Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Komensasi terhadap DisiplinKerja dan Dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan AssetDaerah Kabupaten Rokan hulu. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahMetode Survey dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelational yaitu yang mengkajiseberapa besar hubungan variabel bebas (X1, X2, Y1) terhadap variabel terikat (Y2). Objek penelitianini adalah Pegawai Negeri pada Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengeloalaan Asset Daerah Kabupaten RokanHulu, dengan populasi sebanyak 81 orang.

Abstract

SAK ETAP merupakan standar pelaporan akuntansi bagi usaha kecil menengah atau smalland medium size entities (SME).Bank perkreditan rakyat merupakan bank yang ditetapkan oleh BankIndonesia sebagai bank yang menggunakan SAK ETAP dalam standar pelaporan akuntansinya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pemahaman Bank PerkreditanRakyat yang terdapat di kota Pasir Pengarain terhadap penerapan SAK-ETAP sebagai standarpelaporan akuntansinya. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu data yangdikumpulkan dengan menggunakan questioner kemudian diolah dan dianalisis serta ditarikkesimpulan dari hasil penelitian tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa BPRyang ada di kota Pasir Pengaraian telah cukup memahami penerapan SAK ETAP pada BankPerkreditan Rakyat.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of spiritual behavior on employee job satisfactionthrough the intervening variable of spiritual intelligence. By using quantitative research-surveydesign, sample was selected by purposive sampling technique as much as 108 people at one of thecompany employees of palm oil mill in Rokan Hulu. Primary data were obtained with the techniqueusing a Likert scale questionnaire and the data were analyzed with descriptive and path analysisapproach. The study concluded that spiritual behavior (X1) does not directly affect the jobsatisfaction of employees, but directly affects the spiritual intelegency employees (X2) and spiritualintelligenceemployees (X2) also directly affects employee’s job satisfaction palm oil mills. Thefindings suggested that management should facilitated formal learning and informal learnin,organizations also related understanding of spirituality, it is advisable also to strengthen employees'sense of security, well explained about the promotion, whether or not the employee has anopportunity to be promoted and be claritied of career, as well as the need for style situationalleadership, especially in explaining the perceive of employees’ fairness treatment.

Abstract

This study discusses the conversion of paddy fields in Sleman are constantly increasing overtime. Sleman District Government to establish areas of productive agricultural centers to maintainthe ability to produce food, especially rice. The subjects were farmers who have land in the village ofas many as 35 people Sekarsuli obtained using snowball sampling. Paddy land conservation programwill be sustained when the value of the program is received and in accordance with the expectationsof landowners. One model is the determination of the value of conservation programs is the value ofland development rights. Value of land development rights is the difference between the expectedvalue of the optimal land to the value of land. Estimates of the value of further land developmentrights offered to landowners if they agreed that if the value was used as the basis of determining thevalue of land conservation programs. Conclusion: (1) based on the estimates obtained by the averagevalue of land amounting to 55 percent of the estimated value of the optimal land. The amount ofexcess is an average of 45 percent, hereinafter referred to as the value of land development rights(Value Development Right). (2) Respondents who agreed with conservation programs by 24respondents, while the other does not agree as much as 11 respondents. The land area and distancelands to public facilities be an influential factor on the landowner's decision to accept or reject theprograms offered.

Abstract

The researchisis an evaluational study on the empowerment of Program village Performing atRokan Hulu Regency Upstream, it was performed on december 2013 until May 2014. Te aims of thisresearch is subject know the empowerment Program village performing at Village Rambah, and toanalyse the credit channelizing by UED – SP . This research wasa case study on Economic EffortSaving and LendingKumu Jaya Village Rambah, with 60 persons, used random simpling. From thefinding, it was found that the program has been applied well as the rules determined.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information to the public regarding the presentation of thegoverment’s performance in achieving accountability. To determine the performance of RokanHuludistrict goverments using financial ratios budget especially the ratio of local independence, the ratiothe area of financial dependence, the ratio of effectiveness, efficiency ratio, the ratio of the ratio ofthe activity, the ratio of growth. Financial ratio analysis on revenue and expenditure budget for the2009-2012 fiscal yaer as measured by ratio of local independence is very low, the ratio the area offinancial dependence is very high, the ratio effectiveness of the fiscal year 2009-2012 is very effectivewhile the effeciency ratio of the fiscal year 2009-2012 is very efficient, the ratio of the activity of thefiscal 2009-2012 which explains that the results routine spending is prioritized ratio compared to theratio of development expenditure,and ratio of growth to ain increase in local revenues that fluctuatefrom year 2009-2012.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Sistem Aplikasi SISMIOP (Sistem Manajemen Informasi Objek Pajak) terhadap penerimaan pajak bumi dan bangunan, menganalisis Kinerja Aparatur Pajak terhadap Penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan, dan menganalisis Pengaruh Sistem Aplikasi SISMIOP ( Sistem Manajemen Informasi Objek Pajak) dan Kinerja Aparatur Pajak terhadap Penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu komplek perkantoran pemda jl. Tuanku tambusai pasir pengaraian. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah responden pegawai dan honorer pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dengan 72 sampel responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan berupa analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji realibitas,uji normalitas, multikolinieritas, heterokedastisitas,serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Aplikasi SISMIOP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan, Kinerja Aparatur pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan dan Aplikasi SISMIOP. Saran-saran yang dikemukakan pada penelitian ini yaitu lebih meningkatkan sistem aplikasi sismiop dan kinerja aparatur pajak agar lebih fungsional.
