This research study aims to analyze digital disruptive opportunities and threats for the Indonesian state and nation. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. There are a number of digital economy practices that have caused Indonesia to lose potential state revenues. The interesting phenomenon of the case of Chinese tourists in Bali with WeChat Pay and Alipay has cost Indonesia foreign exchange, and is detrimental because the transactions are not recorded. The polemic about taxes on electronic transactions is still limited to tax collection in the e-commerce sector, while social media (Medsos) and over-the-top services (OTT) are still a polemic. This section also discusses mastery of data and transaction flows in the digital economy. The recommendations in this chapter focus on how Indonesia can address this “leakage”. How the use of YouTube social media as an educational medium among millennials is the topic of this research. This study seeks to find out how the millennial generation uses YouTube as an educational medium. This study uses a descriptive approach and literature study using books and journals as a source of information. Students strongly support the use of YouTube as a learning tool, according to the findings of this study. It is easy to get more in-depth information compared to other learning resources. The purpose of this research is to study the current Industrial Revolution 4.0 which will affect major changes in digital technology. Digitalization can affect the development of various industries very quickly. One of them is the growing business sector more efficiently and effectively. Therefore, technological advances in the business world can encourage the business world to continue to innovate and launch new products so as not to be eroded by time. Digital transformation is not just a transition from traditional banking to a digital world, it is a major shift in how banks and other financial institutions learn, interact and satisfy their customers. Digital transformation begins with understanding digital customer behavior, likes and dislikes, and the shifts that lead to major organizational shifts from product-centric to customer-centric. Banking needs in this digital era are everywhere at any time. Therefore, banking needs innovation, resilience, security, optimization, and drive to meet the demands of tech-savvy customers. With the growing development of Islamic banking in Indonesia, there is an increasing need for a development of products and services in Islamic banks. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of ATM cards and the use of mobile payments on consumer behavior in FEBI UINSU students. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection used a questionnaire with a simple random sampling technique of 98, but I rounded it up to 100 respondents. With an active student record of 2021 FEBI UINSU. The use of plastic cards and mobile payments contributes 89.4% to consumer behavior, the remaining 10.6% is explained by other variables outside this research model. The results of the t test concluded that the variable use of plastic cards and mobile payments had a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior (consumption behavior) in FEBI UINSU students. Based on the ANOVA test, the F-count was obtained at 411,118 which was greater than the F-table (3.09), it was concluded that the use of plastic cards and mobile payments had a simultaneous effect on consumer behavior (consumption behavior) of students at the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Sumatra Utara. PLN ULP Medan Timur developed a new program that can optimize electricity use by diverting postpaid electricity services to prepaid electricity services, where this service is a form of PT. PLN ULP Medan Timur in selling electrical energy by way of customers paying upfront by buying tokens/vouchers as well as online payments. PLN is also a business of buying and selling electricity in the form of a community need and the program run by PLN is saving on electricity consumption which also affects the beauty of the earth. Occupational safety and health (K3) is quite an important matter in the industrial world, bearing in mind that there are many things that are at risk and all things can turn into a dangerous accident if not properly controlled. The Ministry of Manpower through the UPT Region 1 Manpower Service Sumatra Utara is running a zero accident award program for industries operating in UPT region 1 North Sumatra. One of the supporting things is working hours. Working hours in Indonesia have been regulated in the Labor Law number 13 of 2013. This research is intended to find out how the system calculates the number of hours work in winning the zero ac cident K3 award at the UPT Manpower Office region 1, North Sumatra. Companies that register must meet the requirements given. This research uses a qualitative method where the data is taken from several sources or literature studies and also the results of observations at the UPT Manpower Office region 1 North Sumatra. The working hours of people to fulfill the requirements for the zero accident award are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, namely 2080 working hours per year with the applicable calculations. ISPA disease occurs in toddlers because the child's immune system is still low. ISPA disease can be transmitted through saliva, sneezing, breathing air that contains germs that are inhaled by healthy people through their respiratory tract. Based on data from the Banjit health center, ARI is included in the 10 highest diseases in the working area of the Banjit health center, in 2022 ARI cases totaled 1184 cases. There were 371 cases in toddlers with ARI cases. The risk of smoking inside the house, residue can stick to curtains, sofas, roofs, even children's toys. Parents' smoking habit in the house makes toddlers passive smokers who are always exposed to cigarette smoke. The aim of the study was to determine (title) the factors associated with ARI in toddlers in the Banjit Health Center Work Area in 2022. using a quantitative cross-sectional method using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis looked for a relationship (title) using the chi square test, with independent variables and dependent variables (Knowledge, smoking habits, ARI under five). The study population was taken from 103 toddlers who were sick with ISPA from September to December 2022. With a sample of 84 toddlers. The results showed that there was a relationship between mother's knowledge (p-value = 0.002), smoking habits of family members (p-value = 0.004) and ARI in toddlers. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the determination of mother's knowledge and the effect of smoking on the incidence of ARI in toddlers. As an act of controlling ISPA in the working area of the Banjit Public Health Center, two risk factors are the top priority. Stunting is a condition where growth delays occur in children which are characterized by a condition where their bodies are shorter when compared to children of their age. The purpose of this study was to analyze the provision of modified PMT based on local wisdom to stunting toddlers. This research method is the desk study method, namely the collection of data and information including documentation studies and literature studies from the results of previous studies related to this research. Data analysis in this research is content analysis. The results of the study showed that giving modified PMT based on local wisdom to stunting toddlers with the local food type bose corn could improve and increase the nutritional status of children. Provision of additional food ingredients for corn bose can be combined with fish, eggs, nuts, and vegetables to improve children's nutrition. Bose corn can also help increase the productivity of breastfeeding mothers.
