Abstract

The Office of the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency often monitors or monitors the tax recording device used by the Taxpayer (WP). Sometimes the Taxpayer also reports by contacting the office via telephone. Based on this, an E-Monitoring Application for Taxpayer Transaction Recorder Tools was made at the Office of the Palangka Raya City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency Based on a Website to assist the office in monitoring and assisting Taxpayers to report constraints on tax recording devices. The methodology used in developing the E-Monitoring Application Design for Taxpayer Transaction Recorder Tools at the Office of the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency of Palangka Raya City Based on this Website is using the Waterfall method. The stages are Requirements Definition such as making flowcharts, System and Software Design such as database design, Implementation and Unit Testing, namely the language used such as PHP, Javascript and Css, Integration and System Testing, which is testing using the black box testing method. The methodology used in the E-Monitoring Application of Taxpayer Transaction Recording Tools at the Office of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Palangka Raya City Based on this Website is using the Waterfall method. The stages are Requirements Definition such as making flowcharts, System and Software Design such as database design, Implementation and Unit Testing Integration and System Testing and blackbox testing.The result of this research is an application of E-Monitoring Application of Taxpayer Transaction Recording Tool at the Office of the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency of Palangka Raya City Based on a Website that can be used to report problems experienced by taxpayers in the use of taxpayer transaction recording devices and can assist the BPPRD to monitor the tool in case of damage and repair.

Abstract

Indonesia usually has certain areas where flooding occurs in different locations that can be flooded by rainfall that falls then will flow through the upstream of the river or the end of the river path where the water will pass and collect to a place where the water can accommodate is no longer available. again wasted water that there is no drain line. Based on these problems, a website-based flood monitoring prototype system is needed by adding the following functions IoT (Internet of Things) which can monitor floods about the condition of the water level graph on the website that can be seen by officers. This study uses an experimental method that was developed based on the needs of the research. In hardware system design used is microcontroller NodeMCU ESP8266 as system control. An ultrasonic sensor for water level and an anemometer to determine the current speed determines the water level in the box. Based on the research that has been carried out, the conclusion is that the system can predict when a flood will occur in the next few hours when water enters the box and the website graph appears. After the water is full it will send a notification via telegram bot to the owner of the officer within 3 minutes.

Abstract

The lack of available documentation to store information about traditional medicinal plants has made it increasingly difficult to obtain information about medicinal plants. Therefore, in this research, an Encyclopedia of Medicinal Plants of Borneo (E-TOB) application is designed to be a readily accessible source of information for users, both through a website and a mobile application.The development of the E-TOB application follows the stages of the Waterfall method, starting from the Requirements Definition stage depicted using Flowchart, the Requirements Analysis and Definition stage depicted through UML (Unified Modeling Language) with Use case Diagram, Class diagram, and Activity diagram, as well as the use of a database. Implementation and Unit Testing are done using Laravel, Flutter, and MySQL frameworks, and testing is conducted using the Blackbox method. In the developed application, the admin has access to manage the data of medicinal plants.The built application has three (3) types of users, namely guest users, who can view information about medicinal plants. Admin users who have access to manage data in the application, and registered users who can add medicinal plants and access additional features in the application such as bookmark and like features.

Abstract

Construction management is a professional service that uses special project management techniques to oversee the course of construction projects from the initiation stage to project closure. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an information technology solution that enables businesses and their suppliers to manage large projects effectively and efficiently throughout the project life cycle. Proper utilization of internal and external resources is very important if a construction company wants to make the best business decisions, maximize business goals, and survive in a competitive environment, it requires a system that can integrate various business functions and resources, especially those related to project procedures. Thus, a system Enterprise Resource Planning Construction System as a Construction Management Solution is designed. This system was developed using the waterfall software development methodology, which consists of four stages. Among other things, analyzing and defining features, constraints and system objectives, conducting system design to form a system architecture based on predetermined requirements using UML, implementing and unit testing and performing system integration and testing. The result of this research is an Enterprise Resource Planning Construction system that integrates Invoicing, Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Human Resource and Project modules. So that this system can be an alternative construction project management solution for managing construction projects online.

Abstract

The use of facilities and infrastructure is very important for the continuity of the teaching and learning process and for improving the quality of learning for both students and teachers. Facilities and infrastructure greatly affect the ability of students to learn. This shows that the role of facilities and infrastructure is very important in supporting the quality of student learning. Managing facilities and infrastructure is a very important activity in schools, since its existence will greatly support the success of the learning process in schools. So it is necessary to have a system that is able to handle this, which makes website-based Design and Build Facility and Infrastructure Damage Reporting able to run quickly, precisely and the data manage is valid. Because of the problems above, an innovation was created to create a website-based application that can be accessed by the school, in order to monitor the management and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure in schools. The realization of this system requires an observation at SMA Negeri 1 Kasongan to get the real process and the data needed to form an information system. Software development involves the Waterfall method with multiple steps, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, integration and testing, and operation and maintenance. By implementing the waterfall method in designing and building reporting of damage to facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Kasongan, the system will assist the school in processing information regarding reporting of damaged facilities and infrastructure and simplify the process of submitting school improvements to the Provincial Education Office.

Abstract

Regional Disaster Management Authority (RDMA) is a government institution that is authorized in terms of dealing with disasters in the regions, both provinces and districts/cities by referring to the policies set by National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA). The vision of RDMA is to create a prosperous, safe, and comfortable Gunung Mas Regency through responsive, fast and appropriate disaster management. Therefore, The Design of Website Based Disaster Reporting App in Regional Disaster Management Authority (RDMA), which aims to provide information to the public about the RDMA of Gunung Mas Regency and as a forum for distributing Disaster Reports that occur in the Gunung Mas regency.The methodology used in making this website is waterfall, with stages, namely the Requirements Definition stage is described using a flowchart, Requirements Analysis and Definition is described through DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and database. Implementation and Unit Testing with the programming languages ​​used are HTML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, and MySQL, Integration and System Testing using the Black Box Method. The features contained in this website are Home, RDMA Profile, News, Gallery Information, Knowledge about Disasters, Disaster Reporting Services related to reporting procedures and report forms. With the aim that people can get information about RDMA in Gunung Mas regency quickly and people in Gunung Mas regency have a place to submit Disaster Reports that occur in the Gunung Mas regency area

Abstract

Ester Laundry is a laundry service business located in Palangkaraya City, specifically at Jl. G. Obos VIII Gg. Bakung 2 BTN No. 07. Currently, Ester Laundry uses a manual system to manage transaction data without a database storage system, and customers face difficulties in obtaining up-to-date information when picking up their laundry. To address this issue, the development of a Transaction Data Management Information System is proposed. The Waterfall methodology is utilized, involving stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and development. The system is designed as a website using PHP, JavaScript, along with the Bootstrap and CodeIgniter frameworks, with MySQL as the database. Black Box testing is conducted to evaluate the website's functionality. The results of the Black Box testing indicate that the Transaction Data Management Website can assist Ester Laundry in processing transaction data and provide benefits to both the business owner and customers. With this system in place, the management of transaction data becomes more efficient and effective, while customers can obtain more accurate laundry information.

Abstract

The election committee has difficulties in deciding which student council presidential candidates will be prioritized. The obstacle faced is the Committee does not use methods that can deal with priority problems with many criteria, where the criteria are based on one's perception. Another obstacle that arises in choosing the best student council president is that often the committee as decision maker still relies on intuition (subjective). This is of course a disadvantage to determine whether or not someone is selected as the best candidate for the student council president. Based on these problems, a website-based Decision Support System (SPK) is made to speed up and make a decision easier. One method that can be used in decision making for the selection of the Student Council Chairperson is the TOPSIS method (Techinique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) which is based on the concept where a good chosen alternative not only has the shortest ideal positive solution but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution.

Abstract

In determining the location of the desired traditional restaurant, of course, consumers need information or criteria to choose the closest traditional restaurant according to their needs, while information about the location, menu list and condition of the food place is still limited. This can make some users choose the location of a restaurant that is far away because they do not have enough information about the location of the nearest restaurant. Based on these problems, a system that can provide information is needed and is facilitated by finding the nearest location for traditional restaurants. This study aims to build a geographic information system that displays information and the location of traditional restaurants presented in the form of digital maps. This research applies the Breadth First Search (BFS) algorithm by testing the Haversine formula method system for finding the nearest location, HereMaps as a digital map builder, and developed based on a website. Making this application using the waterfall method, at the analysis stage the analysis stage is carried out on the things needed for website creation. At the design stage, program modeling is described in the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Then at the coding stage of making this website using the Visual Studio Code (VSC) and xampp applications and testing this application using the black box method.
