Abstract

Breastfeeding is a very precious time for a mother who has just given birth to her baby. Where at this time, the mother gives breast milk which is called a golden liquid to the baby. Breast milk is the optimal nutrition for babies at the beginning of their life. However, in the process of breastfeeding, mothers often feel anxious and not confident that they can breastfeed their babies well and can provide enough breast milk for their babies' nourishment and growth. Peace of mind and feelings can affect the process of milk production. Hypnobreastfeeding is one of the techniques to help mothers to feel calm, comfortable, relaxed, and happy while breastfeeding. Giving positive affirmative sentences about Hypnobreastfeeding can help reduce anxiety and increasing the mother's sense of self-worth will help the nursing process go more easily. This study aims to explain how hypnobreastfeeding is used in nursing mothers. The method used is a literature review by utilizing Google Scholar and PubMed data. The results of a literature search found that Hypnobreastfeeding is beneficial for breastfeeding mothers. Hypnobreastffeding can overcome anxiety, increase motivation and confidence in mothers, and can increase breast milk production.

Abstract

Background: Hyperthermia is a common nursing problem found in patients with typhoid fever. Nursing implementation through a nursing care approach is given to assist in decreasing body temperature. The purpose of this case study is to describe the implementation of hyperthermia management in patients with impaired body temperature balance. Methods: This research method is descriptive using the case study method. Implementation includes monitoring body temperature, and warm compresses, recommending bed rest, and collaborating on intravenous fluids and electrolytes. The research was conducted at a hospital in Palembang for typhoid fever patients with hyperthermia problems. Implementation is carried out 5 days in patient 1 and 3 days in patient 2. Result: the case study results showed a decrease in patient's body temperature, patient 1 from 38,5°C to 36,5°C while patient 2 from 39°C to 36,3 °C. Conclusion: The problem of hyperthermia in patients with typhoid fever can be resolved through an implementation approach to hyperthermia management.

Abstract

The G to G agreement provides enormous opportunities for nurses from Indonesia to work abroad. One of the nations that quickly opens the faucet is Saudi Arabia for foreign nurses, there is a demand for 20,000 Indonesian nurses in May 2022. The phenomenon of their experience needs to explore so they can evaluate the nurses' working conditions there. This study has purposed to collect and describe the experiences of working-class people of Indonesian nurses in various nursing services in Saudi Arabia. Semi-structured interviews with 9 Indonesian nurses online participants provided the source of the data through the podcast program. All interviews were transcribed and analyzed with Colaizzi. There were four key themes that emerged: motivations for working overseas, unpredictability of work environments, rivalry with nurses from other nations, and feeling supported. These subjects are based on the observations of nurses from Indonesia who work in Saudi Arabia's long-term care facilities. The reasons of Indonesian nurses work in Saudi Arabia is they have background in getting a better life and spiritual goals in the Muslim center country in the world. However, This study discovered that when confronted with unmet employment expectations and an unclear career path, nurses felt anxious, challenged, and disappointed. Additionally, communicating in a foreign language is a major hurdle to meeting confidence in providing services. Policies related to this must be implemented properly to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation for both countries.

Abstract

The diagnosis of TB can be confirmed by microscopic examination of smear on the sputum of the patient. However, because this method requires very expensive equipment, it is difficult to implement it in health facilities with simple facilities. Therefore, the Ziehl Neelsen staining method is a fairly simple method of choice and provides high sensitivity and specificity. In the research of Eka Kurniwan, et al. 2016, from the results of examining 40 samples with the Molecular Rapid Test (TCM), 16 people (40%) were found to be positive. The research objective was to know Mycobacterium tuberculosis through sputum examination through Ziehl Nelssen's acid-resistant bacteria staining and Molecular Rapid Test (TCM) of Puskesmas Dempo Palembang based on volume, odor, color and consistency. This type of research is a diagnostic test with a cross sectional study approach. Population and sample of 85 patients. The sampling technique in this study is using the total sampling method. Conclusion There is no effect based on volume, there is an effect based on the smell, color and consistency of sputum, there are differences in the results of Mycobacterium tuberculosis through sputum examination through Ziehl Nelssen's Acid-Resistant Bacteria Staining and Molecular Rapid Test (TCM) at Puskesmas Dempo Palembang.

Abstract

The key to preventing addict relapse is understanding that relapse occurs gradually. In providing an understanding, it is necessary to provide education to the families of drug addicts. One of the media that can be used is choreography video. The use of choreographic video media as an educational medium is one of the efforts that can be made by the government in preventing relapse for drug users through the Compulsory Report Receiving Institution (IPWL). Education is needed to increase knowledge and understanding of families about relapse. This study aims to describe the design and rationale of a randomized controlled trial evaluating the effect of relapse education using choreographic video media on the use of IPWL in a population of drug addicts. Methods: This study used a mixed method design with an embedded type of sequential explanatory experimental model. Respondents are families of drug addicts. The data collected includes knowledge about recurrence, patterns of prevention, and handling when relapses occur and evaluation of relapses. Results: Study of evaluation of relapse education using choreography video media on the use of IPWL. This study will determine whether the relapse education program using choreography video media can be used as an effort to prevent relapse in certain populations. If proven effective, the program has the potential to be scaled up, adapted and implemented in other special populations.
