Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) di SMA Negeri 2 Dumoga serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendorong dan penghambat implementasi program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru pengelola KIP SMA Negeri 2 Dumoga, siswa penerima KIP beserta orang tua siswa. Obyek penelitian mengenai pengelolaan implementasi kebijakan program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) tahun ajaran 2015/ 2016 di SMA Negeri 2 Dumoga. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi data. Data dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil p enelitian menunjukkan bahwa sasaran KIP di SMA Negeri 2 Dumoga khususnya untuk tahun 2015 tahap VI berjumlah 23 siswa yang seluruhnya memiliki KIP. Faktor pendukung implementasi KIP: informasi dari pihak dinas secara rutin ke sekolah dan secara online. Faktor penghambat: evaluasi dari program KIP yang dilaksanakan setiap periode program menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan pada mekanisme serta terjadinya penyelewengan dana KIP.

Abstract

This research is to know the effect of certification on work performance and motivation of teacher, influence of commitment to teacher performance and teacher work motivation, influence work motivation to teacher performance, influence of certification to teacher performance through work motivation and influence of commitment to teacher performance through teacher work motivation SDN Segugus 1 South Balikpapan. This research uses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. The population in this study is all teachers at SDN Segugus 1 South Balikpapan. The sample of this study amounted to 58 teachers. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that certification had a significant effect on teacher performance and motivation in SDN Segugus 1 South Balikpapan. Commitment has a significant effect on teacher performance and motivation at SDN Segugus 1 South Balikpapan. Motivation of work has a significant effect on teacher performance at SDN Segugus 1 South Balikpapan. Certification has a significant effect on teacher performance at SDN Segugus 1 South Balikpapan through work motivation. Commitment has a significant effect on teacher performance at SDN Segugus 1 South Balikpapan through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of academic supervision techniques by school principals and professional competence on teacher performance in SD Gugus I, West Likupang District, North Minahasa District. The method used in this research is explorative research. The result of this research is applying good learning giving easiness for a teacher to teach and for student in every learning become meaningful and increase student quality. It is suggested to schools to improve the quality of supervision, such as increasing class visits in the context of clinical supervision, observation of improvement, and motivating teacherÔÇÖs spirit at work.

Abstract

This study aims to describe organizational culture, organizational commitment, work motivation and teacher performance in SDN 007 Sekip, to know and test the significant influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and work motivation partially on teacher performance at SDN 007 Sekip and to know and test the influence significant organizational culture and organizational commitment and work motivation simultaneously teacher performance in SDN 007 Sekip. The method of this research is explanatory research with research population counted to 30 people. Sampling technique in this study using a sampling census that all members of the population into a sample of research. The sample in this research is the teachers at SDN 007 Sekip whics amounts 29 people, hereinafter referred to as the respondent. The result of data analysis shows that the variable condition of Organizational Culture, commitment, work motivation and teacher performance at SDN 007 Sekip are all in good enough category. Both simultaneously and partially the organizational culture, commitment and work motivation have a significant effect toward teacher performance SDN 007 Sekip. Job motivation partially have a significant influence toward teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline on teacher performance, the influence of leadership style on work motivation, the influence of work discipline on work motivation, the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, the influence style leadership of the principal to the teachersÔÇÖ performance of SMPN 1 Penajam Paser Utara through work motivation and to analyze the influence of work discipline on the teachersÔÇÖ performance of SMPN 1 Penajam Paser Utara through work motivation. This research uses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. The population in this study was all teachers at SMPN 1 Penajam Paser Utara. The sample of this study amounted to 30 teachers. The results of this study indicate that both leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on teachersÔÇÖ performance of SMPN 1 Penajam Paser Utara. Work discipline and work motivation and leadership style have a significant effect on the teachersÔÇÖ performance of SMPN 1 Penajam Paser Utara. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of SMPN 1 Penajam Paser Utara teachers through work motivation.

Abstract

The Regional People's Legislative Assembly is an institution that places the hope in bringing about change and the welfare of society. In this study the author explains, describes and analyzes the performance of Bolaang Mongondow District People's Legislative Assembly case study of fiscal year 2016. In improving the function of legislation, the Regional PeopleÔÇÖs Legislative Assemby should be pro-active to absorb the aspirations that are accommodated in the local regulations embodied in the initiative. On the budget function, the Regional PeopleÔÇÖs Legislative Assemby can provide motivation and innovation to the executive to increase the source of local revenue. On the oversight function, the Regional PeopleÔÇÖs Legislative Assemby should be concrete and realistic report violations of criminal/civil law on the implementation of government to law enforcement. Furthermore, interpellation rights, questionnaire rights and the right to express opinions regarding important and strategic issues concerning the interests and welfare of Bolaang Mongondow community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of the compensation, spirit at work and work environment toward the performance of employees of Department of Education and Culture Indragiri Hulu District. This study also aims to know and examine the influence of both simultaneously and partially compensation, spirit at work and work environment toward the performance of employees in Department of Education and Culture Indragiri Hulu District. This research refers to survey research and the type of data analysis used as research including quantitative research. The research was conducted in the Department of Education and Culture Indragiri Hulu District with the population is amounting to 66 people. The sampling technique used in this study used a sampling census that is all members of the population into a sample of research. The result of data analysis shows that compensation, spirit at work and work environment have both simultaneously and partially a significant influence toward the performance of employees of Department of Education and Culture Indragiri Hulu District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of service quality, image and product variation both simultaneously and partially to customer satisfaction Kareb Cooperative Bojonegoro District. And to know and analyze among variables of service quality, image and product variation which have dominant influence on customer satisfaction of Kareb Cooperative of Bojonegoro Regency. The population in this study are all customers of Cooperative Kareb Bojonegoro which recorded as many as 409 people. The number of samples in this research is 70 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a simple linear regression Calculator using SPSS program. The results of data analysis show that the quality of service, image and product variation simultaneously have significant effect on customer satisfaction of cooperative Kareb Bojonegoro. Image and product variation partially significant effect on customer satisfaction Kareb Bojonegoro cooperative. While the quality of service has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Among the quality of service, image and product variation that has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction Kareb Cooperative of Bojonegoro Regency is a variety of products.

Abstract

This research focuses on the application of the principle of accountability in the management of the Village Funds Allocation for the purpose of describing the management accountability Village Funds Allocation. This research was conducted because Allocation Fund Executive Team Village in performing its financial administration not in accordance with applicable regulations. This research is expected to be beneficial to the Bolaang Mongondow district government, especially subdistrick Dumoga Barat in an effort to increase management accountability Village Fund Allocation. This research was conducted in villages in the subdistrict Dumoga Barat, as one implementaion location of the Village Fund Allocation. As the informant was elected Village Implementation Teams and the communities that are considered to represent the research unit in the management of the Village Fund Allocation. Research conducted in-depth interviews and direct observation by the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation. The results of this study indicate that for the planning and implementation activities of the Village Fund Allocation, has revealed the existence of management accountable and transparent. While accountability is seen in the physical results have shown the implementation of accountable and transparent, but from the administration still needed further development, because not fully in accordance with the provisions. The main constraint is not effective coaching village government officials and human resource competencies, so that still need assistance from local government officials on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero) as one of the strategic industries engaged in the construction of ships, nonship construction and ships/non-ship repair & maintenance. Less optimal the company in implementing marketing approaches and marketing management system planning demand-oriented and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty towards the company still needs improvement. This study aims to analyze and prove Experiential Marketing and Customer Relationship Management effect significantly to Customer Loyalty PT. PAL Indonesia. Type of research is explanatory researchs, research approach uses quantitative approach. Research location at PT. PAL Indonesia and sample in this research is 60 customer companies. The result of the research show that Experiential Marketing and CRM simultaneously and partially influence on customer loyalty PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero).
