Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Third Party Funds, Operating Expenses Operating Income, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Firm Size on Financial Performance in the Banking Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The population of this study are Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The data used in this study is secondary data with the selection of samples using purposive sampling method. The results of the study state that the variables of Third Party Funds, Operating Expenses on Operating Income and Firm Size have no effect on Return on assets. The Capital Adequacy Ratio variable has no significant effect while the Loan to Deposit Ratio has a significant positive effect on return on assets.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners, the gender of female directors, and company size on the company's financial performance. The population of this study is Consumer Non-Cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2021. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and 147 samples were obtained. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that institutional ownership variables, the proportion of independent commissioners, the gender of female board of directors has no effect on company financial performance, and company size has a negative effect on company financial performance, because the bigger the company size, the lower the financial performance.

Abstract

The majority of household financial management in the North Coast community is carried out by housewives. North coast communities are closely related to the type of livelihood they have. The treatment of the provision of finance in each household is very varied. This can be seen from the point of view of the amount of income, hobbies, lifestyle and passion that each household has. Communities on the north coast of Java tend to prioritize primary needs over secondary and tertiary needs. The coastal community of Paciran Lamongan village prioritizes managing income, managing needs, managing contingencies, managing dreams and managing surplus/deficit.

Abstract

The research focuses on Mudharabah Savings Sharia Marketing Strategies in Increasing the Number of Customers at BMT NU East Java Purwoharjo Branch and SWOT Analysis of Mudharabah Savings Sharia Marketing Strategies in Increasing the Number of Customers at BMT NU East Java Purwoharjo Branch. Researchers use a qualitative approach to the type of case study. qualitative approach to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, thoughts of people individually and in groups. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it was found that the results of the marketing strategy prioritized consumer orientation by providing the highest satisfaction and focusing on the appearance of institutions in serving consumers. Planning that is carried out actively and well will be able to anticipate future developments, even factors outside the business environment will be mastered or predicted in advance.

Abstract

As population growth continues to increase, the need for housing is also increasing.  Meanwhile, consumers want to get higher quality housing, causing competition in the property industry to become increasingly stringent.  To be able to win the competition, the right marketing strategy is needed, one of which is the marketing mix strategy.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on home buying decisions either partially or simultaneously and to determine which marketing mix variables have the most dominant influence on home buying decisions, distribution and promotion channels which are the basic variables of the marketing mix as the independent variables and the consumer's home buying decision as the dependent variable.  The population studied was all buyers of Housing Type 36 Jenar Purworejo.  In this study using a proportional sampling technique based on predetermined criteria, namely the buyer of housing type 36, Jenar Purworejo housing.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to formulate a strategy for the development of the Langsa City Traditional Market. The analytical method used is Soar Analysis. The population in this research is all people who are involved in the traditional market area of ​​Langsa City. The sample in this study totaled 13 people consisting of buyers, traders and local government. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Langsa City Traditional Market Will Still Be the Choice of the Langsa City People in Fulfilling Their Daily Life Needs. This can be seen from the Opportunities and Strengths of the Langsa City Traditional Market. The Opportunities and Strengths of the Traditional Markets of Langsa City Show That the Traditional Markets of Langsa City In The Future Can Develop Even Better. The most suitable strategy for dealing with the problem of the Langsa City Traditional Market is to carry out physical development of the Langsa traditional market.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the impact of the following factors on job performance: (1) perceived organizational support; (2) psychological empowerment; (3) structural empowerment; (4) perceived organizational support (pos); (5) psychological empowerment; (6) structural empowerment; (7) employee engagement on job performance; and (8) perceived organizational support (pos). This study is quantitative in nature. All PT. Angkasa Pura I personnel make up the study's population. The research sample was 292 people. Using the proportional random sampling method, samples from the population were taken. A google form was used to gather research data. using structural equation modeling to analyze data (SEM). All of the proposed hypotheses, with the exception of the third, are accepted as a result of this study.
