Abstract

Nowadays the face of Indonesia is more alarming. Because some politicians and Indonesian state leaders increasingly loved the Corruption and Collusion and Nepotism (KKN) actions. They are increasingly far from the hopes of the nation and the ideals of the Indonesian freedom fighters. Therefore, to counter the decadence, researchers conducted a study on the use of hypnotherapy to improve leadership skills conducted at Pondok Pesantren Nurut Taqwa Bondowoso, East Java. In addition to efforts to improve the leadership skills of administrators, the core problem examined in this thesis is the desire of researchers to find out the extent of the effectiveness of hypnotherapy in improving leadership skills of Boarding School Boardingmen Nurut Taqwa. In the process of administering hypnotherapy, researchers use the stages of guidance and counseling in general. Meanwhile, to prove whether there is an influence of the guidance on increasing the leadership skills of the board, the researcher uses quantitative research methods that function to uncover the results of all data and facts that have been obtained during this research. While the data collection methods chosen by researchers are in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. After the T-Test was conducted with a significance level of 5%, the results showed that hypnotherapy had an influence in improving the leadership skills of the Boarding School Boarding Board Nurut Taqwa Bondowoso. Therefore, researchers advise all parties concerned and those with positive interests to further explore the use of hypnotherapy in daily life for the achievement of physical and psychological desires.

Abstract

focus of this research is (1) What is the process of Islamic Parenting (Islamic parenting) at the Santiwit institution, Chana Songkhla Thailand (2) What is the outcome of Islamic Parenting (Islamic parenting) at the Santiwit institution, Chana Songkhla Thailand In answering these problems, this study uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely by describing what was studied. Qualitative data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Interviews were conducted by the author with foster parents and foster children regarding Islamic parenting that was applied as well as the results of Islamic parenting. The author made observations to observe the results of Islamic parenting shown by the attitude of foster children. The documentation is done by the writer in every activity to find out the forms of Islamic parenting that are applied. The results of this study indicate that Islamic parenting at the Santiwit institute, Chana Songkhla Thailand includes several aspects, namely aspects of psychological and mental education, religious education and religious spirit, moral and social education, and beauty education (aesthetics). The aspects of psychological and mental education that is by giving gifts to foster children who excel, checking schoolwork (homework) by foster parents, and providing life motivation. Faith education and religious enthusiasm that is by praying five times in congregation, reading the letter of yasin, reciting the Qur'an, majlis shalawat, teaching of Islamic sciences (Tadika). Social and social education is by eating together in an orphanage canteen, giving school allowances and compensation by the owner of the Santiwit institution. Beauty education (aesthetics), namely by performing nasyid in certain events, and room cleanliness programs. The success rate of the Islamic parenting process in all aspects reaches 70%.

Abstract

In this thesis there are two problems studied, namely (1) How is the process of Islamic guidance and counseling with emotive rational therapy in overcoming the sibling rivalry in the family in Sidoarjo? (2) How is the end result of the process of guidance and counseling with emotive rational therapy in the categorical in the family in Sidoarjo? In answering the problem, this research uses a qualitative method with a comparative descriptive approach of comparing theoretical data with the data in the field. The counsellor used emotive Rational therapy in carrying out his treatment process. Questions and answers while thinking irrational thoughts towards rational, become one of the ways in the process of therapy, so that the thought of Eklidan Ergi is always directed to think rational, including both his parents and the second child who Named Ikma. Through that way, they can slowly eliminate the irrational mind of mind, and be transformed into a rational mind of mind. While the final result of the study shows that the family has undergone significant changes, the change is heading in a better direction. In fact, they have been sorry for the apology and have re-gathered together in a harmonious family, so they already feel safe and comfortable in the family.

Abstract

This research is motivated by an annual record conducted by the National Commission on Violence Against Women from 2005 to 2009 which illustrates a significant increase each year. Starting from this fact, it is necessary to protect women and prevent domestic violence through counseling guidance. This research method is a qualitative method that aims at exploration and verification. In this study data were obtained through interviews, documentation, observation, and counseling. Presentation and analysis of data is done by descriptive analytic. The study concluded that the counseling guidance conducted by Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir was relevant to the foundation and principles of Islamic counseling guidance. Then found the basic concept of counseling is; a) marriage as a contract of authority not a contract of ownership, b) relationships are built with the aim of creating mutual prosperity and avoiding harm, c) good relations and reciprocal relations. The counseling model used is to use a gender equality paradigm, goal-oriented, reciprocal relations between partners, and flexible interactions between counselor and client. The counseling process is carried out by mediating counselees who have differences in child care patterns and relationship mismatches. Interventions were conducted with counseling interviews using guidelines developed in accordance with framing techniques. Until the results reciprocal counseling to increase gender sensitivity in married couples succeeded effectively.

Abstract

The research focus is : is there any influence of reality counseling to decrease ex-wife’s anxiousness after divorce in Bolo Ujungpangkah Gresik ? In answering this problem, this research used Quantitative approach because the data that were taken by the researcher are in numerical data that had been processed statically. It also described deductively according to the theory and observation. For checking the validity of the theory the researcher draws the conclusion. Therefore it described descriptively because the result would be purposed to describe the data taken to answer the research problem. This research genre are field research and liyeratire study, it based on the place that the data taken. Whereas study literature used for collecting the data from some sources that related to the problem which was discussed in this research. Field research used to collecting data from the object, it can be quantitatively or qualitatively that are needed. This research also used survey research technique because did not use any changing to the variable. For the data analysis technique, this research used product moment formula. The result of this research is “r table” bigger than “r hitung”, so the hypotheses is no influence of reality counseling to decrease ax-wife’s anxiousness after divorce in Bolo Ujungpangkah Gresik. It can be concluded based on the result if “r table” bigger than “r hitung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the process of Islamic guidance and counseling with behavioral therapy to address the students ' maladative behavior at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University Surabaya. In answering the problem, this research uses qualitative research method with comparative descriptive approach. While in the collection of data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study uses live model techniques (real models) in which the Counselor invites the Consley to perform observations or observations on the model of physical appearance, interaction, friendliness, and a life of responsibility. The final outcome of the Islamic guidance and counseling process with behavioral therapy to address the students ' maladative behavior at the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University of Surabaya is said to be quite successful with the 83% procedural which the result is Can be seen from the change in conditions of Consley or attitude less well start guidance and counseling Islam with Behavior therapy to attribute more, that is, the process of adjusting the self-contemplated Consley can togeth the new environment after Get BKI with modeling techniques.

Abstract

The focus of this research is (1) What is the process of Islamic Guidance and Counseling with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for an inferior mother who has a physically handicapped child in Tambakromo Village, Cepu District? (2) What is the outcome of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling process with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for an inferior mother who has a physically handicapped child in Tambakromo Village, Cepu District? This study uses a qualitative method with a comparative descriptive approach. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis is carried out to find out the process and results by comparing Islamic Guidance and Counseling between theory and field and comparing the client's condition before and after getting counseling in analyzing. In this study the counselor uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which the counselor tries to help the client to accept the unpleasant thoughts / feelings that arise in him. Self-acceptance is very important to achieve a better life. The final results of the counseling process in this study were quite successful with a percentage of 70%, which results can be seen from the changes in the client's attitude or behavior that is not good began to get better.
