Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a decision support system for selecting the best existing employees in order to facilitate data collection and the process of selecting the best employees. The research methodology used in the data processing system is the literature study method, namely data collection which is carried out by taking data from various books in the library, journals and other books that can be used as a basis for analyzing problems that can be discussed in research, as well as field study methods. namely by making direct observations such as interviews and observations. The problem solving algorithm used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The result of this research is that there is an application tool made with the Java programming language and storing data using a database from MySQL so that the process of data collection and selection of the best employees at PT Radiant Asia Pacific becomes more effective, efficient and practical.

Abstract

It is important for all universities to study and evaluate information technology management in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in business management. Information technology security is considered as a control measure to reduce risks and threats to security, especially because in public learning and lectures, information technology is used in the management process. an inspection to determine technical safety is then required to ensure that everything is functioning properly. The standard used is Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001: 2005. It was chosen because the framework can be modified with the research tools used in the organization. after that it will be further developed and adapted to a focused information security management system (SMKI) as a result, all have results jpa = pa1: pa10, na=jpa/10 giving an average of 65%. but, it has a positive rate, but still meets the requirements of higher education, which requires continuous evaluation and improvement of recommended security controls.

Abstract

Metode Weighted Product (WP) digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan perkalian untuk menghubungkan nilai kriteria, dimana nilai untuk setiap kriteria harus dipangkatkan terlebih dahulu dengan bobot kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penerapan metode WP dalam pemilihan peserta magang dan studi independen bersetifikat (MSIB) dapat membantu dalam menentukan peserta yang paling sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk menentukan nilai-nilai dari setiap kriteria dan menghubungkannya untuk menentukan peserta yang terbaik. Dalam penerapannya, metode WP dapat membantu dalam memilih peserta magang dan studi independen bersetifikat yang memiliki kualitas dan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan atau institusi.
