Abstract

This research was conducted in Medan Estate with informan as many as two people, community evictees homes affected land evictions. The result found is the community objected to the government’s evictions. They said that they had rented the land and had the right to ocuppy it. However, the government still insist on evicting the house and businesses in it, having previously warned the government to move from thr land immediately. The method used in this research is qualitative research method are closely related to the social definition paradigm.

Abstract

Leadership has better abilities and skills compared to the average employee. Leadership is defined as the process of influencing others to achieve organizational goals, and strategies must consider complex internal and external factors. This research emplo ys the theories of development strategy and transformative leadership using qualitative methodology. M. Akbar Djohan applies modern transformative leadership with an adaptive leadership style at Krakatau International Port, emphasizing progress, openness, consultation, innovation, and creativity in every company project process. He provides motivation and examples that have a significant influence in creating creative solutions and overcoming challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. The process of adaptation and maintaining effective innovation processes are critical in achieving organizational goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation to learn in implementing the “kurikulum merdeka belajar paket C” at PKBM Azizi Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method where the subjects in this study were PKBM Azizi Medan managers. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview and documentation methods. Based on the results of research at PKBM Azizi Medan, the application of learning motivation in implementing the independent learning curriculum at PKBM Azizi Medan, namely: 1) Giving freedom to citizens studying at PKBM Azizi in optimizing their talents; 2) Learning residents in PKBM are still adapting to the independent learning curriculum because learning residents are still experiencing culture shock with the continuing curriculum changes; 3) The learning motivation of learning residents begins to emerge from themselves since the implementation of the independent learning curriculum; 4) Lack of infrastructure to support learning motivation in the independent learning curriculum at PKBM Azizi.

Abstract

This study The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the Gross Regional Domestic Product and the Human Development Index on Poverty in North Sumatra in 2013-2022. The data used in this study is quantitative data sourced from secondary data obtained from the official website of the Central Government. Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatra. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of e-views 10 software. The results show that GRDP has a negative and insignificant effect on Poverty in North Sumatra in 2013 - 2022, while HDI has a positive and insignificant effect on Poverty in Sumatra North in 2013 - 2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Human Development Index (IPM) and the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) on the poverty rate in North Sumatra in the long and short term. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics from 2004-2022. The analysis used is regression analysis with the Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The tests used in the model are Stationarity Test, R-Square Test, F Test and T Test. The results of this study are that in the long run the Human Development Index (IPM) has a negative and significant effect on the Poverty Rate in North Sumatra while the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) ) has a positive and significant effect on the Poverty Level in North Sumatra. In the short term the Human Development Index (IPM) and the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) have a negative and significant effect on the Poverty Rate in North Sumatra.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Open Unemployment Rate and the Human Development Index on poverty in North Sumatra. The data used is secondary data taken from BPS concerning the open unemployment rate, human development index and poverty percentage. Data obtained from panel data from 33 regencies/cities in North Sumatra for 3 years from 2020 to 2022. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis using Random Effect based on the results of the Lagrange Multiplier test. The results of the study show that the open unemployment rate has a negative and insignificant effect on poverty. Meanwhile, the human development index has a negative and significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem that always arises faced by both developed and developing countries. This study aims to determine the effect of population, education level and unemployment rate on poverty in the cities of West Java Province. This type of research data uses secondary data, namely time series data from 2012-2021 and cross section data in 9 cities in West Java Province which were obtained from the West Java Central Bureau of Statistics. The analytical method used in this study is Panel Data Regression using the Eviews 9 analysis tool. The results show that population size has a negative and significant effect on poverty in the cities of West Java Province. Taken together, population size, education level and Unemployment rate affects poverty in the cities of West Java Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, open unemployment rate and human development index on poverty in North Sumatra in 2015-2022. The data used in this study were sourced from the Central Statistics Agency for North Sumatra Province and were cross section or time series data. The model used in this study was a multiple linear regression model by testing autocorrelation, multicollinearity, normality, heteroscedasticity, F test, T test and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The estimation results show that the Economic Growth Rate Variable (LPE) has a positive and insignificant effect on Poverty, which means that if Economic Growth (LPE) increases it will increase Poverty in North Sumatra Province. The Human Development Index (IPM) variable has a negative and significant effect on poverty, which means that if the Human Development Index (IPM) increases, poverty will decrease in North Sumatra Province. The Variable Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) has a positive and insignificant effect on Poverty, which means that if the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) increases it will increase Poverty in North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Papaya (Carica Papaya) is a plant that is often found in tropical areas, one of which is in Indonesia. Inside the papaya seeds there is a karpain content, the karpain content is able to eradicate the stink bug pest that usually attacks papaya plants. This study used an experimental method in which this method tested the karpain content in papaya seeds. Making a bioinsecticide formula with a ratio of 25 ml and 75 ml; 50 ml and 50 ml and 75 ml and 25 ml. based on research and analysis of field data from the trial results showed that papaya seed extract (Carica papaya) at doses of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% had an effect on the death of walang sangit so that the higher the carpain content in papaya seeds, the more effective at eradicating insecticides.

Abstract

Agriculture in Indonesia is the cog of the country's economy. Currently Indonesia continues to strive to increase productivity in the agricultural sector, one of the efforts to increase the productivity of agricultural products is to optimize agriculture based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology using sensor devices and databases. The application of technology has advantages in terms of control systems for the irrigation process and plant nutrition. Furthermore, this research uses Research and Development (R&D) research methods or research and development methods , namely research conducted to solve problems through the development of applied technology. It is hoped that through the implementation of this innovation the process of controlling and supervising agriculture can be easily carried out so that agricultural productivity can increase and the welfare of farmers.
