Abstract

One of the important programs in the health sector is the immunization program, which reduces morbidity, lost effort and death with one of the immunization programs, namely TT immunization, which has the benefit of preventing disease. The purpose of this study was to explain the knowledge of pregnant women about TT immunization in the Seunuddon area, North Aceh. Data collection techniques were carried out using primary data and secondary data. This type of investigation is descriptive. The study was carried out in July 2019 with a total of 40 respondents. The results of the study were sufficient, namely as many as 28 respondents (70%), while the decision on the sub-decision- modifying examination of pregnant women's knowledge about the definition of TT immunization was in the good group, namely 34 respondents (85%), mothers. with knowledge about the goodness of TT immunization in the good group, namely 17 respondents (42.5%), maternal knowledge about maternal gestational age to get TT immunization and immunization distance in the sufficient category 19 respondents (47.5%), knowledge about pregnant women. Regarding the side effects of TT immunization, 14 respondents (35%). ). The author hopes that the results of this study can be used to improve the socialization program and provide further information to the public about TT immunization.

Abstract

Giving of exclusive breastfeeding to infants is a program which is created by the government to prevent and reduce infant mortality. The benefits of breastfeeding protect children from various inflammatory diseases, such as diarrhea, otitis media, and chronic inflammation of the lower respiratory tract. Breast milk colostrum has 10 to 17 times more immune substances than raw milk (Andayani, D, et al, 2017). UNICEF states that exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0 to 6 months can prevent the death of at least 1.3 million children under the age of 5 years. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was knowledge of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding in Lhokseumawe City. The research design is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population and sample of this study were all mothers who had babies aged 6 to 11 months that visited the Muara Dua Health Center in Lhokseumawe City. The inclusion criteria with a sample size of 62 people. The research used consecutive sampling technique with computer application software. There are two data analysis used in this study, namely univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of study was concluded that there was an influence between mother's knowledge and giving exclusive breastfeeding by showed p-value 0.006 (p<0.05), with mothers who have good knowledge, which are 8,325 times giving exclusive breastfeeding to their babies more than the mothers who have lack of knowledge with a confidence value of 1.638 - 42.315.

Abstract

Adherence in general is the level of a person's behavior in getting treatment, following a diet, and implementing lifestyle changes in accordance with the recommendations of health care providers with patients. Satisfaction is a person's feeling of pleasure that comes from the comparison between the pleasure of an activity and a product with his expectations. This research is descriptive correlation with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were hypertensive patients undergoing treatment at the internal medicine polyclinic of Cut Meutia RSU, North Aceh Regency, amounting to 944 people, while the sample was 90 people. Data were collected through interviews using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by Chie-square test using a computerized program. The results showed that of the 90 respondents, in the satisfied category, 43 people (89.6%) adhered to hypertension treatment and 5 people (10.4%) did not. And in the dissatisfied category there are 7 people (16.7%) obedient to hypertension treatment while 35 people (83.3%) are not. After statistical testing with the Chie-square test was carried out, the results were p = 0.000 (p <0.05), this means that there is a significant relationship between satisfaction and compliance with hypertension patients in undergoing treatment at BLU Cut Meutia RSU, North Aceh Regency in 2017. So it can be concluded that patient satisfaction is very necessary to achieve medication adherence. It is recommended that it can be used as a health education material and presumably can be a reference for further researchers on patient satisfaction with hypertension medication adherence.

Abstract

The prevalence of children under five with weight below the red line is total 526 children (0.9%), who were malnourished 1005 children (5.45%) in 2020. This study aims to identify the knowledge relationship mothers with nutritional monitoring toddler in Integrated Healthcare Center Village Pulo U District Land Area, North Aceh. This research is in the form of descriptive correlative with cross-sectional design, carried out in Pulo U Village, District Tanah Luas from October 11, 2021 to January 31, 2022 with a sample of 37 mothers. Data was collected through interview and distributing questionnaire. An Univariate-and-bivariate data analysis used the chi-square test. From the univariate test, it is known that knowledge mother about the majority of nutrition is in the good category, namely 15 respondents (40.5%), enough category 14 respondents (37.8%) and knowledge in the less category 8 respondents (21.6%). The distribution of the frequency of monitoring the nutrition of children under five is in the good category, as many as 30 respondents (81.1%), while those who are lacking in monitoring the nutrition of children under five to the Posyandu are 7 respondents (18.9%). p-value-0.014 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge possessed by the mother and the monitoring of nutritional status toddlers to the Posyandu in the Village Pulo U Sub-district, Land Area District North Aceh. It is recommended to mothers who have toddlers to always monitor their toddler's nutrition to the Posyandu.

Abstract

The IOM (United States Institute of Mediciene), in 2000 made a report "To Error is Human, Building to Safer Health System" which states that discipline carries out the work that has been set. The impact of a lack of discipline in work includes a lack of quality in service, while based on a report from New York it was found that 3.7% of unexpected events, 13.6% of them were of low quality. The incidence rate is not estimated with a range of 3.2 to 16.6% in hospitals in various countries, namely Australia, Denmark, England and the United States. Motivation is a desire, need, goal and drive, so it can be concluded that motivation is a condition that can encourage, move or activate and direct and channel a person's behavior that is directed at achieving a goal. Discipline is a force that grows and develops within the worker's body and causes the worker to voluntarily conform to decisions, rules, and high work values ​​and behavior. The research model used in this study is analytic observation, where the research model is cross sectional. The population in this study were all employees of the Mongeudong Public Health Center, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City, totaling 88 people. The side technique used is Total Sampling. Research instruments and measurement methods; Data collection researchers used a questionnaire that was tested for reliability and validity. By using the Chi Square test method, it was found that the P value = 0.002 <= 0.05, so H0 was rejected, or in other words there was a relationship between work motivation and employee discipline at the Mongeudong Health Center, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City.

Abstract

Education is series efforts that made by individuals as a form of process in gaining experience to realizing a better life. The first education is basic education which is the initial foundation to improve personality development in the next direction. School is an ideal place to realize education, potential, and talent to children. But nowadays there is a lot of violence against children verbally or bullying. The purpose of this study was to determine the actual incidence of bullying that occurred in school-age children, especially elementary schools. This study aims to examine which the characteristics of school-age children are related to bullying occurence at state elementary school 2 in the village of Cot Girek, North Aceh Regency. This study is a descriptive design with a correlation study by using a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all students of SD Negeri 2 Cot Girek as many as 270 people. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The correlation ship between Sex of School-Age Children and the Incidence of Bullying in SD Negeri 2 Cot Girek, North Aceh District, through the chi-square test results showed a p-value of 0.008 <0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between the sex of school-age children and the incidence of bullying at SD Negeri 2 Cot Girek, North Aceh.

Abstract

Conducive working conditions can be used as an indicator of the success of job rotation. rotation must be based on interest, employees must have the ability and skills. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between job rotation perceived by nurses and work motivation at the Peusangan Public Health Center, Bireuen Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a correlation design using a cross sectional approach. The technique of taking the sample in this research is random sampling technique. Respondents in this study were 50 respondents to the nurses of the Peusangan Bireuen Health Center. This study uses an instrument that has been developed by the researcher based on nurse rotation including rewards, challenges, responsibilities, and development. While the work motivation instruments include fixed motivation, moderate motivation and increased motivation. The results showed that 68% of nurses had experienced work rotation, while the remaining 32% of nurses had never experienced work rotation. there is no significant relationship between work rotation perceived by nurses and work motivation where p - Value (0.423) > (0.05). Job rotation perceived by nurses is a common thing that has been experienced by 68% of nurses. The work motivation of puskesmas nurses is on good criteria.

Abstract

Excellent motor development is that the improvement of children's movements that use little muscles or solely bound body elements. Hidayat (2005) said that the development of preschool age children includes aspects of gross and excellent motor skills, language and social adaptation. The development of this aspect can be stimulated, one of which is the use of Educational Game Tools. The purpose of this research was to establish the effectiveness of using educational games to stimulate excellent motor development in preschool children at TKIT Bunayya Lhokseumawe. The method used in this research is Semi Experiment with a population of 152 TKIT Bunayya students. The sampling technique used is the Arbitrary Testing technique, with a total of 20 respondents who were given stimulation at the time of information collection. The data collection was carried out on 27 to 31 August 2018. The information from this study was processed using the dependent t-test of educational game variables and fine motor development in preschool children. The results showed that the use of educational games was effective in stimulating fine motor development in preschool children with p-esteem = 0.000 < (0.05). It is recommended to use educational game tools to stimulate motor development in children according to their developmental age. For other researchers, it is better to use other game tools to stimulate development and can develop this research with a large number of samples and have a control group.

Abstract

The implementation of healthy and clean behaviour in Indonesia is relatively low. According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2016, the decline in health and clean living practices in Nanggroe Aceh Darusslam was as much as 28.6% in 2016 more than to previous years. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of health education, namely clean and healthy living behavior in fifth grade students at SDN 3 Lhoksukon North Aceh in 2021. This type of research is qualitative. The data was collected and analyzed based on the theory found to draw a conclusion. This appropriate to the purpose of the research. Finally, this research can be concluded that most of the students received health education in the good category. This good health education was obtained by students from health workers from the UKS program at the Lhoksukon Health Center. In addition, students also receive health education from teachers, especially physical education teachers.

Abstract

Diabetes, where there are blackened wounds from the layers of the skin to the dermis layer and tissue death occurs. The aim of the study was to obtain an overview of the factors that influence the occurrence of wounds in type 2 diabetes patients Gangrene wound or, this wound is a complication caused by someone who has at the Bireuen. The number of respondents in this research amounted to 50 people. Diabetic sufferers who experience injuries, carried out on March 20 to March 25, 2021 with a sampling technique that is accidental sampling. This study shows a risk factor for age 40 years with an OR value of 15.190 and a P-value of 0.000, a risk factor for long suffering from DM ≥ 8 years with an OR value of 8.486 and p = 0.003, a risk factor for a history of diabetic ulcers with an OR value of 9.667. and p = 0.004, the risk factor for lack of foot care with an OR value = 4.500 and p = 0.042, a smoking risk factor with an OR value = 0.371 and p = 0.334, an exercise history factor with an OR value = 8.486 and p = 0.003, family support factor with OR = 1.781 and p = 0.501 which means the variable age 40 years, duration of suffering from DM 8 years. The results of this study can provide information to nurses so as to reduce the incidence of injuries in diabetic patients.
