Abstract

This study aims to improve the performance of teachers in pedagogical aspects in developing lesson plans (RPP) through clinical supervision. This research is a school action research (PTS) conducted with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were teachers of class X MIPA, X IPS, XI MIPA, XI IPS, XII MIPA and XII IPS at SMAN 5 Bungo. Data collection techniques were carried out by direct observation of teacher competence in developing lesson plans. The success of PTS can be seen from the increase in performance from an average score of 72.1% in the first cycle in the good category to 86% in the second cycle in the very good category. So it can be concluded that the application of clinical supervision can improve teacher performance in the pedagogical aspect in developing lesson plans

Abstract

This study aims to improve the skills of teachers in implementing learning by applying individual supervision. This research is school action research (PTS) which is carried out in two cycles through procedures: (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The subjects of this study were 3 teachers of SMAN 1 Bungo who met the criteria and needed to be given guidance through individual supervision. Data collection techniques were carried out with observation guides, interview guides, journals of teacher and student activities, tests of teacher skills in carrying out teacher learning, and tests of measuring student learning outcomes. The increase in teacher skills in implementing learning before the action was 58.2%, the first cycle to 70.1%, and the second cycle increased again to 83.7%. The average student learning outcomes for teacher A at the beginning of 52.33, in the first cycle 54.35 and increased in the second cycle by 64.35. The average student learning outcomes for teacher B at the beginning of 49.85, in the first cycle 53.15 and increased in the second cycle by 63.15 and for teacher C at the beginning of 45.44, in the first cycle 49.85 and increased in the first cycle. II of 62.45. So it can be concluded that the skills of teachers in implementing learning have increased through the application of individual supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to increase motivation and learning outcomes by using comic strip media. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). CAR is carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS 1 SMAN 2 Bungo. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and written tests. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of motivation in the first cycle was 58.53% in the sufficient category and increased in the second cycle by 81.96% in the high category. Based on the results of the evaluation in the first cycle, student learning completeness reached 62.22% with an average score of 72.8. In the second cycle, mastery learning increased to 84.44% with an average value of 84.06. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that learning by using comic strip media can increase motivation and economic learning outcomes for students of class XI IPS SMAN 2 Bungo.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there are problems that arise in class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Bungo, namely students feel less interested in participating in headstand learning because they are afraid to do headstand exercises and do not understand the correct explanation of headstand movements. This research uses classroom action research method. In the implementation of the first cycle, there was one meeting and the second cycle was carried out in 1 meeting, where in each cycle there would be an increase in the headstand learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIPA 2 SMAN 1 Bungo. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained the percentage of mastery learning in the first cycle, the skill aspect was 11.76% with an average score of 51.18, the attitude aspect was 58.82% with an average score of 73.53 and 64.71% of the knowledge aspect with an average score. -average 76.18. In the second cycle there was an increase to 70.59% skill aspect with an average value of 71.91, attitude aspect 76.47% with an average value of 76.47 and knowledge aspect 91.18% 83.53. Learning outcomes in the first cycle that can meet the KKM as many as 17.65% of the total students with an average score of 65.44 and in the second cycle increased to 76.5% of the total students with an average score of 76.76. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that learning through the practical style method with task card media can improve learning outcomes for students in class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Bungo.

Abstract

This research is a class action research / CAR (Classroom Action Research) which aims to improve Civics learning outcomes through discovery learning models for students of class X IPS 3 SMAN 1 Bungo. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Bungo, with the subjects being students of class X IPS 3 in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The data in this study are observational data about student activities and student learning outcomes data. From the results of observations, student activity has increased every cycle. Cycle I obtained a value of 58 with good criteria, cycle II obtained an activity value of 66.07 with good criteria. Cycle III obtained a value of 76.19 with very good criteria, so that there was an increase in student learning activities from cycle II to cycle III, which was 10.12. Based on the learning outcomes data, the average value in the first cycle was 71.79. Cycle II was 73.13 and in cycle III was 79.11, thus there was an increase from cycle I to cycle II of 1.34 and from cycle II to cycle III of 5.98. Based on the completeness data, in the first cycle, only 28.6% have been completed. In the second cycle as much as 25% were declared to have been completed. In the third cycle, 82.14% were declared to have been completed. So it can be concluded that learning with discovery learning models can increase student activity and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is a research and development (Research and Development) in collaboration with Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aims to increase student interest and achievement through the use of learning media. The development model used by ADDIE is continued with the CAR stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Bungo, with the subject of class X MIPA 2 students in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The data was obtained from the results of material and media expert validation, interest questionnaires and student knowledge test results. The results of the validation of the media feasibility test obtained an average score of 3.27 with a very feasible category. Based on the results of observations of student interest there was an increase before and after using the media by 12.25%. Based on the results of the post test in the pre-cycle, the average student score was 74.75%, in the first cycle it was 75% and 79.68% in the second cycle. Based on completeness, the number of students who met the KKM in the first cycle was 62% and increased in the second cycle by 81%. These results indicate that the indicators of success are fulfilled, that 75% of students have completed. So it can be concluded that the application of video-based economic learning media can improve student achievement in class X MIPA 2 SMAN 1 Bungo.

Abstract

This research is a school action research (PTS) which aims to improve teacher competence in the learning process through academic supervision. PTS is carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. These four activities take place repeatedly in the form of cycles. The subjects of this study were 7 teachers of SMAN 19 Bungo who met the criteria and needed to be given guidance through academic supervision. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, literature study, and documentation. Direct observation to measure teacher competence in developing lesson plans and implementing classroom learning. The results of teacher competence in the first cycle of 74.1 increased to 86 in the second cycle. So it can be concluded that the competence of teachers in the learning process has increased through the application of academic supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes in biology through the application of the SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) learning method. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIPA 5 SMAN 1 Bungo. Data collection techniques were carried out by documentation, interviews, observations and tests. The success of CAR is seen from the increase in classical learning completeness in the discussion value from 76.67% in the first cycle to 90.9% in the second cycle. And classical learning completeness on the evaluation value from 75.75% in the first cycle to 93.93% in the second cycle. In addition, there was also an increase in the average student learning outcomes. With evidence that in the first cycle the average value of the class on the discussion value was 62.2, in the second cycle there was an increase of 75.72. While the average value of the evaluation of the first cycle of 66.25 has increased to 76.30. So it can be concluded that the SQ3R learning method can improve students' biology learning outcomes in class XI MIPA 5 SMAN 1 Bungo

Abstract

This research is a class action research / CAR (Classroom Action Research) which aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA SMA N 1 Bungo through the application of the LBD learning model. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Bungo, with the subjects being students of class XI MIPA 4 in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The data in the study were obtained based on the results of questionnaires, interviews, learning observations and final learning outcomes. From the results of the student activity observation sheet, the percentage of student participation increased from the first cycle of 69.98% to 79.37% in the second cycle and has met the indicator of student participation, namely 75%. Based on the average value of learning outcomes obtained by students in the first cycle of 68.09, it increased to 74.81 in the second cycle and the percentage of classical completeness from 12.12% increased to 87.88% and this met the indicators of success, namely classical mastery reaching 85% with a KKM of 75. So it can be concluded that learning chemistry using the Laboratory Based Discovery (LBD) learning model can increase the activity and learning outcomes of students' chemistry on the colloid system concept.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low critical thinking ability of students in the learning process and the low desire of students to improve their thinking skills to explore information. The purpose of this study was to describe students' critical thinking skills using the Drill/exercise method with the help of visual media in the information technology education study program. This research is a type of classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles, one cycle with two meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year in the information technology concept course. The research data were collected through qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of data analysis showed that the drill/practice method with the help of visual media in learning could improve students' critical thinking skills in the information technology concept course. the results of the teacher's observations in the first cycle of the first meeting with a percentage of 75% for the second meeting 83.33% and in the second cycle of the first meeting 83.33% for the second meeting 91.66% with a very good category. The results of student observations in the first cycle at the first meeting with a percentage of 40% for the second meeting 66.66% and the second cycle of the first meeting 73.33% for the second meeting 80%. While classical completeness in the first cycle obtained the average value of students' critical thinking skills of 46.66% increased to 53.33% in the second cycle. It is concluded that the use of the Drill/exercise method with the help of visual media can improve students' critical thinking skills in the information technology concept course.
