Abstract

The research objectives are to describe (1) the stages of implementing the Online New Student Admission Service (PPDB) for the Elementary School Level for the 2019/2020 Academic Year at the Gresik Regency Education Office; (2) Parents' Understanding of Online New Student Admission Services (PPDB) at Elementary School Level; (3) Utilization of Online New Student Admission Services (PPDB) at Elementary School Level by the Community. This research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the Online New Student Admission Service (PPDB) for the Elementary School Level for the 2019/2020 Academic Year at the Gresik Regency Education Office has been running well, in accordance with applicable rules and policies. In this Online New Student Admission Service Activity (PPDB), the local government's organizational culture is seen in the implementation stages, starting from the stipulation of the Activity Implementation Committee Decree, technical guidelines to the socialization of technical guidelines. The PPDB Online Technical Guidelines for the 2019/2020 Academic Year that have been set, are socialized to the public. With the aim that the public is better known and understands the policy, there are no obstacles when implementing PPDB Online. The PPDB Online system uses web-based technology so that it is easily accessible and transparent.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of infrastructure management in improving the quality of education in SD Negeri 011 Pekan Tua, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau. This research is a field research, using a qualitative approach. The results of the study found that the implementation of infrastructure management in improving the quality of education in SD Negeri 011 Pekan Tua, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau was carried out by means of Infrastructure Planning (Planning), namely school coordination meetings, determining school programs, and determining the need for educational infrastructure. Organizing Infrastructure (Organizing) includes setting the organizational structure of infrastructure management, division of work tasks / job descriptions. Implementation of Infrastructure Facilities (Actuating) in the form of procurement, maintenance and elimination of infrastructure facilities. Infrastructure Controlling is carried out by taking an inventory.

Abstract

The location of this research is DPRD Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau. While the rationale for why the research location took the DPRD of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau as the research location, was the lack of research related to the title mentioned above which was carried out at the DPRD of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau, but also because of the spirit of the compilers themselves in an effort to contribute ideas for the institution to increasing its roles and functions, especially in capturing the aspirations of the people in the era of regional autonomy. The result of this research is that the pattern of absorption of community aspirations by the DPRD of Indragiri Hilir Regency is carried out in a formal and informal way. The formal method consists of recess and work visits, while the informal way is through informal visits, party activities, dialogue with NGOs and educational institutions, as well as through a cultural approach. Efforts to increase community participation in Indragiri Hilir Regency, especially related to the function of the DPRD itself, are to carry out several programs and activities that have been determined related to the function of the DPRD. The program includes: a program to improve the implementation of the budget function, a program to improve the implementation of the legislative function as well as a program to improve the supervisory function and empower community aspirations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the school health business program (UKS), to determine the results of health services in the UKS program and to determine the results of fostering a healthy school environment in the UKS program at SD Negeri 017 Sei Gantang, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Qualitative research is a study aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually and in groups. The unit of analysis in this study were all students and teachers who handled UKS SD Negeri 017 Sei Gantang, Kempas District. Indragiri Hilir Regency. Data collection methods were interview methods, observation methods and documentation methods The results of the research and data analysis explain that 1) The implementation of the school health business program (UKS) at SD Negeri 017 Sei Gantang, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency has been going well, but not yet optimal; 2) Health services in the UKS program at SD Negeri 017 Sei Gantang, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency are not optimal. 3) The development of a healthy school environment in the UKS program at SD Negeri 017 Sei Gantang, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency has not been optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SDN 018 Harapan Tani, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau. This research is a form of field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative, using several approaches, namely, on the pedagogical, sociological, psychological and managerial. The results showed that the leadership role of the head of SDN 018 Harapan Tani in carrying out his duties with full responsibility, with the aim of improving teacher performance, by taking a normative approach or motivating teachers to always work according to their duties. The procedure desired by the principal in improving teacher performance is to carry out supervision with an approach of deliberation, communication, planning, coordination and evaluation, with this application finally all intentions will be realized. Based on the results of the study, it can be illustrated that to support all principals' programs in improving performance, external and internal factors, facilities and infrastructure, methods and programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the center of society health accreditation, work ability, level of education on the performance of UPT Public Health Center employees at Tembilahan City, Indragiri Hilir, Riau. The population in this study were 70 people and all members of the population in this study became respondents. The results showed that UPT Public Health Center accreditation had a positive and significant impact on the performance of UPT Public Health Center employess at Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir City, Riau. Work ability has a significant positive effect on the performance of UPT Public Health Center at Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir City, Riau. The level of education has a positive and significant effect on the performance of UPT Public Health Center employess at Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir City, Riau.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the role of the school committee in improving the quality of education at SDN 014 Kempas Jaya, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. Sources of data used as sources of information are the head of the School Committee, the Principal, and teachers. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research on the role of school committees in improving the quality of education at SDN 014 Kempas Jaya, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau includes: (1) considerations (advisory agency) in determining and implementing education policies at the education unit level; (2) supporting agencies in the form of finance, thoughts and personnel in the implementation of education in education units; (3) controlling agencies in the context of transparency and accountability for the implementation and output of education in education units; (4) mediators between schools with the community in the education unit.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the responsiveness of library services, reliability of library services, ethics of library services and library service facilities at the Regional Library and Archives Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research is located at the Regional Library and Archives Service, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study are the responsiveness of library services at the Regional Library and Archives Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency is good, there are some user complaints that can be handled as quickly as possible. And all the existing collections according to their location on the shelf with those listed in the online catalog. The reliability of library services at the Regional Library and Archives Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency in terms of the ease of service procedures is quite reliable and not complicated. The ethics of library services at the Regional Library and Archives Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency are good in terms of manners and tidiness. They also serve the patrons selflessly. The library service facilities of the Regional Library and Archives Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency are good, for example related to the available catalogs, so that users do not need to queue if they are going to search for library materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures and constraints that occur in the preparation of the school income and expenditure budget plan (RAPBS) at SD Negeri 014 Karya Tunas Jaya, Tempuling District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The process of preparing the RAPBS at SD Negeri 014 Tempuling District includes; identification of activities or needs to be implemented during the budget period; identification of sources of funds; Formulate a budget in a format that has been approved and used by SD Negeri 014 Tempuling District, Propose a draft that has been prepared by the principal and teachers to the school committee; revise the proposed budget; The school is assisted by the School Committee in conducting socialization to all parents and guardians of students; and finally make sufficient revisions and endorsements. Sources of education budget at SD Negeri 014 Tempuling District are funds from the government and BOS funds.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the performance of Babinkamtibmas, Pelangiran Village, Pelangiran District in maintaining Kamtibmas and to know and describe what factors affect the performance of Babinkamtibmas, Pelangiran Village, Pelangiran District in maintaining kamtibmas. Research activities are always carried out as an effort to understand and solve problems scientifically based on empirical facts. This research is a descriptive analytical study. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviewing and giving questionnaires to the pelangiran community. The data obtained through this study were processed and analyzed using qualitative normative analysis methods. The results of the study explain that the functions of Bhabinkamtibmas are counseling in the field of law and community service, community service on social security issues, fostering public order against prevailing norms, mediation and facilitation of problem-solving efforts and coordination of community service efforts. Some of the obstacles in creating kamtibmas are public knowledge about the implementation of Polri duties, especially Bhabinkamtibmas, the low level of community legal understanding, the actions of unprofessional police members so that public trust in Polri is still relatively low. The efforts that need to be made by the National Police in overcoming obstacles to the implementation of Bhabinkamtibmas In maintaining Kamtibmas include: Preemptive, preventive, repressive.
