Abstract

Abstract: The performance evaluation of equity mutual funds is something that needs to be considered so that investors can choose and compare mutual funds that are able to provide optimal returns. This research was conducted to determine stock selection, market timming, fund longevity, fund cash flow and fund size as factors that influence the performance of conventional equity mutual funds in Indonesia. The research sample was taken as many as 12 conventional stock mutual funds registered in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2014-2018. The research data analysis was carried out by using multiple linear regression method. Based on hypothesis testing, it is known that only stock selection and market timming are proven to have an effect on the performance of conventional equity funds in a positive and significant direction. Meanwhile, longevity fund. fund cash flow and fund size were found to have no effect on the performance of conventional equity funds. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of net income, operating cash flow and company size on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015 – 2019. Research methods and approaches use quantitative, with data collection techniques through the IDX official website. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, a sample of 8 companies multiplied by 5 years with a total sample of 40. The results of this study indicate that both net income, operating cash flow and company size partially have no effect on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. the period 2015 – 2019 because the t-value of each independent variable is less than the t-table value (2.024). Meanwhile, simultaneously, net income, operating cash flow and company size have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015 – 2019 with the calculated F value greater than the F table value (2.87). Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of employee engagement and job satisfaction on turnover intention, where job satisfaction is also an intervening variable. The research object was the employees of Bank bjb KCK Banten with a total sample of 100 people. Data analysis using SEM-PLS method. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a negative and significant effect of employee engagement on turnover intention, there is a positive and significant effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction, and there is a negative and significant effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention.

Abstract

In this study, the following conclusions can be drawn, the average respondent's response to the competence variable is high, where the average score of respondents' answers is 3.822 on a scale of 3.41-4.20, respondents' responses to the performance variable are high , where the average score of respondents' answers is 3.850 on a scale of 3.41-4.20, respondents' responses to the performance variable are high, where the average score of respondents' answers is 3.850 is at 3.41-4.20 scale. The test results found that competence had no significant effect on employee performance at UPT Puskesmas Karanganyar, Lebak Regency. The test found that work discipline had a significant and positive effect on employee performance at UPT Puskesmas Karanganyar, Lebak Regency. While the test results showed that competence and work discipline together affect the performance of employees at UPT Puskesmas Karanganyar, Lebak Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance which is proxied by the institutional and managerial share ownership structure and the composition of independent commissioners on intellectual capital. The object of research was carried out at companies listed on the LQ45 index with a total sample of 19 companies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method processed by the SPSS program. Based on the results of statistical tests, the results obtained 1) Institutional ownership has a positive and significant effect on intellectual capital as evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.564 and significance of 0.025. 2) Managerial ownership has no effect on intellectual capital as evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.061 and significance of 0.294. 3) Independent commissioners have a positive and significant effect on intellectual capital as evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.806 and significance of 0.047.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is significantly affected by interpersonal communication, teamwork related to the organization. The causal study reported here aims to test the hypothesis. It was conducted through a survey at PT Luhai Industrial, on a sample of 53 employees using the boring sampling method. data for each variable was collected separately by the respondents who filled out the questionnaire. path technique is applied to analyze the data previously treated with procedural and correlation. the results prove that employee performance is directly influenced by interpersonal communication and team work. The findings show that variations in employee performance are influenced by interpersonal communication and teamwork within the organization. This further implies the need to consider the variables of performance, interpersonal communication, and teamwork in the planning of human resource development strategies at PT Luhai Industries under study.
