Abstract

Aii Collection is a fashion store in the clothing business that focuses on fulfilling the needs of women, located on Jln. Pangeran Antasari, Number 8B, Bandar Lampung City. This study analyzes the strategies that can be carried out in order to increase women's fashion business opportunities at the Aii Collection store. The purpose of this research is to find out what strategies can be done to increase sustainable business opportunities at the Aii Colection store by using qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are field research and interviews, which clearly describe how these factors are interrelated in the Aii Collection effort by analyzing using SWOT analysis and IFE EFE matrix tools. From the research results, SWOT matrix analysis and SWOT cartesius diagram shows that the Aii collection effort is in quadrant I, with values ​​(1.92 and 1.55). Where is a situation that will benefit and it is known that the company is still a developing company. The best strategy that can be applied to the Aii Collection business is the aggressive strategy or the Growth Oriented Strategy. Keywords: IFE EFE, strategy, business opportunities, SWOT

Abstract

Human resources have a very important role in an agency, for that in order for the agency to achieve goals as expected, high employee motivation is needed. Generating a high employee motivation is not easy to implement. Therefore, employees should be given appropriate incentives so that the desired employee motivation can be achieved. The provision of incentives can be done by providing annual bonuses, employee welfare, and promotions. As for the main problem with this research is "does the provision of incentives affect the work motivation of employees at the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP) Bandar Lampung?" In line with the main problem, the authors propose the hypothesis "There is a positive influence between the provision of incentives on employee motivation at the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Institution (LPMP) Bandar Lampung". In the research that the author did, the research variable was the provision of incentives as the independent variable (X) while employee motivation as the dependent variable (Y). Furthermore, the proposed sample is 26 employees which is 25% of the total population, namely 105 employees. The type of research in this writing is qualitative and quantitative research with the method used is to collect data by means of surveys or field research. While the data collection techniques by means of observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Then to test the hypothesis using qualitative and quantitative analysis which is the type of this writing, with statistical formulas. Quantitative analysis using the product moment formula and obtained: rxy product moment = 0.714. Confused with the level of evenness of the 2 variables being at a high level of closeness, it means that the incentive distribution has a very high relationship with employee performance. To find out the effect of giving incentives on employees' work motivation, using a determinant coefficient with a result of 51%, while other factors 49% were not examined including leadership style, office layout, atmosphere (work climate) of employees. Abstract

Pepsodent toothpaste products attract consumers from the physical side and benefits so that consumers get information from Pepsodent toothpaste products for consideration in purchasing decisions. Therefore, companies need to study and know consumer or community responses to Pepsodent toothpaste, factors that can fulfill consumer desires and how far the position of this product is in the minds of consumers.This study analyzes how the marketing strategy of Pepsodent toothpaste products in increasing the sales volume of PT. Unilever Tbk. Bandar Lampung area. The purpose of this study is to find out what strategies can be done to increase the sales volume of PT. Unilever Tbk. Bandar Lampung area with a descriptive-qualitative research method, the key informant in this study was a branch manager of PT. Unilever Tbk. Bandar Lampung area, agent and marketing of Pepsodent products PT. Unilever Tbk. Abstract

In government ethics, there is a prevailing assumption that through the appreciation of good ethics, an apparatus will be able to build a commitment to make himself an example of goodness and maintain government morality. Good government officials and have high morals, will always guard themselves in order to avoid disgraceful acts, because they are called to maintain the mandate given, through imaging the behavior of daily life. Within the scope of the government profession, for example, there are certain values ​​that must be upheld in order to maintain the image of a government capable of carrying out its duties and functions. Trends or symptoms that arise today, many bureaucratic apparatus in carrying out their duties often violate the rules of the game that have been set. Cases related to ethical violations in the government bureaucracy such as corruption and gratification (bribery) involve many professions in violating ethics such as state administration officials, regional heads, legislators, prosecutors, judges, police, tax officials, and so on. Bureaucratic Ethics is part of the rules of the game in the Bureaucracy or Civil Service organization which structurally has regulated the rules of the game, which we know as. Code of Ethics for Civil Servants, which has been regulated by the Civil Service Act. To be more effective in delivering the code of ethics, the code of ethics can be read together -the same on certain occasions which is sometimes followed by a discourse from a ceremonial leader called a ceremonial inspector, the intention is to create favorable moral conditions in experienced organizations and to cultivate the necessary mental attitude, as well as to create good morals. The Code of Ethics is usually read in flag ceremonies, monthly ceremonies or ceremonies anniversary of the organization concerned, and national ceremonies. In order to create a more ethical Bureaucratic Apparatus according to the above expectations, it is necessary to make efforts and training in that direction as well as to enforce strict and clear sanctions for those who violate the code of ethics regardless of their rank and position. Anyone who violates the code of ethics, whether it's superiors or subordinates, must be dealt with firmly to create a deterrent effect. Therefore, in relation to the Code of Ethics for Civil Servants, it must really animate, appreciate and implement the employment rules that have been determined or set as the rules of the game for the Bureaucratic apparatus.
