<![CDATA[BUMDes is a business entity whose capital is wholly or substantially owned by the village through direct participation, originating from village assets that are separated to manage assets, services, and other businesses to empower village communities as much as possible. This is so that the existence and performance of BUMDes can make a significant contribution to improving the welfare of village communities. The aims of this study were 1) to find out community economic empowerment through Kembang Setanjung Syariah BUMDes Tanjung Medan Village, 2) to find out the success achieved by Kembang Setanjung Syariah BUMDes Tanjung Medan Village in empowering the economy of the people of Tanjung Medan Village. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observations and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that 1) Empowerment of the community's economy through the Kembang Setanjung Syariah BUMDes of Tanjung Medan Village in the form of a savings and loan business unit program. 2) The success achieved by the Kembang Setanjung Syariah BUMDes in empowering the Tanjung Medan Village community is community participation in encouraging BUMDes programs such as savings and loan business units and opening jobs.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the economic base of Mahato Village is carried out by the village government throughvarious programs with the aim of community welfare. This research aims to know the form of BUMDes business units, the contribution of BUMDes in the rural economy, and obstacles in managing BUMDes in Mahato Village. This research uses descriptive survey method based on primary and secondary data, with data collection through interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that the form of the unit The Arwana Mahato BUMDes business in Mahato Village is the Village Economic Business Savings and Loans (UEDSP) and LPG Gas Cylinder Sales Base. BUMDes Arowana Mahato contribute to improving the economy of the Mahato community through various types of business units, including: (a) Capital Borrowing, (b) Opening Fields Employment, and (c) Raising Laying Chickens. Mahato Village BUMDes cannot yet be implemented such as the purpose of the establishment and its objectives. This happens because there are still a lot of them Obstacles that occur in this institution include: (a) Lack of capital owned by BUMDes, (b) Lack of HR skills and abilities in managing BUMDes, and (c) lack of public knowledge about BUMDes and minimal participation public.]]>

<![CDATA[This research focused on: (1) How is community empowerment before BUMDes exist Bangun Jaya Village? (2) How is community empowerment after BUMDes existed in Bangun Jaya Village, (3) What is the role of BUMDes in community empowerment in Bangun Jaya Village?. The aims of this research were: (1) To find out the community empowerment before BUMDes exist in Bangun Jaya Village. (2) To find out the community empowerment after BUMDes existed in Bangun Jaya Village. (3) To find out the role of BUMDes in community empowerment in Bangun Jaya Village. This research used qualitative research methods with the type of research was field research. The researcher used purposive technique to determine the informants. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data used source triangulation techniques. This research resulted in: (1) Community empowerment before the existence of BUMDes had been running well, namely through the PKK program, Posyandu and supporting UMKM, (2) BUMDes carried out several programs such as: Saving and Loan Business, and Mini Market. The existence of BUMDes could open the opportunities as an effort to minimize unemployment and could increase PADes income (village original income), (3) The role of BUMDes towards community empowerment in Bangun Jaya Village as a way to explore the potential in Bangun Jaya Village,to strengthen the existence of economic turnover and to increase public enthusiasm for entrepreneurship.]]>

<![CDATA[Development is a continuous process and covers all fields which are carried out thoroughly by all levels of society of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). Village development is basically the basis of national development, because if each village is able to carry out development independently, the prosperity of the community will easily be realized and nationally it will increase the prosperity index of the Indonesian people. One of the forms of achieving economic growth and development in rural areas that the government is currently intensively carrying out is through socialization development activities for Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). BUMDesa Rantau Kasai has the main business of savings and loans and an LPG gas base. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of Rantau Kasai BUMDes in improving the village's independent economy. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, while testing the hypothesis is done with the t-test using SPSS. The results showed that the data analysis using the multiple linear regression method was obtained for each variable, namely the value of benefits or social (X1), community participation (X2), innovation (X3) and business activity (X3). probability (sig t) is less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that all research variables have a positive and significant effect on economic development in North Tambusai Village.]]>

<![CDATA[This journal was written with the aim of knowing and understanding the procedures for granting business capital loans to Bumdesa and settlement of bad loans to Bumdes in order to support the creation of sound credit practices. This research was conducted at Bumdesa Harapan Jaya Lestari, Simpang Harapan Village, North Tambusai District. BUMdesa Harapan Jaya Lestari is engaged inSavings and Loan Units, livestock units, trading units, and agricultural units. The data analysis technique used is descriptive method. With data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the provision of credit as business capital to BUMDesa Harapan Jaya Lestari has implemented the 5 C principles (character, capacity, collateral, capital andcondition). The process of resolving bad loans in the credit agreement at BUMDes Harapan Jaya Lestari is through a repressive effort, namely an effort in the form of resolving bad credit problems to the debtor using the principle of negotiation based on kinship.]]>

<![CDATA[The approach that is expected to encourage and drive the wheels of the rural economy is the establishment of economic institutions that are fully managed by the village community. This economic institution is no longer established according to government instructions but the wishes of the village community, starting from managing the potential to generate market demand. It is necessary to hold BUMDes as a support for community welfare in both economic and social aspects. The purpose of this study was to determine the welfare of the community with the Sumber Rejeki BUMDes of Rantau Sakti Village in terms of economic and social aspects. The research method used is qualitative research using data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses the validation of the three data collection techniques and draws conclusions. The results of the study show that the community with the Sumber Rejeki Village BUMDes Rantau Sakti is classified as prosperous in terms of economic and social aspects including managing clean water and facilitating electricity payments.]]>

<![CDATA[Village Owned Enterprises are economic institutions formed by villages in the context of realizing village economic independence and the welfare of village communities. An organization needs a leader so that organizational goals can be achieved. In addition, they are required to be able to lead BUMDes, from a management or management aspect they must consistently provide social services and also economic businesses that can serve the interests of the village. The objective of this study was to determine the influence of BUMDes leadership and management on the success of the BUMDes Syari'ah Joint Venture of Mahato Sakti Village. The research approach that researchers use is a quantitative approach. The research instruments used were observation and questionnaires. The number of samples of this research as the object of research is 200 respondents. Data analysis technique using IBM SPSS 23 software using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that Multiple linear regression test on leadership variables, BUMDes management variables, and Y variable BUMDes business success yields a number of 0.027 meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, namely that there is a simultaneous significant relationship between BUMDes leadership and management on business success BUMDes Syari'ah Joint Village Business Mahato Sakti. And the contribution of BUMDes leadership and management simultaneously to business success is 8.24%.]]>

<![CDATA[Efforts to improve welfare are carried out by seeking to develop original village income sources (PADes). The village's sources of income include business entities, or Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Village-Owned Enterprises aim to manage village assets well, improve village economic governance systems, and realize village community welfare in accordance with the national development goals of creating a just and prosperous society that is evenly distributed materially and spiritually based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. The focus of this research is the urgency of Kembang Setanjung Sharia BUMDes in the economic development of Tanjung Medan Village. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques were through interviews with the Kembang Setanjung Syariah BUMDes manager in Tanjung Medan Village, field observations, and literature studies using journals and books related to this research. The informants for this research are the village head, the director of BUMDes Syariah Kembang Setanjung, Tanjung Medan Village. The validation technique used in this research is to use data triangulation from the data obtained through the three data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the urgency of BUMDes Syariah Kembang Setanjung in the economic development of Tanjung Medan Village as a community-based economic power will make BUMDes truly advance the village economy and ultimately drive positive national economic growth.]]>

<![CDATA[Efforts to drive the village economy so that it is more advanced is through entrepreneurship in the village which is oriented towards studying the local potential of the village. Optimizing the utilization of local potential is one of the next steps in community selfhelp that utilizes local potential and resources. BUMDes is a business that was established based on the commitment of the village community to work together, work together and also build the people's economy which aims for the welfare and prosperity of the village community. The focus of this research is to find out the development of BUMDes Syariah Joint Ventures in Mahato Sakti Village. The research approach used by researchers in this study is a qualitative approach. The primary data sources are the Village Head, Village Treasurer, BUMDes Director, BUMDes secretary, and local community leaders. While secondary data include: data in the form of reports, documents, raw data and necessary data. Data collection instruments used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data analysis method used in this research collects data, reduces data, presents data and draws conclusions. The results showed that the development of BUMDes Syariah Joint Venture Mahato Sakti Village experienced significant developments in the aspect of capital ownership and BUMDes business units as a booster for the economy of Mahato Sakti Village in order to realize community welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[BUMDes management must prioritize the existence of regional potential or potential possessed by the village itself. Village potential is all natural resources and human resources owned by the village as basic capital that needs to be managed and developed for the survival and development of the village. This research aims to find out the role of BUMDes in realizing independent villages in Rantau Sakti Village, District North Tambusai and to find out about efforts to increase the role of BUMDes in creating an independent village in Rantau Sakti Village. Research informants were selected purposively sampling. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. Technique The data analysis used in this research is qualitative data analysis techniques. Research result shows that BUMDes cannot fully play a role in realizing villages independent in Rantau Sakti Village. BUMDes has played a role in improving community businesses in managing village economic potential, developing business cooperation between villages and third parties, creating opportunities and market networks that support service needs general citizens, as well as opening up employment opportunities.]]>
