Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, dividends and profits on firmvalue. The research population is banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Foam(IDX) for the period 2014-2018. Investment decisions are proxied by the Price to Earning Ratio(PER); dividends are proxied by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR); Profit is proxied by Returnon Equity Ratio (ROE) and firm value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). Data analysisused multiple linear regression which was processed by the SPSS program. The results showedthat investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Dividend policyhas no effect on firm value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on companyprofitability.Keywords: Investment Decisions, Dividend Policy, Profitability and Company Value

Abstract

This research was carried out on employees at Credit Unions PKPRI Serang Banten as relatedto the subject of this study on the Influence of Assessment Work Welfare Member / EmployeeCredit Unions PKPRI Serang Banten), by because it is in support of the discussion in this study,the data is needed valid-data associated with the two variables above. Assessment Workbecomes variable X (independent) and Promotion Position in deskrifsikan as a variable Y(dependent). Based on the data obtained, the level of agreement on the implementation ofAssessment of employees at Credit Unions PKPRI Serang Banten positive effect on welfareMember / Employee. Thus the appraisal of Credit Unions PKPRI Serang Banten significanteffect on Welfare Member / Employee so as to motivate employees to work harder in order toget a good assessment. This shows that the employee could not agree on the indicators workassessment.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the type of promotion strategy through Instagramsocial media on the decisions of KATIRA MAKEUP & HAIRDO service users in Serang. Thistype of research is explanatory, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Thesampling technique used was simple random sampling technique. The sample is 30 people whoare followers on Instagram and consumers of each make-up artist (MUA). The analyticalmethod used in this study is Quantitative Analysis. The results of the study can be seen that the tvalue of the promotional strategy variable is 10.301 and the t table is 1.984. Because the valueof t count 10.301 > t table 1,984, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. This means that thepromotion strategy variable has a significant positive effect on the Purchase Decision variable

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of price and product qualitysimultaneously on consumer buying interest in Aqua brand bottled water. This type of researchis descriptive analytic, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The samplingtechnique uses non-probability, the sample is100 people who are consumers who are buying Aqua Brand AMDK products at the Alfamart orIndomart minimarkets, Cipocok District. The analytical method used in this research isquantitative data analysis.The results of the descriptive analysis of respondents revealed that the majority of respondentswere 21-30 years old (51%), female (63%), and the last education was PT (72%). From theresults of hypothesis testing, it shows that the price variable (p=0.004) and product quality(p=0.000) have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. And together thevariables of product quality and price have a positive and significant effect (p = 0.000) onconsumer buying interest. Then the contribution of product quality and price variables toconsumer buying interest is 62.2%. The remaining 37.8% is influenced by other factors that arenot in this study. The conclusion of this study is the price and product quality have a positiveand significant effect on consumer buying interest in Aqua brand bottled water either partiallyor simultaneously.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality and product qualitypartially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction of PD Bank Perkreditan Rakyat, Rau CashOffice, Serang City. This type of research is a quantitative survey, with data collectiontechniques through primary data in the form of observations and questionnaires.The results of the analysis show that service quality has a positive effect on customersatisfaction by 0.398 and the results of the partial t test are obtained with a tcount greater thanttable (4779 > 1.984) with sig. 0.00 < 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Theresults of the analysis show that product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of0.697 and the results of the partial t test are obtained with a tcount greater than ttable(8.190>1.984) with sig. 0.00 < 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results ofthe analysis show that the value of Fcount>Ftable (132.279>3.19) and the value of sig F <(0.00<0.05). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that there is aneffect of service quality and product quality together on customer satisfaction of PD BankPerkreditan Rakyat, Rau Cash Office, Serang City. As much as 75.2% that customersatisfaction is explained by the variables of service quality and product quality.

Abstract

The results of the descriptive analysis show that the organizational climate, jobsatisfaction and employee performance are classified as good, which of the three variablesare in the range of a rating scale of 3.40 - 4.19. The results of multiple linear regressionobtained the regression coefficient value of the organizational climate variable of 0.212and the value of the regression coefficient of the job satisfaction variable of 0.197,each of which is positive. While the value of multiple correlation analysis (R) is 0.508which means that the magnitude of the correlation between organizational climatevariables and job satisfaction on the performance of Gunungkencana District Officeemployees is quite strong and for the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.218 it can beconcluded that the magnitude of the influence of organizational climate andsatisfaction onthe performance of Gunungkencana District Office employees by 21.8%.As well as hypothesis testing based on the results of the t-test for theorganizational climatevariable, the value of t count > t table (2,714 > 2,024), for the job satisfaction variable,the value of t count > t table (2.101 > 2,024). And based on the results of the F test, thevalue of F count > F table (6,445 > 3,25). The conclusion of this study shows that theorganizational climate and job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously have apositive and significanteffect on the performance of the employees of the GunungkencanaDistrict Office.
