer's request. The ergonomic sorting table provides 2% reduction in work errors and the provision of wash tables designed to reduce work fatigue and the use of heating ovens to replace the sunlight function of the Cucumber products can increase the employee's working speed from 4 days to 2 days to prepare the product to send .
