Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of quality Im3 products to the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Technomas Internusa Branch XXX. The methods used in this research was observation and questionnaires, and then tested the truth with the scientifically theory then concluded. The results of analysis this research indicate that of coefficient determination show the influenced very strong between product quality and the level of customer satisfaction that is 87,6% and the remaining 12,4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The suggestions submitted to the company are to constantly improve product quality especially on signal strength and to expand network coverage improving customer satisfaction, as well as improving product performance to avoid interruption when used, and maintain customer satisfaction when communicating using Im3 products.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the constraints, designing, and assist in the process of preparing the budget realization report using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net Programming language. The method used in this study of descriptive and qualitative methods development of the V-Model and engineering data collection through the method of observation and interviews. From the research finding some problem, including 1) The input data is still done manually by only using Microsoft Excel, so that the process of drafting the report realization of the less efficient 2) There are no special systems in the preparation of the report realization of the budget Therefore, the author of designing information system accounting the report realization of the budget programming Microsoft Visual Basic.Net by using the Microsoft Access. Contribution this research provided 1) With the information system accounting to the realization of the knowledge and training for the financial to run it. 2) information system that has been made by the authors of this to be used as materials for the development of the system further and can be developed at the network to facilitate in the preparation of the report realization of the budget. Abstract

Lecturers are one of the pillars that determine the success of educational activities at universities. The existence of lecturers must always be given serious attention, considering that the success of the learning process is very difficult to achieve if the role of the lecturer is marginalized. Components that support the success of the learning process, lecturer performance must be maintained and improved. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on organizational commitment at the Ariyanti Academy of Secretary and Management. The method used in this research is a survey approach and the nature of this research is explanatory research (explanation). The number of samples in this study was 61 lecturers, using the total sampling technique (population = sample). The data analysis method used is path analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Compensation, Commitment, and Organization

Abstract

This study aims to know the impact of the Corona or Covid-19 Virus on work ethic, productivity and employee motivation. Besides, it is motivated by the Covid-19 Virus which is indirectly changes the work patterns of employees or labor both in the scope of government, agencies, the private sector, and others. One effect is working at home or WFH. Thus, the readers can understand how the Covid-19 Virus pandemic affects employee or workforce performance. This study has implications for businesses that want to know the measurement of the work from home (WFH) policies effectiveness. This study used descriptive qualitative and conducted literature studies either through journals, books, websites, and several other literary media. The results showed that the Covid-19 Virus pandemic had an influence on work productivity, work ethic, and motivation of employees or labor. On the other hand, the influence is based on several factors based on the employee attitudes during or when working. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Pemungutan Pajak Bumi, Bangunan, dan Retribusi Daerah yang telah dilakukan oleh Badan Pendapatan Daerah Desa padamukti. Retribusi daerah sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mewujudkan otonomi daerah yang luas, nyata dan bertanggung jawab. Sumber data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, selanjutnya mencari tambahan data dari informan yang direkomendasikan oleh key informan, Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menberikan gambaran serta penjelasan tentang variable yang diteliti. Analisis data model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman, yang di awali dengan proses pengumpulan data, penyederhanaan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas Pemungutan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Dalam Peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Di desa Padamukti dari segi input sudah berjalan dengan baik karena semua persyaratan perpajakan di input kedalam system yang bias di akses secara online. Berkenaan dengan waktu dalam meng input persyaratan proses administrasi pembayaran pajak sudah sesuai dengan perencanaan SOP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dari segi proses sudah berjalan baik, namun Efektivitas dalam waktu menunjukan bahwa proses pengolahan data belum sepenuhnya sesuai perencanaan SOP, dikarenakan sumberdaya manusia yang belum paham tentang tata aturan yang sudah diterapkan oleh pihak (BAPEDA) dan tidak efektivnya proses bekerja yang tidak disiplin terhadap waktu dan target yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga pekerjaan terkadang masih menumpuk dan tidak selesai pada waktu yang ditentukan, sehingga banyak perubahan data wajib pajak yang tidak terinput sesuai persoalanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dari segi output sudah berjalan dengan baik tapi masih ada beberapa hal yang harus dibenahi dari segi pemangku penanggung jawab yaitu (BAPEDA) dan pihak yang terkait agar masyarakat lebih berantusias dalam melaksanakan kewajibanya.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the stock return comparison period when the Sinovac vaccine and Pfizer vaccine entered; the stock used is the Composite Stock Price Index, the period from March 25, 2021, to November 12,2021. In this study, the analysisis was carried out by calculating the stock return of the JCI, which was then continued by calculating it using the Independent sample t-test difference on SPSS 25. The result of the return calculation show that stock returns when Sinovac entered with the stock return when the Pfizer vaccine was in circulation did not have a significant difference.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine the existence of the January Effect on the stock returns of JCI that occurred during the study period. The study was conducted on the composite stock price index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2021 period. Hypothesis testing is carried out with Autoregressive conditional heteroskedasticity, where the results show the January effect seen in 2017 and 2021. Keywords. Abstract

This research was aimed to know the influence merchandise inventory to operating income at PT Graha Layar Prima (CGV Blitz). The method used in this research was quantitive analysis with taking samples for period January-December 2018. Data collection used interview observations and completed by literature study which related to the subject. The analysis techniques used is the pearson product moment correlation analysis, coefficient determination, linear regression and test hypothesis. Based on the results of calculations with the use of statistical applications, the results obtained from the correlation coefficient of 0.621 shows the relationship of operating income and merchandise inventory included in the strong category. While the influence of the merchandise inventory against operating income of 38.56% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.
