Abstract

This research examines The Influence of Work Stress on Employee Work Motivation in Financial Institutions and Regional Assets of Barru Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out The Influence of Work Stress on Employee Work Motivation in Financial Institutions and Regional Assets of Barru Regency. This research approach is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency. The sample used was 68 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and coefficient determination test (r2). The research results show thatwork stress has a negative and effect onwork motivation. The higher the work stress experienced by employees, the morework motivationemployees are decreasing. When an employee in carrying out his duties, gets a high work load, will take actions that can reduce the quality of his work there by reducing motivation at work. So it is concluded thatwork stress havenegative influenceto work motivation at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and examine the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. In an effort to improve employee performance achieved both individually and as a group, there are established standards of responsibility for each individual in carrying out their tasks. Typically, employees who exhibit a high level of competence in their work demonstrate that their success in performing their duties within the work environment is maximized. Therefore, this research is conducted to understand the relationship between work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Makassar City Water Supply Company (PDAM Kota Makassar). The research collected data from 107 employee samples from the Makassar City Water Supply Company to test the proposed research model, using WarpPLS 7.0 modeling software. The primary objective of this study is to test the direct and indirect path coefficients of the variables: Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Culture.

Abstract

This study purpose to support the Indonesia’s government program to become a developed and prosperous country. The sample for this study the millennial generation and Z generation who live Makassar City and have total wealth or investment around IDR 70 million. We use this generations because the next generation has an important role to build and develop the finance sector in Indonesia and will support to become a developed country. The results show that financial literacy, income and financial behavior significantly positive with investment decisions. It is mean that good financial literacy, higher income, and the well financial behaviour will improve the quality of investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business location feasibility, social media advertising and product innovation partially and simultaneously on increasing sales of culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI) Makassar City. This study employs quantitative research methodologies. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews using questionnaires and documentation of activities. The population as well as the sample in this study were 50 culinary MSME business actors located at the Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). The employed data analysis techniques encompass multiple linear regression analysis, the F-test, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that business location feasibility, social media advertising and product innovation partially influenced the increase in sales of Culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). Business location feasibility variables, social media advertising and product innovation simultaneously affect the increase in sales of Culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI)

Abstract

This research aims to explain the challenges PT PLN (Persero) faced in managing accounts receivable and improving profitability. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through library research. The data used are secondary data obtained from books, journals, documents, official websites, or reports on the issues under investigation. The data analysis technique employed is a qualitative analysis using quantitative data as support. The research findings indicate that PLN encounters various challenges in managing accounts receivable and enhancing business profits, such as regulatory issues, competition, and technological changes. Therefore, PLN must develop appropriate strategies to address these challenges and attain a stable and continuously increasing business profit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze employee work motivation at PT Bumi Karsa Makassar In connection with this, how employees can work as well as possible and employees have high motivation in completing work with the provision of compensation. So against this, this study aims to show the significance of the effect of compensation on employee work motivation. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Karsa Makassar who received compensation in the form of salary, bonuses, and health benefits, totaling 60 people. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 0.165 + 0.032X1 + 0.961X2. The results of this study found that compensation variables (financial and non-financial compensation) simultaneously affect work motivation and the F-Count value (4566,330) > F-Table (3.16). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.994 which shows that the compensation variable is able to contribute 99.4%. 0.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting motivation is the non-financial compensation variable among the two compensation variables with a t-count value (48.056) > t-table (1.672). While the financial compensation variable is influential but not significant with a t-count value (1.205) < t-table (1.672).

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether public ownership, board of directors compensation and audit committee have an effect on tax management in basic consumer goods industrial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Secondary data was obtained based on purposive sampling of financial reports. The population was conducted on basic consumer goods industrial companies listed on the IDX with a number of 54 companies, while the samples were selected with purposive sampling method obtained a total of 12 companies or 36 samples for the period 2017-2019. But the 36 samples processed the result is abnormal distribution, so the researcher increase the observation period on the IDX in 2015.2020. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicated that the public ownership, board of directors compensation and audit committee no have significant effect on the tax management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence exerted by digital marketing and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions Coffee Shop Lagi lagi chl Makassar City. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive methodology. To collect research data for this study, questionnaires and documentation were both used. In this study, 50 people were used as samples, and the Likert scale method was used to calculate the number of samples. Partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), coefficient of determination (R2), and classical assumption test are the data analysis techniques used in this study. The research findings show that each factor used has a beneficial impact on consumer purchasing decisions Coffee Shop Lagi lagi chl as a result of Digital Marketing (X1) related to marketing knowledge. Quality of service (X2). Purchase decision (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the soundness level of government owned Islamic banks before and after the merger using the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital methods. This study uses quantitative anda comparative methods with secondary data types in the form of quarterly financial reports obtained from the bank’s official website and www.ojk.co.id. The samples in this research are balance sheets and reports profit and loss of Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Indonesia in the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of research with bro using the RGEC method which consists of Risk Profle with a Non ratio Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Good Corporate Governance with Net Open Position (PDN) ratio, Earnings with gan Return On Asset (ROA) and Capital ratio with the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The results of the NPF, PDN, ROA, and CAR ratio analysis provide result that there is a significant difference in this ratio before and after the merger. Meanwhile, the FDR ratio shows that there is no difference in the results significant before anda after the merger. Based on research has been carried out, it can be concluded tha Bank Syariah Indonesia is improving after the merger.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and employee work motivation at the Tompobulu sub-district office, Gowa Regency. The sample in this study was the entire population at the Tompobulu Subdistrict Office, Gowa Regency, 31 employees with a quantitative research type.f. The data used is primary and secondary data which was obtained using questionnaire distribution techniques.The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.13 show that there is a positive influence between the variables Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on work productivity (Y) which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y= 4.087 + 0.733 X1 + 0.133 X2 + eand has a significant effect withThe calculated t value for each variable is 14.786 > t table (x1) and 2.134 > t table (X2), with the tarefsignifiction 0.000 < 0.05 (x1) and 0.042 < 0.05 (x2). Then the R square value is 0.885, this figure shows that the work discipline and work motivation variables contribute 88.5% and 21.5% are influenced byfactorothers not discussed in this study.
