Abstract

The purpose of this research is to classify the eligibility of recipients of Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) and recipients of the Prosperous Family Program (PPKS) and (PHK) for the elderly proposed in Seruyan District using the CART (Classification and Regression Tree). Algorithm The purpose of the Living Allowance is to assist those in need in meeting their food and welfare needs, especially for underprivileged and elderly families. The research data was obtained through a direct survey of potential beneficiaries in Seruyan District. The data is then processed in the preprocessing stage to ensure good data quality before being used to develop the CART model. The CART model development stage is carried out by dividing the data into two parts, namely. training data and test data, to train and test model performance. The estimation results of the CART model show an accuracy of 87.50%, Precision of 87.50%, and Sensitivity or Recal of 100.00%. Analyzing the results revealed that socioeconomic factors such as family income, employment status, and housing conditions had a significant impact on beneficiary eligibility. These findings provide valuable information for improving social assistance distribution policies in Seruyan District so that assistance is more targeted and maximizes benefits for beneficiary communities. This study is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the distribution of income assistance and improve the quality of life of beneficiary communities. However, this research has limitations because it was only conducted in one district, so further research is needed with a more representative sample to ensure validity and wider application.

Abstract

Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is a government program aimed at helping people who are classified as financially disadvantaged. However, in implementing it, there are challenges in accurately identifying BLT receipts that meet the set criteria. Therefore this study aims to develop a prediction model using data mining techniques to more effectively predict BLT receipts in Tumbang Langkai Village. In this study, we collected data on the population of Tumbang Langkai Village, including demographic information, education level, age, marital status, income, occupation, and history of receiving BLT previously. What we can do is process data such as correcting incomplete or valid data by conducting data analysis, then classification algorithms such as Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, or Support Vector Machines (SVM) are applied to train predictive models based on relevant attributes. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the development of an efficient system for determining BLT beneficiaries. With an accurate prediction model, the government can optimize the allocation of funds and ensure that BLT assistance is on target This research can also provide insight into the factors that contribute to receiving social assistance in Tumbang Langkai Villagewhich can be the basis for more effective policy-making in supporting people's welfare

Abstract

Microbes are everywhere around us, some inhabiting the soil, water and atmosphere. The study of microbes in their natural environment is called microbial ecology. Ecology is a part of biology that is concerned with the study of the relationship of organisms or groups of organisms with their environment. Microbial ecology plays an important role in helping improve environmental quality. For example, microbes decompose waste from humans and industry that is thrown into it. A microorganism can grow well if the surrounding environmental conditions are very supportive. Microorganisms that grow are an increase in the number of microbes so that they can form a microbial population which can be called a colony and not cells that increase in size or length. The population of microorganisms can become very large in a relatively short period of time and the growth of microorganisms cannot be controlled. The presence of microorganisms in the environment can provide advantages and disadvantage
