Abstract

This research entitles the Application of Syariah Marketing Mix Assurance Strategy in increasing interest of people as customer (Case study on PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Cabang Palu). The result of research shows that the application of marketing mix strategy by PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga using 7 P, namely product, price, place, promotion, person, physical evidence and process strategy. Product strategy is applied by verification of product based on the people need which is consisting of individual and group assurance product. Individual assurance product consist of fulnadi product, takafulink salam cendekia, takafulink salam, and takafulink salam ziarah Baitullah. Even, the group assurance product consists of Takafulink product, Salam Comunity and Takaful Kesehatan Kumpulan Fulmedicare Gold. The prices offered are pretty affordable for the pople start from Rp. 200.000 until Rp. 350.000 with payment period in month, quarterly, and the first half and annual. Place strategy of PT. Takaful Keluarga Cabang Palu as agency service office that gives link to transact between customer and centre of PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga. Promotion strategy used agent which is directly monitoring and marketing of product. Then person strategy made a system through training and mentoring to motivate the agent to work professionally. Abstract

Da'wah is meant to nurture Muslims especially those who have long embraced Islam but have not implemented the teachings of Islam in accordance with the provisions set by the Islamic religion. Thus, da'wah in particular is striving for messages of da'wah to mad, u and live in life, so that created the benefit of life not only in the world but more important in the afterlife. However, the reality of mad'u is shifting in value, so it is far from their own religion. Many people are crushed by the economic consequences of helplessness, so they spend their time just to seek a worldly life. Conditions like this that happens in some "ina-ina" street hawkers in the market Palu city inpres, so they drift with merchandise ranging from morning to evening without caring about the practice of religion that is believed. Based on the reality, the researcher will examine the practice of religious ina-ina street hawkers in the city market of Palu City and at the same time will examine the pattern of approach of da'wah appropriate for them so that they have comprehensive comprehension of religion and especially so that they can practice the teachings Islam in their daily lives, when and wherever they are

Abstract

This study examines aspects of customary law of inheritance law Kailinamely the transfer of ownership of property to the beneficiary in terms of fiqh Mawaris. The issues raised in this research is how the process of widows and widowers inheritance under customary law Kaili and how much a part of each. Through this research note that the procedure divisioninheritance to widows and widowers under customary law Kaili depend on the condition of divorce and the death of a spouse Treasures that made heritage is a treasure together instead of the default property of giving parents or property acquired before they were married. If your wife or husband killed deliberately, the killer was not given inheritance, If killed accidentally or in self-defense, the property is divided in two. If a husband or wife asks for a divorce with no reason justified customs then divorces were not given the inheritance.If the divorce is justified by customary law the property is divided into two. The results of this study indicatethat procedure inheritance of widows and widowers according to customary law in line with the provisions of fiqhMawaris. The equation of which can be seen on the property which is used as inheritance is a joint property and killers are not given the inheritance of the people he killed. Kaili according to customary law in accordance with fiqh Mawaris.Conformity can be seen in three ways. Killer did not get the estate of the person who killed. Inheritance and divorce occurred because of the death of the husband and wife. Treasure that heritage is used as a common property that are cultivated husband and wife

Abstract

Conflict is a part of human life that can not be avoided. Between conflict and consensus is like a coin, on the one hand there is a picture and on the other side there is a nominal value. Conflict and two-sided consensus that must exist in human life, as well as the presence of the people of Poso. The people of Poso have been living in a harmonious atmosphere of peace, and then have also been in great conflict. The impact of the conflict is a deep and deeply traumatic resentment and poverty in Poso society. The people of Poso continue to process the new life towards the reintegrated community as it was by making conflict as a valuable lesson for Poso society in the future

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of legal aspect of community participation in maintaining the environment preservation in stone mining areas in Donggala,and comprehending consequences of the stone mining activities against the environment preservation in Donggala.This research was conducted in Donggala, Central Sulawesi. This research used socio-juridical legal research. Data were analyzed qualitatively.The result showed that the community participation in maintaining the environment preservation in stone mining areas in Donggala was conducted in various forms, namely, in the planning process, decision-making, assessment, policy development, evaluation, monitoring, and information and access to decision-making. Abstract

According to the national context, the policy of education curriculum change is political related to the interests of the stakeholders including Universities. Faculty of education and Teacher Science IAIN Palu as providers of education personnel are required to prepare prospective teachers who have an understanding of conceptual and implementable technique to Curriculum 2013. What degree of achievement of competencies of graduates who master the concepts and techniques of learning curriculum implementation in 2013, it is also determined by how much the level of understanding and control of lecturers conceptually and technically implementable on the 2013 curriculum that will be taught to students. Therefore, a responsibility FTIK lecturer in the curriculum policy implementation in 2013 is now a necessity. Reinforcement learning materials Curriculum 2013 lecturer with the perspective of any sort is indispensable model. Model reinforcement learning materials perspective, the 2013 curriculum can be developed in the form of "concurrent model", ie the lecture, learning material substance, and the substance of the teaching profession throughout the course of relevant perspectives always in conjunction with Curriculum 2013. Abstract

This study discusses communication patterns headmaster manage moral guidance of learners in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Palu. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection through observation, structured interviews and document madrasah. Mechanical analysis of data through data reduction, display data and verification of data, drawing conclusions appropriate focus of research. The results showed that: 1) Communication patterns head Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Palu use interactional patterns of communication and psychological communication patterns. Interactional communication pattern used in communicating to the deputy headmaster, the teachers democratically. Psychological communication pattern used to communicate to students who are directing, motivating and exemplary; 2) Management coaching morals implemented in two forms namely through better planning and implementation of development programs fostering moral character spontaneously by the headmaster and teachers at MAN 2 Model Palu; 3) Application of communication patterns interactional headmaster to the deputy headmaster, the teachers, staff other and communication patterns psychological headmaster to learners is very effective in managing the coaching morals learners, evidenced by the atmosphere of habituation salute, habituation tadarus al-Qur / initiate an every subject matter in the morning, pray together starting and closing subjects, refracting prayers and giving Kultum after noon prayers at the mosque, habituation equal cooperation, habituation in organizing fellow learners, provision of material in all subjects morals that teached in the classroom and taught at boarding school programs can influence the character peseta students in MAN 2 Model Palu

Abstract

This study discusses Implementation Management Principals of MTs Negeri West Palu in Improving the Quality of Learning Islamic Education. This research was motivated by concern about the low quality of Islamic education institutions in Indonesia, especially in madrasah. Madrasah is one institution of Islamic formal`s education, has been widespread in all regions of the republic of Indonesia. Quantitatively, this agency has been encouraging. But in terms of quality is still a concern largely because the quality is still considered low. One reason for the low quality of education is the unprofessional management s. Therefore, researchers interested in conducting research on one of MTs negeri in the city of Palu, Central Sulawesi. This study is a qualitative research, with data collection methods used are: observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The results showed that the management of madrasah tsanawiyah Negeri west Palu has been managed by implementing modern management, that are: Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). The conclusion is the MTs Negeri West Palu has experienced encouraging quality improvement, both from the academic and non-academic as evidenced by the acquisition of A+ Accreditation value rankings. The achievement would be retained by the headmaster and colleagues in the wiews. Thus M.TsN West Palu included in one of the Islamic educational institutions that have a good quality in Indonesia
