Abstract

This research is aim at developingecotourism model to support green growth implementation.The objects of research is describe the potential resources in Wakatobi and to finds a model ecotourism based of ecological to support Green Growth. The research used Research and Development method. Data have been collected by conducting indepth interview, and focus group discussion (FGD). This research reveals that the resources might be potential to develop would ecotourism setting. These researchalso produced somefactors that wouldsupport the development of ecotourism by involving willingness on local community, goodunderstanding on tourism benefit, and no cultural constraints. Also the produced environment equilibrium and social justice.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the policy impelementation of the environmental quality in the area around Krakatau industrial estate and how the policy form of Environmental Development Programs as well as how its policy implementation process that run by PTKS. By using a qualitative method and content analysis approach to evaluate the policy implementation of Environmental Development Program, hence the result of this research indicates that the implementation of the Environmental Development Program does not run optimal particularly in the planning process and monitoring process. Therefore, the Environmental Development Program has not able to resolve the environmental problems and also social problems around the industrial area, whereas the essence of Environmental Development Program is expected to solve those problems.If the process of policy implementation of the Environmental Development Program runs properly, then it could improve the environmental quality in the area around the industrial estate. Morefor, managing the the quality of our the environment would been effectitive more.

Abstract

This research uses experimental methods to find a formula modifications pure jute (Corchorus capsularis) and Javajute for textile composition strong and resistant to bullets, with the use of resin carbonanotubes (CNT) and tensile strength testing of physical evaluation and test-fired a fabric that can be accounted for laboratory. With methodology Kuantitatif Research and Develipment (R and D). Experiment by processing waste recycling Jute / Javajute into textile products. Jute / Javajute are plants that are often found on the coast of Indonesia, and has not done a lot of processing, it is generally discarded as useless waste. With experimental textile processing, waste jute / javajute be converted into bullet resistant textile products. Long-term goal of this research is to get the right formula in terms of kompisisi fiber, basket type, and CNT resin composition, thereby answering a concern for domestic products and recycling waste back also unearth medium economic enterprises and SMEs in terms of plantation.The experimental results obtained that the tensile strength of jute fabric with or without CNT> 100 kg, and the tensile strength of the fabric javajute without CNTs> 97 kg, Javajute + CNT> 100kg.with Yarn Number Ne 11. Test results using a pistol bullet caliber Revolfer II Internationa Standard Evaluationl (SII), weighs 9 gram bullet diameter of 9 mm bullets, bullet time speed of 341 m / s, Jute cloth + produced CNTs with 32 layers of clay sculpture penetration depth of 12 mm. Jute cloth non CNT 12mm. Cain jute ResinCNT, 3,9kg + 12 mm. Cain jute non CNT 0,7mm. The experiment its goals if onlu 0,4 mm bullet . For comparison in the Army agency, usually the fabric used for bulletproof Highcon types of PET imported products with a very high price. With a composition of 16-32 layers of PET weight between 21.9 to 30 gr. Where is the time of the shooting bullets lodged in the lining of the 11 for pistol caliber II and for rifle bullets lodged in the lining of 23-27. Weigth sample jute CNT 2.9 kg 32 linning CNT resin 1%, Weigth sample jute original 2,2 kg 32 linning. This is a succes for pistol level 5.

Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate the policy implementation of Armada Jaya Military Operation Exercise of Indonesia Navy in Sangatta 2012, East Kutai District, East Kalimantan. In frame of sustain ecosystem stability. The method of this research was policy research with content analysis design. The results of this research was expect to be recommendation to the Minister of Defence and Commander in Chief and Chief of Staf Indonesia Naval in order to make new regulation act of Military Operation Exercise in Indonesia that sustainable environment. The data were collected through observation, interviews, taking specimens, recording and documentation.The result showed that 1) the location of military operation is able to be exercise area and the conducting of Armada Jaya Military Operation Exercise were not follow yet the rule of Protection; 2) no impact to the environment, eventhough could not conduct Amdal, audit and restoration of environment, and involved less institusional and also social communities.The recommendation were to Defence Ministery and Commander in Chief of TNI to make new rule and also the new body of environment, while Chief of Staf Indonesia Navy have to make new rule of environment that account more technical operation, and make new Body of Environment and also conduct cooperation with Minister of Environment and Royal Australian Navy to educate and training Officers about environment in war military operation or other than war.

Abstract

The research supposed to got on accurate answer in relation to the evaluation of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) effort of waste to profit oriented products on management and the government’s contribution by Debt for Nature Swap (DNS). The analysis quantitative of plastic recycle’s management in Bekasi. The sample of research used random sampling technique as much as 50 people. The data analysis needs to do with distributing questioner and interview. the research to do with descriptive quantitative method close to quantitative analysis. It is to facilitate observation to result’s analysis, data of result’s analysis provide histogram and hypothesis experiment to knows the variable of evaluation of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) effort waste to profit oriented products on management and the government’s contribution by debt for nature swap (DNS). based on the result of the research will get’s: (1) it would be able the evaluation of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) effort of waste to profit oriented products on management by debt for nature swap (DNS), and (2) it would be able between the government’s contribution by debt for nature swap.
