Abstract

The concept of New Public Management (New Public Management) includes the Application of Public Service Motivation or what is known as Public Service Motivation (PSM) and customer service orientation or Customer Service Orientation (CSO) including in the Central Government and local governments in Indonesia. Therefore, this study focuses on the application of the Environmental Health Sector in the Health Office of the South Tangerang City Government, Indonesia. Based on recent developments, research on customer service orientation and public service motivation on the performance of civil servants in public service work units in Tangerang Selatan City, Indonesia has never been carried out, this is the main reason why this quantitative study was carried out. The sample in this study was 56 civil servants who worked in the field of public services in their respective work units. This type of research includes quantitative research using the Onion Research Method, and the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square) model. This study shows that there are 12 dimensions containing customer service orientation variables, public service motivation variables and civil servant performance variables. The results of the study indicate that the Customer Service Orientation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of civil servants. Second, Customer Service Orientation has a positive and significant influence on Public Service Motivation. Third, Public Service Motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of civil servants. Customer Service Orientation has an indirect and significant effect on the performance of civil servants through the variable of public service motivation as a mediating variable. Effect of Total Relationship between Customer Service Orientation and Performance of Civil Servants with Public Service Motivation as a mediating variable: shows that the total relationship is a Partial Mediation relationship.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the Hospital Occupational Health and Safety Management System in Hospital. This study uses a descriptive with qualitative method. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SMK3 in hospitals has not gone well based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 66 of 2016. The obstacles faced by hospitals include a policy commitment by top management, organizational formation (P2K3) constrained by competent human resources. The preparation of K3RS planning is not in accordance with risk management. Implementation, monitoring and evaluation have not run effectively, weak supervision, enforcement of regulations, and inadequate budgetary support, infrastructure and facilities, including weak of safety culture. A joint commitment effort is needed, supported by effective resources for the implementation of a sustainable SMK3 in hospitals. Keywords: SMK3, P2K3, Hospital

Abstract

The development of the times is certainly influenced by the increase in the human population so that the need for clothing, food and shelter increases. The need for boards is especially important because it is in line with the increasing demand for building materials or materials.This study aims to examine the effect of price and service quality with purchasing decisions on PD. Rabindo Tama Serang Banten. By using a descriptive analytical approach which is a quantitative research. Total population of all who have become consumers of PD. Rabindo Tama and took 66 research samples. The main problems and objectives formulated in the Purchasing Decision (Y) research through Price (X1) and Service Quality (X2) at PD. Rabindo Tama Serang Banten, then the method of this research is descriptive analytical method that is looking at the causal relationship. Based on the research analysis, the coefficient of determination (R2) = 72.4%. The results of the partial test are X1 variables of 6.755 and X2 of 4.266, which is greater than ttable of 1.99773 and the value of sig. < 0.05. The results of the study simultaneously obtained the results of Fcount = 82.435 > Ftable = 3.14. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effect of the variable price and service quality partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions has a significant and positive effect. Abstract

Society needs to dress up and dress is very advanced and follows the world fashion trends, sothat big people's desire to follow the development and style of dress according to the fashionnew trends. This study was to determine how much influence arising from each variable that ispromotion, quality, and price is in the independent variable.Based on partial analysis, it turns studies show that all the independent variables wereexamined in this study have a positive effect on the dependent variable, the variable is evidentin the promotion, quality and price have a positive influence on the dependent variable ispurchase decisions on ONeJaya77 Clothing Stores Bandar Lampung , Simultaneous testing, itturns out the results of the study prove that all the independent variables (Promotion, Quality,and Price) simultaneously have significant influence on the dependent variable, namely thepurchase of the store purchasing decisions ONeJaya77 clothing Bandar Lampung

MM as Advisor 2.This study was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employeemorale, to determine the effect of incentives on employee morale and to determine the effect oftransformational leadership and incentives on employee morale at PT FIF Group SerangBranch.This type of research is quantitative, with data collection techniques through primary dataincluding questionnaires for employees of PT FIF Group Serang Branch. The population in thisstudy were 58 employees, while the sampling technique was saturated sampling, which took allmembers of the population so that the sample used in this study was 58 employees of PT FIFGroup Serang Branch. The data analysis technique used multiple regression with the SPSS 21program.The results obtained in Hypothesis 1 that there is an influence of transformational leadershipon employee morale at PT FIF Group Serang Branch with the results tcount > ttable (2,965 >2.003) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05). Hypothesis 2 obtained that there is aneffect of incentives on employee morale at PT FIF Group Serang Branch with the results tcount> ttable (5.501 > 2.003) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05). Hypothesis 3 there isan influence between transformational leadership and incentives on employee morale at PTFIF Group Serang Branch with the results Fcount > Ftable (19,926> 3,165) with asignificance level of 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of fixed asset intensity, debt level, managerial ownership and profitability on the effective tax rate. This population is food and beverage sub- sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Sample selection using purposive sampling method. The results of the final sample of 12 companies from a population of 33 companies. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistic Version 25. The results of this study indicate that the intensity of fixed assets has a significant negative effect on the effective tax rate, the level of debt has a significant positive effect on the effective tax rate, managerial ownership has a significant negative effect on the effective tax rate. Effective tax rates and profitability have a significant negative effect on effective tax rates and profitability.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction PT. Fajar Agung Pharindo, Banten Province. This type of research is explanatory, with the technique of collecting data through a questionnaire. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique,the sample amounted to 80 people who are employees of PT. Fajar Agung Pharindo. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative data analysis.From the results of hypothesis testing shows that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is product quality and service quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at PT. Fajar Agung Phrindo either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

ABSTACT Soap noodle is the main raw material in PT. Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia where the raw material control applied uses traditional methods were affected to the inefficiency of process and production cost. The purpose of this inventory control research is specifically to reduce the cost of raw material inventory. Lack of or too much inventory of raw materials has a bad impact on a sustainable production process on the other hand affects the cost of storing and maintaining raw material inventory. Research on controlling soap noodle raw materials at PT. Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia uses just in time calculations. just in time method as an alternative in controlling raw material inventory is chosen based on the relevance of the company in order to improve the efficiency of raw material inventory control and minimize inventory costs. The results of the calculation of the need for raw material for soap noodles using the just-in-time method are 107.760 tons per year with an optimal number of orders of 1.959.74 tons. To meet the needs of raw materials with an optimal number of orders 54.99 times (55 times rounding) in one year with a quantity per order of 1,959.74 Tons. The frequency of delivery per order is 4 times with a total of 489.94Ton per shipment. By using the just in time method, it can be concluded that the total cost of finished raw material inventory is Rp. 16,334,753.91 while the company's policy is Rp. 31,920,000. When compared with cost efficiency, the savings are Rp. 15,585,246.09. Keywords: Inventory Control, Raw Material, Just in Time.
