Abstract

This study was conducted to test and analyze the Effects of Disclosure of Anti-Corruption Practices to Going Concern and the Effects of Composite GCG as Variable Moderation on Disclosure of Anti-Corruption Practices towards Going Concern. This Quantitative research uses secondary data with a total sample of 39 general banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 - 2018 that meet the criteria sample. Data obtained by purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using PLS-SEM analysis tools, using Model PLS-SEM with the Moderation Effect Product Indicator Approach contained in the WrapPLS 6.0 Program.The results of this study showed the Disclosure of Anti-Corruption Practices in Sustainability Report had no effect to Going Concern, while the effect of GCG Composite as Variable Moderation weakened the relationship of Disclosure of Anti-Corruption Practices on Sustainability Report towards Going Concern. Good implementation of GCG makes disclosure of Anti-Corruption Practices not a concern for investors in investing

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information and data relating to factors that influence Brand Awareness, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Discussion of the problem that will be presented by the author is inseparable from the objectives to be achieved. The research method used in this study is descriptive and verification research methods with quantitative approaches. Primary data used in this study are data collected by researchers based on questionnaires distributed to respondents in this case are consumers in PT Mayora Indah Tbk in the form of a statement filled based on the answer choices provided. The scale used in this research instrument is the Likert scale. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion previously explained about the analysis of the effect of digital marketing strategies through social media on increasing brand awareness, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at PT Mayora Indah Tbk, the conclusions here will provide answers to the objectives of this study, The research objective is to analyze digital marketing through social media, Brand Awareness, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at PT Mayora Indah Tbk, which is a digital marketing strategy that is measured by Brand Exposure variables, Customer Engagement, Electronic Word of Mouth based on descriptive calculations. The Exposure brand is included in the good category which means that the strategy prepared by PT Mayora Indah Tbk for Kis candy products sold in order to build brand awareness has been valued by consumers. In addition, Customer Engagement is included in the good category so that the process of PT Mayora Indah Tbk on Kis candy products to provide opportunities for consumers to engage and interact in two-way communication so that they can create an interactive dialogue and provide personal experiences that customers will remember said good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Indonesia's macroeconomic dynamics on return on assets in foreign exchange commercial banks with loan to deposit ratio as an intervening variable after the global economic crisis. The sample used in this study was 20 foreign exchange public banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the period 2008-2017 the sample technique used in this study used a purposive sampling method. This research uses panel data regression method and the estimation model used is the Random Effect Model with a significance level of 5% of this study using Eviews 8.0 software in data processing.The results of this study indicate that: 1. inflation has a negative and not significant effect on Return to Asset Ratio (ROA), 2. interest rates have a positive and significant effect on Return to Asset Ratio (ROA), 3. the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on Return to Asset Ratio (ROA), 4 Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a positive and significant effect on Return to Asset Ratio (ROA), 5. Inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), 6. Interest rates have a positive and significant effect on the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), 7. the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), 8. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a positive and significant effect on the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), 9. Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) ) positive and not significant effect on Return to Asset Ratio (ROA), 10. inflation has an effect on Return to Asset Ratio (ROA) does not require the role of LDR as an intervening factor, 11. interest rates affect ROA does not require the role of LDR as an intervening factor, 12. the exchange rate influences ROA requires the role of LDR as an intervening factor, 13. Gross Domestic Product has an effect on ROA requiring the role of the LDR as an intervening factor.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of profitability (ROE), capital structure (DER) and cash flows on stock price to the firm size as variable moderation capital structure on stock price in company construction sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year 2015 to 2018. The purposive sampling technique, the company sampled in this study was 8 construction companies. This study uses panel data regression models and types of secondary data from 2015 to 2018. Besides, it also tested the assumptions on the regression model. The research concludes that profitability significant positive effect on stock prices, capital structure significant negative effect on stock prices and cash flow does not have a significant effect on stock prices. While the firm size can moderate to weaken the negative effect of capital structure on stock prices.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has become a global and national agenda in almost all countries of the world. The leadership style strategy and innovation strategy are expected to be able to create competitive advantage and Industry 4.0 implementation. This study aims to analyze the influence of variables to answer the question of how the leadership style strategy and innovation strategy can create competitive advantage and the implementation of Industry 4.0 in the manufacturing industry. This research provides theoretical implications as well as managerial implications regarding the strategic steps that Industry needs to take to implement Industry 4.0 through a leadership style strategy and an innovation strategy to create competitive advantage. The population in this study is the Medium and Large Industries engaged in the automotive, electronic and food and beverage industries which are spread in the districts of Bekasi, Karawang and Purwakarta, West Java Province of Indonesia.The result show there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership style strategy on innovation strategy, leadership style strategy on competitive advantage, innovation strategy on competitive advantage and leadership style strategy, innovation strategy as well as competitive advantage on Industry 4.0 implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Growth Opportunity (GO), Life Cycle (LC), on Dividend Policy (DPR) in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The sample used includes 16 companies using the purposive sample method. The data used in this study was obtained from the company's annual report for the 2015-2019 period. The technique used in this study uses the panel data regression method. The results showed that ROA and GO did not have a significant effect on the DPR, but LC had a significant positive effect on the DPR. From the results of the F ROA, GO, and LC tests as a whole have a significant effect on DPR.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to examine and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of intellectual capital (structural capital, human capital, and relational capital) on the company's competitive advantage. The object of research is coal-based mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of 120 people who are employees with lower-level line managers, middle-level managers and top-level managers who work for these mining companies. The test was carried out using a hypothesis method which was analyzed and processed using IBM SPPS AMOS 26.0 (Analysis of Moment Structure). The results showed that the structural capital variable had no positive effect on the company's competitive advantage, while human capital and relational capital had a positive effect on the company's competitive advantage. "Relational capital has a positive effect on competitive advantage" The addition of other research variables that may be considered as a factor influencing the company's competitive advantage so that it better reflects the scope and interpretation of the actual conditions
